I purchased a pool liner in 2010 from Presidential pools. I spoke to a very nice woman named Renee and she helped me pick out the liner and told me what I needed to do and gave me tips and pointers how to take care of the pool and what chemicals to use to keep my water crystal clear. I have well water and I was afraid having to re fill the pool with the new liner that the water would become rusty. The owner Frank Gravatt came out personally and took out the old liner and installed the new one, even staying in the pool while filling it with water and smoothing out any wrinkles. I don't know what he added or did but as you can see my water is crystal clear.The job was done beyond my satisfaction and I am very pleased with the professionalism and service of Mr. Gravatt and his employees. I have had them out since then to help with my filter and it was a simple fix. I will be recommending them to friends and family and using Presidential Pools for all of my future pool and service needs. I just took the cover off to open the pool for the season and it still looks as good as it did when these pics were taken.They have been in business for a long time and I only trust them.

Poor-Fair is not what I would even come close to rating Presidential Pools. My husband and I are first time pool owners and informed Renee of that when we spoke over the phone. Her husband and crew came the next morning and started "opening" our pool. I was told they'd be there every morning to work on the pool until it was crystal clear, clean on the bottom and swimmable. A week after the pool was started an employee came over shocked the pool, vacuumed half of our 18X36 pool and told me it was good to go and I should hear from Renee shortly. Our pool at this point was still so cloudy you couldn't even see the bottom of the small end never mind the deep end. the next day came and went and there was no phone call from any employee of this sorely unprofessional company. My husband called and talked with the male owner of PP's and he said his employee told him we were "open" (meaning the pool was crystal clear, vacuumed and safe to swim in) which it was still cloudy that we couldn't see the bottom. He said he'd be over the next day to take a look at it. At this point we have no idea if he ever came by, They will not answer any of our calls or respond to voice mail.

THis is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. They too our $300 check to the bank and left us to open our pool ourselves. Not to mention Renee is incredibly rude. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this pool company.

I can't believe anyone would give this company a bad review. They were professional from the first time called to the completion of the job. Frank was friendly and very helpful with all of my questions. Any time I called, all my questions were answered. Their prices are great and the work was in a timely manner. The job was completed ahead of time and the clean up was immaculate. If you want a professional job done by friendly staff, call Presidental Pools.

Rude and unprofessional best describes this company. Attempted to schedule an inspection of a small wall wrinkle (not a warranty claim), but all the lady wanted to do is refer us to a diving company and keep stating they didn’t leave any wrinkles in the liner and it was out of warranty. WTH? Never said they did, nor expected this to be a warranty claim. We are the new owners and they installed the current liner so we thought it best to call them first. We realize this is a busy time of year, but we got the impression they don’t want to possibly uncover any problems they may have caused during their install a year ago. No worries, will not call them again and we will suggest any other company if anyone that asks us. Ms. Renee, kindness and courtesy is as important as any aspect of a business. Owner or employee, your potential new customers should be important for future business. Treat them with respect.

I have been dealing withPresidential Pools since I contracted them to replace my liner several years ago. Frank and Renee are extremely professional, did an excellent job with the liner replacement, and I have since called on them to handle other issues, pump replacement, etc. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their superior work! They are courteous, prompt and go the extra mile to make sure the job is done correctly and expertly. I am in the process of selling my house, and will be passing this company on to the home buyer to take care of the needs of the pool. My suggestion is that when looking at reviews, take into consideration that sometimes people write reviews when they have had no business with companies, as I suspect is the case in the negative review of late. As a customer, I am more than pleased with Presidential Pools!!!!

Called and talked to Ms.Renee around 1200 and asked about getting my pump replaced. She was super friendly and gave a great price quote considering all the other pool companies I have spoken with that day wanted almost double of what she was asking. She told me that Mr.Frank would be in contact with me later in the afternoon and he would come by the same day and fix it. He did just that. He called me around 1600 and was at my house about 10 minutes later. Very professional and got it done super quick. Thanks for the great work and I look forward to doing more buisness with you all in the future.

I spoke with Renee about replacing my pool liner. She was very nice, informative and professional. She answered all my questions and helped me decide on a liner that was best for me. Renee was extremely knowledgeable and knows every aspect of the pool business. I definitely recommend Presidential Pools if you want a fair price and excellent workmanship! Will be using them for all my pool needs.

I've spoken with Renee and boy she is the sweetest human being I know. Originally i hired someone to do my pool but after the liner was order the job never got completed. Called Presidential Pools and explain everything about my pool and Frank made it his business to come by the next day to see what he needed to finish. Frank installed my liner the second day within about less then 2 hours and less then 2 weeks Frank finished the whole process of my pool. I would definitely recommend this pool service to anyone in need. Frank is the best and professional gentleman and has wonderful customer service. Thanks presidential pools.

Presidential Pools replaced my liner and did a great job at a decent price. Unlike other companies I contacted, they answered the phone and emails, before, during, and after the job. They also kept me appraised of the liner order and the installation. The concrete at the deep end needed some minor repair, which they did at no extra charge.
A month after the installation, a small section of the liner came off the edge, so I emailed them and they came out and fixed it the same day.
It's been another month now, and everything still looks great.

Eddie and Sam are a dream team! I called Eddie at 12:15someone was at my home by 1! Sam had a report for me in less than 30 minutes of leaving my home! They are incredible and so responsive. So thankful for them. Will definitely reuse!

Sam and Eddie were very responsive to our questions and concerns and helped a lot in communicating with our insurance company to help the process move faster. Through their detailed reports and photos, my insurance company quickly approved the reconstruction of our home.

Eddie and project manager Sam were friendly and helped me feel at ease with the hectic water damage situation I had going on in my home. Because of them, my kids are safe and hardwood floor saved .

Service Pros repaired the water damage to my building’s ceiling and did a great job making the new work match the original. They kept the space clean at the end of each day and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Even though the situation was stressful, working with them was a great experience!

Eddie Bindou was assigned team leader ( direct liaison) to our building following the water damage from a broken pipe in the wall that covered two units. He was exceptional in helping us navigate with and through the insurance company which can be overwhelming going it alone. Eddie was there every step of the way and his insight and recommendations proved to be invaluable. I feel like in very difficult circumstances we hit the lottery with this guy.
