Taylor Jeffries came out and gave me a quote for foundation work at my home. He arrived on time and was very professional and informative. He offered me a payment plan option for the work that is affordable whenever I’m ready to move forward. I greatly appreciated JES did NOT charge me for an estimate it was free! (when I called BAY Crawl Space & Foundation they were going to charge me $500 just for an estimate because my home was built in 1920)

I had two crews in two days. These folks were very professional and polite. Did their work and cleaned up better than they found it. Foreman answered all my questions. Showed me pictures of the work they accomplished under my house.

The first crew that came out was Seth Herman (foreman), Noah Sanders (co-foreman), and Imani Smith (installer)

The second crew was Tony Podglasky (foreman), Lloyd Sawyer (co-foreman), John Prillaman (installer)

We just had our estimate with Lee Davis.He is an excellent Company representative!His communication during the process was top notch.
He could not have explained the details of the problem and solution any better.

JES rep Chris came to my home , accessed my needs , gave me an estimate and scheduled a time for my repairs. The 2 gentleman that came to do the repairs were Greg and John.They arrived on time , very polite and professional. They performed the repairs to my garage floor that had settled and stamped driveway cracks , perfectly!! 5 Star experience. Would use JES for all my needs. Thank you Chris, Greg and John .

JES Foundation Repair did a full encapsulation of my crawl space and they also repaired and lifted the concrete on my porch. I was so impressed with the exceptional quality of work that they did. I was also impressed with workers knowledge and skills and their integrity of the values of a customer that they had. If I owned my company I would of hired every one of those worker's on the spot. To my surprise a manager Shawn Amos even stepped in to aid and oversee to complete the progress of the work to the customers satisfaction. Teamwork that certainly fly with the eagles. You wont be disapointed. Just one thing left to say. A+++ experience and satisfaction.

This company is amazing. Neri, Samuel and Yasser did an amazing job.They were top notch workers. Our crawling space looks amazing. They are hard-working and great professionals. I would use JES again next year for phase 2 of our plan. You won't regret. Neri is the GOAT.

JES Foundation Repair was very good and easy to work with. Clarke Miller was our first contact, and he represented the company well. Courteous, friendly, professional and most understanding of our crawlspace situation.

The work to be done was explained well by David Hill, and along the way, he kept us updated. He, along with Diondre Williams and Bernard Milling completed the job in one long day! David did a walk through upon completion that was thorough.

I had eleven helices installed to stabilize our pool. Josh Schmittou came out quickly to analyze the situation and then followed up with a formal estimate. He was very responsive,, informative and professional. We scheduled the work which was successfully complete on time by the field team of three qualified, efficient and friendly workers. Once they were done the work area was left in very good condition with minor disturbance to the lawn and area. Very pleased with JES, Josh and the field team. There was great communication from the office for the scheduling and paperwork. I highly recommend the JES team from Virginia Beach.

Ian came out and inspected our sidewalk that over the years has washed out. He was extremely thorough on what their team was going to do when they came out. Greg and John came out and did a phenomenal job lifting several long runs of sidewalk up and leveled them. Perfect job! Super professional! I’ve had several foundation companies out to do work JES hits the ball out of park! I would highly recommend them!

JES sent out three men today to repair an ongoing problem with a stuck external door to the breakfast nook. The plan was to put another pillar under the house to support this area. JES has previously installed several pillars in this area. Cory Bixler inspected the door then went under the house with Charles Hartz and Thomas Jackson. They discovered they could re-adjust the existing pillars and with a shim was able to get the door to open and close easily. This solution saved us a lot of money for the new pillar and several header beams they were planning to install. It was great to have an honest team that worked on this problem. Thank you JES.

JES was fantastic to work with! Christian was great at communicating with us and with our insurance. He constantly kept us updated even when we ran into problems (as they often occur when owning an old home!) Christian reached out to our insurance quickly and was able to get the additional funds to complete the work so it was done properly.

Luis was an amazing foreman, and both he and his team exemplified professional workmanship. They made sure their work was done correctly even when they ran into problems.

We feel confident that our encapsulation will last a long time and that our home will be better for it. We just wish we had gone with JES the first time around, so new home owners do your research! JES knows what they are doing and won't shortcut their work!
