Luis & Jose arrived as planned and evaluated the situation and provided an explanation of the required work. I asked if another option was feasible and Luis contacted his supervisor who reviewed the project plan and offered a compromise. Although the compromise was not fully to my liking it was the BEST solution. They fully explained what was to be done and completed the project fairly quickly. They cleaned the area completely and provided instructions for the system they installed. Excellent work!

My inspector, Scott Cust, was very knowledgable and explained all the problems he found so that we could understand. He answered all our questions thouroughly. Mr. Cust was very respectful of our property. It was a joy working with Scott.

Chad Woodhouse is great! Always courteous, knowledgeable, and very thorough. We have enjoyed working with him and we know with confidence that our home is very well taken care of!

Greg, John P., and Nick were all great to work with. They were all very friendly and interactive while maintaining a professionalism. They were all quick to answer any questions and Greg was very open and honest with the work to be done and expected results. Making sure all was understood as much so possible.

I'm really happy with the work encapsulating my crawlspace. I noticed a few things (after completion) that needed attention, and the crew that came out had no issues taking care of some minor details I noticed a few weeks later. A big shout-out to the recent crew that came out (Denilsson, Mauricio, and Landon). True professionals.

I had my slab lifted with push piers then filled with poly and this company came in a tad bit more expensive than some other companies however the quality and warranty made them worth the extra cost, which in my opinion is marginal, and their team was professional and explained everything so I knew what was going on during the process. I definitely recommend JES for your foundation repair needs. Huge thanks to the crew that did the repair for push piers it was Agustin G., Agustin L. and Eduardo L. Poly was Andrew F. and Steven S. Super professional they got in did their work and cleaned up great looks like no one was ever there.

Collin Dozier came to our house to evaluate some foundation issues we had. He was prompt, polite and very knowledgable in diagnosing and solving the issue for us. We felt very comfortable with the plan that he suggested and we also were able to get the work started within the week. He is a fine young man who definitely knows his profession. We needed him to be the one to be sent to our home today and we feel like it wasn't a coincidence that it was Collin.
Today the JES team…Seth, Noah and Timmy came out. They were polite, timely and professional. They did the work and cleaned up when they were finished.

While their employees are friendly, I cannot recommend JES for major foundation problems. We paid thousands of dollars for foundation repair, but the issue remains unfixed.
After the initial work failed to resolve our problem, we had to state we would take legal action just to get them to return. Even then, they still didn't fix it. When their representative came out for the "adjustment," he turned out to be more of a salesperson who tried to upsell us on crawl space encapsulation instead of addressing the original foundation issue. To make matters worse, the workers left quite a mess in our crawl space.
We are now back where we started—except thousands of dollars poorer.

Our foreman, Trent Kendrick and his brother-in-law, called ahead on the day of our repair. They immediately got to work, asking if we had any questions or concerns. Our garage floor had sunk and cracked, and we were concerned about it damaging the garage floor even more. It was a little job for them, but they did their absolute best work! Shout out to James Limcaoco, our JES Inspector, who helped us through the process. Please give them all a raise!

Collin Dozier came out today and did a great job. It’s not an easy job to crawl around under my house. Explained everything, took lots of pictures, took his time and went through my options. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

This is my third house using JES and they are great. Highly recommend them.

Clarke Miller did an excellent job. He informed me about his arrival and did a good job going over the estimate and addressing my questions. I highly encourage getting a free estimate from JES.

We called Christian Distler-Caravetta with JES because of concern for a beam that my husband saw in our crawl space. He came out and was honest and gave us a rest-assurance that the beam was actually not in danger of catastrophically being compromised. He gave us great options and professionally measured areas in our crawl space for if we desired to replace the beam, but ultimately guided us to save our money. He could have easily taken advantage of us but didn’t. This is incredible and rare for anyone, or any company. Thank you!

Had an excellent experience with JES Foundation Repair out of Virginia Beach. They visited my home nearly 2 hours away and provided exceptional service. Highly recommend this team. Special shout out to Joshua for his deep knowledge and guidance.

After repair customer service is not good. I have reached out multiple times and when they transfer me the phone disconnects. One time I did get a voice mail that was about 2 weeks ago no one has called me back. I also reached out to the representative who first did the inspection for the repairs about 3 business days ago. I haven’t heard anything. I was seeking out documentation saying the work was completed inspection passed and a receipt stating I paid in full. Also they said someone would have to come and make final adjustments and didn’t give me any date which I need to complete other work in my house.
Overall decent experience but the customer service after the fact bought it down a notch.

I called this company when I had an emergency with flooding in my basement a year ago. The work they did last year is beautiful and has held up. I had an operation concern during some heavy rains, that turned out to be a drainage tube issue causing the pump not to turn on, and it was a simple fix. These guys were nice about it and fixed it swiftly. A special shout out to Erick Zack, Jacob Smith, Zachery Trimm, and Conan Eaton for your awesome attitudes and great service! After all I’ve been through this past year, thank you for treating me with a dose of special, not just a job.

I called them again for my front walk. The guys showed up on time, were extremely helpful, explained the process to me with how the cement will be poured and spread, and finished, and they did amazing work! Their customer service deserves my highest raves! I saw the supervisor come and verify the quality and confirm the work and when they were finished, they allowed me to imprint my late puppy’s paw print into my front walk where he used to lay with me, so I could have a personalized memory. They roped off the area to help ensure people would not damage the finished product and were extremely responsive with all questions. Thank you so much for all the kindness and professional courtesy I was treated with during our business. I regret not getting the names of the those who helped with the walk, and I hope if they are the ones who help another, they are recognized or shown appreciation as much as I have for them! I will most definitely recommend JES to others who have work inquiries. Thank you JES!!
