My project is complete and I couldn’t be happier. I was able to watch the house as it was being raised back into position. The walls reach the ceiling. I want to thank Tiger, Truman and Paulo. They do fabulous work and explained everything being done. JES should be proud to have them on their work force. I’ll be happy to tell others to choose JES for their crawl space needs. thank you for piece of mind.

The JES representative Nicholas Mathews was very informative, patient and thorough. Explained what was causing the issue, the solution to fix and what the process that would follow. You can’t go wrong with Nicholas from JES!

Daniel Cichors , the electrician arrived as scheduled. He introduced himself. He was polite and neatly dress. He give and explained his duties of the job. He demonstrated what needed to be done.
After he completed the job; he showed the new switch in the electric box and how to tripp the switch.
Thanks -
Emilio and Edward
The encapsulation team….let me tell you, first off I’m very impressed with the timeline these guys worked on with the amount of work they did. The work they did was well thought through and organized. And the work done in my crawl space speaks for itself, see the pictures. I also want to speak on behalf of the electricians as well. They were all very professional and did great work. I rate their work and professionalism 10 out of 10. Emilio and Edward thank you for the crawl space encapsulation and great first time experience, it’s greatly appreciated! -
My experience was not great. Initially meet with an inspector and came up with a game plan for repairing my floor back in December. Since then I had no contact with JES until a team showed up to do the work on the wrong day (February 11th). When I wasn’t around to let the team in to work I was getting calls and texts from the office, the Forman, and my inspector. I ended up meeting that foreman that day and he wasn’t to sure what my project was so I walked him through my home and he said he’d be back on February 16th (the actual date on my work).
Day of my work, I have completely emptied out my downstairs for the team to work. Only to find a different team pulling up. Once again this new team showed up unsure of the work they are supposed to be doing but that didn’t stop them from immediately ripping up flooring and baseboards. The foreman seemed confused and disagreed with the single drawing he was given and told me I wasn’t going to be happy with that work. After hearing him out, he quoted me an extra 15k on top the original amount. At which point I lost confidence in moving forward with either plan and stopped everything there for the day. I had expected to hear from my inspector, or the office or some kind of supervisor about what the problem was and to figure out a way forward but now it’s going on 48 hours with no word from JES. Doesn’t feel good to commit to this kind of project both taking time off work and the monetary cost just to be left in a worse situation than when I started. Needless to say I have cancelled my project with JES and I’m back to square one 🤙 -
Greg and C.J did a excellent job lifting a large section of our concrete walkway. This section had sunk about 4 inches and was a safety issue for anyone trying to use the steps. At the time this work was done it was extremely hot and humid but as a team they worked through a couple equipment issues and unseen problems with the concrete section itself. If all the employees of JES are like these two they have a company to be proud of and for any one needing their services you can be sure that the work will be done professionally. Bottom line. Excellent customer service. On time. Keeps you informed. Professional work and employee's , at resonal rates.

Crew of Agustin, Eduardo and Jorge did great work. Very professional and knowledgeable. Boards on two deacks had to be removed to get equipment ser up. Replaced so you couldn't tell they had been removed. Clean up after the project was just about invisible.

Service tech today did a full inspection of my crawl space, dehumidifier and chimeny pressure points. Very through and knowledgeable, he explained his findings and a plan down the road. His customer service was outstanding and friendly. Highly recommend Philip for future service and inspections.

John Holloway was very helpful from the beginning until the job was complete. He made sure we were involved with the whole process and that the pricing was fair and affordable. His assistant Nikki was just as great in helping us complete the loose ends leading up to the job. Once the sump pump and drainage system was installed, they checked on us to make sure it was working properly and that we were happy with the results. When the workers were finished installing the pump and drainage system, they were informative and cleaned up the mess they made outside and inside the garage. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Thank you John and his team.

**Updated Review for JES Foundation Repair**
I initially posted a negative . After submitting my concerns, I was promptly contacted by the company. Their response was nothing short of exceptional.
**Resolution Efforts:**
- **Fast Response:** JES addressed my concerns quickly and took immediate action to resolve all outstanding issues.
- **Comprehensive Resolution:** They not only corrected the original problems but also went a step further, ensuring that any potential issues I hadn’t raised were proactively addressed.
- **Outstanding Oversight:** Chaun Amos took charge of the project with professionalism and precision. His oversight of the team was commendable, ensuring the work was completed to a high standard.
**Final Impression:**
While my initial experience was frustrating, the way JES Foundation Repair responded was impressive. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was clear, and the quality of their final work was top-notch. I appreciate their effort to make things right and would consider using them again based on this experience.
If you have concerns, I encourage you to voice them — JES has shown that they are willing to go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied. -
The crew went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations! Special thank you to Jasiel C6, Carlos Zelaya, Jorge Duron, Dennis Ajo, and the electrician Daniel C.
We highly recommend this team and the company.
Our salesman Taylor Jeffries was very helpful in explaining the process and promptly answered our questions. Everyone was professional and prompt.
Highly recommend! -
08/01/25 update: it’s insane that this has gone from a 5 star review to a 1 star. I’d give 0 stars if I could. They claim to have all these warranties but yet after you sign a contract, it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. And you can forget ever talking to them again once the job is done. I called Sunday night because my floors were buckling so bad I can’t open the bedroom door. We had to take the door down and put up a plastic sliding door. Voicemail said they would call back with in one business day. Guess who never called back? We had to call another company to come out here. They cranked the jacks too high but we can’t get ahold of anyone to adjust it like their warranty says. Stay far away from JES. They destroyed my house and my next door neighbors house.
7/2/25 update: be careful if you’re financing through JES. GreenSky is extremely predatory and deceiving. And obviously JES is apart of the deception too. The process of actually getting the work done was such a head ache. JES does not communicate with each other or you. The workers that came to my house were wonderful. They did a good job and throughly cleaned after themselves. My advice for JES? Don’t finance through them, and do the bare minimum of work you actually need. I have no issues with my new joists, but my neighbors encapsulation by them is a hot mess!
05/2025: Clarke Miller came out to do our inspection. He was super throughout and took his time explaining everything that was going on, how to correct the problem, and wasn’t pushy about anything. We had a few quotes before he came out but he was the only one who actually made sense with his recommendations. I felt more at ease after we got a game thanks to Clarke. Will update later after the work is all done, but so far super impressed. Even suggested my neighbor call JES. Hey Clarke! Chad Edwards said you need to get another Harley haha -
Update: Work was finally completed due to delays on our end. Super super impressed actually.
Neri, Samuel, and Malik did an AWESOME job encapsulating our crawlspace. Super high attention to detail, great communication, left my garage cleaner than they found it, and stayed on timeline despite unexpectant delays. Honestly not a single negative thing to say whatsoever about our instillation professionals. Very blessed to have had them.
Price was a little spendy, but the quality of the job was top notch and worth the price premium. Type of materials used and proper instillation does make a difference, and I was actually really impressed with the quality of the in-house made materials JES uses. I feel like the product and professional instillation we received justifies the higher cost.

The Good:
Collin Dozier is an absolutely FANTASTIC Field Inspector. Super super good dude, authentic as they come, and possesses a very high level of knowledge.
He came out within 24 hours of being contacted to conduct a structural assessment of our home. He came decked out with all the high tech gear taking 100% of the subjectivity out of the "is my home's foundation stable" question. No greasy sales pitches, just an honest professional being real with me about the condition of my home.
I'm talking digital measurements with true to size 3D generated imaging of my crawl space, pictures of the issues he found in our home with coorelating high quality (JES in-house built) explanatory videos showing how each possible repair is conducted, and the reason its important to do. He had lasers to measure sagging floors, moisture meters, etc...
I was just very impressed with how data driven his analysis was. It gave me massive peace of mind when every question we threw at him had a technically accurate, reasonable and rational explanation for why it mattered, or was less important than other recommended repairs. A real strait shooter.
Pricing was great, think Diamonds Direct with how JES has structured their business model. The more I learned and researched about the company the more I liked. All parts are manufactured in house (over 50 patents) on ALL of the materials they use, all sourced and manufactured in the USA. They use their own install teams and Structural Engineers who have ownership in the company just like a small business, but on a larger scale.
And their warranty is fantastic. Everything is done in house, and if there are any issues, they own up to that liability. No greasy finger pointing to a separate and independent subcontractor or material manufacturers to complicate the problem if something needs to be fixed. You are actually doing business with the company you hired from soup to nuts, which is WAY less common than you'd think for any type of home construction work.
Great and competitive financing options as well.
The Bad:
This shit is expensive.
Foundation repairs are one of the most expensive things you can do to a home. Be prepared, if you call him about suspected issues he just may ruin your day or cause you to cancel that planned trip to Jamaica this fall.
That being said, its better to call them today and get a quote, fix the thing that needs to be fixed, than defer the work and hope things magically get better - they wont FYI.
This is particularly true with newer homes in this area built on old reclaimed swamp land. The old saying is true - they just don't make them the way they used to. -
Update: 5/10/25- I don’t like to leave bad reviews or be a “Karen” but I’ve had it with this company. We are still dealing with this company and it has been a headache. Around the end of May is when they said they finished the job which was 2 support beams, 14ish jacks, and encapsulation. I finally had time a few days later to walk around the house and go down to the front part of the crawl space and just from there I found multiple things wrong.(still haven’t gone all the way through the crawl space yet) Lets start with the city failed the electrical work because they didn’t put the light switch by the entrance to the cs they put it by the second entrance. The team that did the work i feel like had no communication with Chad our sales rep. I had the understanding that the 3 random 4x4 wood supports would be replaced by a full beam across with jacks but they were left there to continue to soak up moisture from the ground and one of them wasn’t even taped properly, same for the foam boards, pipes, and wires for the encapsulation. Ground still had huge rocks underneath the liner and already had a hole in it. Chad also said we could use it as an extra storage area, which the workers didn’t advise us to do. They put 2 new vent covers on but didn’t change any of the other old ones. Then realized one of the vent areas the foam was broken and when I told them about all the stuff that was wrong they came back and just put the old vent cover back over it without fixing the broken foam(I can feel air coming out). To top it off trying to get ahold of anyone to fix these issues is a headache. The only person that has been truly helpful is Ronnie. I asked Chad to give me a call back and never did. I’m so over this company and the loan company. For just over $33,000 I should’ve have this many issues and things should be done right the first time, I also shouldn’t have to follow behind them to make sure it’s done right especially multiple times. Another thing is that we had a few companies come out and none of them said they saw any leaks, but once they came back the second time all of a sudden they told us there’s a water puddle by our dehumidifier and that its not from the dehumidifier but from our pipes. Our water pipes were switched out in 2020/21 to pex, so I don’t understand how we would have a leak now?
4/10/25- We called JES to come out to check our crawl space because I knew there was mold and some structural issues. Chad Edwards came out today and shared with us the bad news about our crawl space. He walked me through the whole thing and then my partner showed up and gladly walked him through all the issues and pricing. He gave us time to get ahold of all the information and I couldn’t be more grateful for his time and guidance through this process. -
In effort to preserve our concrete, we sought out the option to have it lifted. Greg and CJ we able to raise the porches, fill the cracks and salvage or existing spaces. The work they did was exceptional, and we will be enjoying the spaces MUCH longer! If you are considering the same please consider JES, they will stand by their work for years to come.

Isiah Curtis Trae from JES & Aqua guard and his team installed a drainage system under my house today. Very efficient and professional job. A credit to his team and both companies.
-
Joe was very kind and helpful when completing his inspection and estimate! He explained all our options so we could make a very informed decision. We feel very comfortable with our decision and we look forward to working with Joe and his team!

Excellent advice. Clarke Miller was Professional and efficent.
Foreman Greg and Wes or exactly the people that needed to come on site. These are 1,000% the people that you ask, what would you do if you were me? And you'll get the right answer. They evaluated the job site and made a decision based on function and image. I got the best of both options it looks great and will function perfectly. This is the company and contractors you want working on your property. -
Just finished a review of what I needed for my crawl space repair. Thank you, Scott Cust. This has been one of the most informative and thorough explanations I have ever experienced. Scott went into a very detailed explanation of what was happening with my foundation and what the best cure would be. Highly impressed with this very professional young man. Super Star.
