Exemplary job! Nice, knowledgeable, courteous, on time, kept me informed, matched competitors price. I had the crew from Turkey: quality guys, hardworking, efficient, they adjusted to my wishes and even fabricated a non-standard downspout configuration. I noticed a no longer needed and unwanted rain diverter (on the photos THEY sent me on the completed project) and they quickly came back to take it out. They even cleaned all the pine straw and debris off my roof at my request for a very reasonable charge. Would definitely use them again and ask for “the young Turks” as a great crew. Will recommend to friends and neighbors.

My gutters were 42 years old so it was definitely time for new ones! I found Gutters Matter on the internet and read their reviews. All the reviews were 5 star ratings so I decided to call for an estimate. Everyone I spoke with from the first phone call to the installation were very respectful and very nice. The estimate was very reasonable and the two installers were on time and did a fantastic job! If you are looking for a gutter company search no more! If I could I would give them 10 stars!

Outstanding quality of work and communication. I needed gutters with leaf guards installed on a home I recently bought, got quotes from multiple companies and I am very happy I decided to go with Gutters Matter. Gutters Matter was one of the best companies I have ever had work for me. They are very professional, quick working and experienced. The house is old and had some surprises damage but they fixed it all and even helped temporarily fix another problem that had nothing to do with gutters. They truly care about the customer and making sure the finished product was exactly what I needed.

Luke was exemplary in discussing and explaining the extent of the damage my home had sustained. He thoroughly walked me through the entire process and how mitigation would be completed, which gave me much-needed peace of mind.

Corey and Jose, the technicians who handled the demolition of the damaged areas, were phenomenal. They worked diligently to ensure the damaged sections were removed while keeping the rest of my home spotless. Jose took the time to explain each step of the demolition and what I could expect in the days to come.

Jay, the project manager, expertly oversaw the entire mitigation process, ensuring everything was completed with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Finally, Jacob—affectionately called "the bulldog" by his co-workers—was incredible during the estimation process. He made me feel completely at ease, answering all of my questions and clarifying what would be needed to restore my home.

Emergency Restoration staff were awesome. David, Bianca, Pearl, Kevin, Erika and Braxton were very professional and easy to work with. They were quick and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone. They were great.

Just wanted to take a minute to thank Tayler Nelson and the ERS team for a easy process while dealing with a broken kitchen plumbing pipe. She showed concern and was very knowledgeable about the damage and reconstruction.

Excellent after reconstruction cleaning. Ki was great! She gave a “white glove” treatment to everything that needed cleaning. She hung pictures, cleaned and placed nicnacs, vacuumed and was very professional.

ERS was at my home within 90 minutes of my call. Paul professionally managed my water mitigation and mold remediation after my hot water heater burst in my attic. He was thorough in explaining the process and the work done by Jose and Cory was superb. They were able to complete their work quickly, maintaining a clean home environment. They put down lots of plastic barriers to prevent dust and particles from spraying all over the house. This situation was very stressful, but the work by ERS helped ease my anxiety!

OMG. These guys were awesome. They came in worked efficiently. They were extremely courteous and personable. There is one working Ms. Remey. She was awesome. She knew her job well. She communicated to the other workers clear and concise instructions. That crew was responsible for drying out my bathroom floor and combating the mold and they did their job well. Thank you ERS for your professionalism. I have been working with Jacob as well. He is my go to guy. Omg he is awesome as well. He was very personable and knowledgeable about he entire process. He took me by the hands and guided me through. Promptly returned my phone calls. He worked with my insurance company to ensure I was getting the best advice. I just love these guys. Used ERS for a bathroom leak that lead to mitigation and tear up of a portion of our living room and bathroom. They were fantastic.
