Rob and Josh are true demo professionals. Every inch of the area they worked in was protected, preventing any dust or debris moving out of that area. They were extremely courteous, explained everything and very exact in the demo.

The pack out group consisting of Kevin, Erica, Dan, David, Pearl, and Bianca all did an excellent job. Was very courteous, very professional, and very hard working, and very polite. I would hire them again in the future if needed. Great team.

I had an amazing experience! Chris was friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make the process smooth, and their attention to detail was incredible. The customer service was top-notch, and I'll definitely contact them in future if needed but hopefully I won’t need them.

Our story began with some major water damage from a second story bathroom into a collapsed kitchen ceiling and a flooded kitchen. We chose ERS as our restoration company, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results - from start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were unmatched. I need to compliment one of your employees. The service she provided was kindness, caring and humility. I was at the cashier in the grocery and about the pay for my stuff and I could not find my wallet! I asked the cashier to leave the stuff and!I will go to my car and get my wallet! As I returned and told her I would have to return the stuff because I could not find my wallet. A voice quietly said "I got you", I looked around and she smiled. I did not know how to feel, but said thank you! I walked out the grocery and tried to catch her but she got into her vehicle and left. This afternoon, Chris D. conducted an inspection in our home to evaluate potential water damage and possible mold issues related to a persistent damp, musty odor. From the start, Chris took the time to explain his equipment, including its limitations, and made sure we understood that readings could vary slightly.

He walked through our home carefully and, in my opinion, performed a very thorough and professional inspection. We may have been fortunate this time with the results, but the next step will depend on how our HVAC company responds.

What stood out most was Chris’s honesty and professionalism. He was not a pushy salesperson, but rather someone who provided clear information and genuine guidance. That honesty goes a long way and leaves us confident we would call this company again in the future if the need arises.

Dan, Pearl, David, and Josh, the were amazing! Very friendly and they worked quickly and hard. We had over 100 boxes and they got them all unloaded in 2 hours! I would definitely trust them with your stuff during reconstruction.

We had a great experience with ERS after having a water leak. The whole team was professional, and took pride in their work. Rick and Mike did an outstanding job on the finish work!

Our house suffered from rainwater/flood damage a few months ago. It has been a lengthy process, but the whole crew has been great. Rick and Mike (carpenters) have been doing the last finishing touches on the renovations, and have done a very thorough and excellent job.

We had water damage. Had to replace carpet. This pack out group being lead by Erica was outstanding. Theses guys David, Kevin, Dan, Pearl & Bianca are very professional, hardworking and very polite and mindful of our time & items. When you get great service, it just must be recognized. I am pleased to provide an exemplary recommendation for the Emergency Restoration Services Mitigation Team. We had an unforeseen leak in our kitchen. I called, and they were at my door within 30 minutes. From the start, Remy, my estimator, kept me at ease by demonstrating her professional expertise; she was prepared to answer every question I had from start to finish. She understood my frustration and immediately recommended a roofer who came out in the storm to determine the cause of the leak. (Thanks, Scott) My calls were always answered, and she always followed up to ensure there were no lingering questions I needed addressed. The demo team was also very accommodating, respectful, and thorough. They built a containment, tore out the ceiling, brought in dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers to support the drying process and keep the air clean. The monitors came out every day like clockwork to check the drying status. Lastly, I can’t say enough about the project and program managers, Jay and Matt, who were professional from start to finish, ensuring that everything identified in the scope of work was agreed upon, accomplished properly, and inspected. What a great group of experienced professionals! Now in the repair phase, I’m looking for similar results. Jacob, my repair estimator, was polite, detailed, and thorough in explaining what I would expect during the repair process. (I will write another review after my repair portion is complete) My experience thus far has been outstanding. I would recommend this company for your mitigation needs. The level of professionalism and experience the mitigation team had sets them apart from other mitigation businesses. They care about the customer, and we appreciate all of their efforts. Excellent service!!! We have just started the restoration process after a sewage leak. We are working with Chris Dickerson and he has been superb! We asked if he would be willing to join in a Zoom meeting to explain the restoration process and he did so without hesitation. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Can’t rate ERS any higher! We had an unexpected emergency over a holiday weekend, and this company was absolutely incredible. They showed up right away — even on a holiday — and immediately got to work tearing out damaged materials, cleaning everything up, and starting the restoration process without delay. Emergency Restoration Services is by far the best professionals I've had the distinct pleasure of being its client. I highly recommend for any future misfortunes one might encounter. Professional, courteous workers for starters. Matt's water mitigation team was exceptional in their response and duties. They arrived within the hour from the time I initiated contact. Dehumidifiers going 24/7 for several days, cleaning mold where founded, followed by fans for five days. They kept my house amazingly clean during demo. I am totally impressed by the teams' skills and courtesies.
Jacob, the cost assessor of how much the recon project will total for insurance purposes, has so much experience in the industry from actually laying tile down early in his career, to knowing the inside and outs of the industry. A rep by the name of Tayler came out to my home and she did an amazing job. I had a small tub leak from my upstairs bathroom and it damaged my ceiling down stairs. Tayler thoroughly assessed the walls for any wet area and mold. She even check to make sure there was no water damage to my floors. She checked for mold and everything. She explained everything to me and showed me pictures. I was very pleased with her knowledge, her level of professionalism and her customer service. If needed for more issues in the future I will definitely use this company and I am referring my friends. Thanks for making this a good experience during a rough time.

Our family had a flood in our downstairs bathroom on Saturday morning. We had previously worked with ERS and we new to call them right away. We talked to Donna and she had a crew there within the hour. Before they showed up, Jay one of there supervisors, and who worked with us in the past was there before the plumber to help us out. It was so nice just to see the familiar face, that alone helped lift some of the stress we were feeling. Not much longer after Jay showed up Damion and Ethan showed up and got to work right away by ripping up the LVP that was affected by the water. They were done very quickly and had dehumidifiers setup. Just wanted to say thanks again to the ERS family.

Erica, Dan, David and Brayxton were at our home after an emergency water catastrophe, the professionalism and courtesy shown to us was an absolute pleasure. Summer and Jocelyn were wonderful, everyday at our house to measure moisture and air quality after our damage and always at the time they said they’d see us. Wow wow wow! If you’re looking for a company for restoration - stop searching. ERS is hands down the BEST!! My house was struck by lightning in July 2025. ERS has held my hand every step of the way through a very long arduous and painful process of navigating mitigation, demo, and reconstruction. Their team has gone to bat on my behalf with home owners insurance at every single turn - and I am 100% convinced that without ERS, I would have been out tens of thousands of dollars in repair costs. Remi first laid eyes on my home after the lightning strike and knew immediately what steps needed to be taken in order to get the ball rolling in stabilizing my home. Jay, Jacob, and Shawn were incredible project managers on site throughout the process.
Jacob personally sent over 100 emails to my home owners insurance company himself. Hundreds of photographs, hundreds of pages of documentation, including daily reports were sent by him to my insurance company. Above and beyond doesn’t even begin to touch the level of work he did for my family. Jacob is an actual super hero.
The ladies in the office - Nikki, Serene, and Gina were incredible at handling the financial aspects of my claim as well as coordinating pack-out and safe storage of the contents of my home for the last 9 months. They talked with insurance directly, and helped take some of that burden off of me as the insured.
As my claim has come to a close and construction wraps, the restoration of my home to its pre-lightning-strike-state is top notch.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! I was overwhelmed and devastated by a water leak in our home. They came out the same day I called! Everyone I have interacted with has been exceptional, especially Remy and Jocelyn! The crew that came to remove all my furniture (Blanca, Braxton, and Kevin) were so through and really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! I have never felt so thoroughly taken care of by a company! They really have your back and put the customer first! I highly recommend them!
