Rick at ERS was amazing. His attention to detail and work ethic are phenomenal. He worked quickly and efficiently, taking time to explain things to me when I had questions, and produced a kitchen that is beautiful and functional again. Jacob and the mitigation crew were fantastic. Walking us through the entire situation, step by step and helping us deal with the insurance company, which was HUGE. I Highly recommend this company. Call them first THEN your insurance company.

I have used ERS twice after having water leaks in my home and both times they have been such a pleasure to work with. This time around the water heater in my attic leaked and they came out the same day to assess the damage and help with getting the insurance process started for the mitigation. Remy, Ray, Corey B, Summer, Paul, Josh, Jocelyn and Makala have all been so wonderful and easy to work with. I work over night so I sleep during the day and they have been fabulous about working around my difficult schedule and have been so helpful with this whole stressful process. I could not recommend ERS enough.

I am so pleased with the work performed by ERS. Especially pleased with Ki's skills and attention to detail. She represents ERS well. She put my bathroom back together like a pro and is very professional and customer focused. Thank you so much Ki and thank you ERS!

Rick and Ki from ERS came out once again today to install our barn doors after staining them beautifully and assembling them. They enter into our newly renovated bathroom. They also installed new baseboards that they also stained beautifully to match our existing woodwork and installed hardware on our newly installed cabinets that they installed on their last visit. They worked tirelessly trying to get the barn doors to retro fit our older home that has settled and is no longer plumb or level and did a terrific job! They also went out of their way and hung our mirrors for us! The patience and diligence and persistence is very impressive! Their professionalism and kindness goes above and beyond and they are an absolute pleasure to work with! ERS has some of the most wonderful and talented people working with them! You all should be very proud of your staff!

Paul was ready to go first thing this morning. He protected the floors, stairs, and carpet before starting any work. And when he was done everything was cleaned better than what it was before he started.
The job was explained well and he let me know what was going to be next.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had a nightmare of a situation with a sewage leak into the crawl space. I called Emergency Restoration Service and Chris came out right away. He walked me through the process, advised me what to expect, and had a team out the same day to start cleanup. Chris has communicated with me every step of the way-even while waiting on plumbers to complete repairs. Next up was adding machines to dry out the space and sanitize the air. Jocelyn was our regular (and Ethan on occasion), coming every day to check the machines and status of the space. She’s been amazing. Awesome attitude, chats with us, and loves on my dog—All while doing the job in a quick manner. We even looked forward to her coming daily. The demo team came after plumbing repairs, and they were awesome as well. Ray, Summer, Josh, and Corey B, came in to demo the bathroom and part of a bedroom. They had great attitudes, were friends, accommodating to my animals, (which is huge in my book). They were also able to chat with us all while completing the job quickly and efficiently. I was surprised how quietly they completed the job as well, and how well everything was cleaned up afterwards. Aside from the bathroom being demoed, it was like they hadn’t even been here. They even swept by the door way on their way out. Matt, the project manager, came on site to check the status of thing and was equally as awesome as the rest. Ki reset our toilet so we could have use of our only bathroom during the next steps. She was also great and very personable. The entire team made me feel like family from the very first phone call. They’ve been understanding of a stressful situation, been respectful of my home, and made it feel like I was genuinely letting friends/family into my house each time they arrived.

Our next step is getting the bathroom put back together. I will update my review once that’s complete but, I couldn’t wait to give accolades to an awesome team and a job well done thus far. Thank you, ERS, for making this entire process less stressful, and even enjoyable, because of your kindness and professionalism.

I cannot say enough great things about Chris Dickerson from Emergency Water Restoration. From the moment I discovered a leak in my home and realized there was damage, I felt overwhelmed and stressed. Chris immediately stepped in and helped ease my mind.

He took the time to answer my many questions thoroughly and patiently, making sure I understood exactly what was happening and what the next steps would be. Throughout the entire process, he kept me informed and ensured I was always aware of what was going on. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care truly made a difficult situation much more manageable.

The Pack out and structural cleaning team of Erica, Dan, Kevin, Braxton, Stan and Mike could not have gone any smoother. They communicated to me every aspect of their process. They made me feel at ease as well as my pup Ryder. They took extreme care with every piece that was packed out. The structural cleaning was amazing as well as the carpet cleaning. Our safety concerns were never an issue and if there were any questions they asked me with the utmost respect. For the pack back the team was Braxton, Mike, Stanley, and Kevin. Once again such care was given regarding the handling of my property. This case was completed around the holidays which made it even more difficult but the CONTENT TEAM made it happen. Great team to work with! They help you navigate insurance and are super communicative throughout the process. Shout out to the demo crew, Paul, Josh, and Makala. They were so kind, considerate, and efficient. Even my spicy cat loved them! I’m looking forward to being done with this, but with ERS I’ve had great people at my back every step of the way.

I could not be more pleased with the outcome of my kitchen restoration. It was not an easy fix as my husband had built the cabinets years prior, and they had to be rebuilt and the color matched. Rick and Ki were amazing. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise were outstanding. In every case, whatever I requested was provided, and they went the extra mile to make certain everything was complete to my specifications. Every person I worked with at Emergency Restoration eagerly offered solutions and made what could have been a nightmare doable. Serene and the office staff helped me walk thru the financial side easily. I highly recommend this company. Great people with an A+ work ethic.

I called Emergency Restoration Services llc to come to my home and give me an estimate for water removal. Tayler came out for the estimate and she wonderful! She was efficient and had a excellent customer service! I have NEVER trusted most companies but she gave me real advice without trying to lie. I 100% trusted her and took her advice. I was very pleased with Rainbow & Kevin on their response, clean-up & explaining the process from start to finish while helping me navigate thru the Insurance Company’s process. When going thru a situation of a water leak from my neighbors toilet over flow you need a calming voice & personality to get you thru & I thank Kevin for that.

Rainbow was quick to respond to the damage which happened within my Condo from a broken pipe, the owner Sevasti was extremely courteous, understanding, and patient considering I had to use my HOA's insurance company before mine. It was a long wait waiting for the money to come from the insurance, meanwhile during the process I had a project manager which was handling my restoration but was let you and dropped the ball. To get things back on track Jo and Rocky took the reins on the project and set the course straight again was wonderful results.

Rainbow international restoration was on it since day one. Kevin and Ace from the mitigation team were so great. They did their job efficiently. Rocky and Christina who were in charge with the repairs, were both very accommodating. They made sure that I will be happy with the work which I was… I am happy indeed about the outcome.
They both were very easy to reach if they missed my call they will call me right back. All in all Rocky and Christina took good care of me. I am grateful for this and I appreciate all of you at Rainbow international!

This company has the customers best interest! I had a small house fire and contacted them. Jake and his team reassured me everything would be throughly fixed and got everything finished beyond my expectations and in a very timely manner. I will recommend Jake and team to everyone I know for these calamities.
