Kurt quoted a great estimate.
Some things offered were not completed, but I was told by employee's, that it was not communicated. Some areas needed cleaning up, they came back next day to clean and redo a section of fence that needed something more.
All in all 5 stars, because they are willing to make sure you are 100% happy. I would use this business again if I needed.

Had a difficult time with this review because I generally had a good experience, but there was one area of significant frustration for me.

Pros:
1) Fence is of good quality and installed correctly
2) Price was reasonable
3) Installation team was quick
4) I had an aggressive timeline which the team prioritized and was able to meet
5) Helped me work through the bill and figure out how I could save some money

Cons:
1) Communication*
-The company never reached out to me following the initial down payment, I had to reach out to them every time. Turns out they were working to line everything up and meet my deadline, but it left me wondering what was going on.
-After roughly a dozen calls, I never got through to the office phone (option 3). Of about a dozen phone calls to the sales department (option 1) over multiple days, I got through to a person twice. At one point I had to go the office building which holds their PO box and the building secretary was able to reach them for me.
-However their phone system is set up, I was not able to leave a voice mail.
-Was told on two occasions I would get a call back "later that day" and never did. Had to reach back out on my own.

If they fix the communication problem, this will be a five star business. Everything else is there.

Awesome service! My wife and I love our new fence. VA fencing pros provides high quality work and possess great work ethic. They had our old fence down and a new one up in no time!

During challenging times with supply shortages and at the height of the season, Kurt bent over backwards to source the fence materials in a timely manner to stay on schedule, even upgrading the quality at no extra charge. He is a real problem-solver! While other companies were saying it would be 2-4 months out before they could get a fence done for us, he made things happen quickly. He and his team were very professional, experienced, and did a great job. They listened well, were polite, and worked with me on things needing clarification or decisions as the job progressed. We were very pleased with the job and the fence looks even more amazing than we anticipated! I would definitely recommend Kurt and his Virginia Beach Fence Company.

Kurt and his team put my new fence up in only 2 days and went above and beyond to make sure everything we wanted was addressed and taken care. Very friendly and personable, down to earth kinda company. We will be doing business with Kurt and Virginia’s Fencing Professionals again in the near future for our back yard shading needs. We are very pleased! The back of our yard needed fenced in and this took about a month to complete. The wait was worth the great quality and Kurt even built a customized gate to close the dock off.

I'm a military member who pays attention to detail and is very critical in work that I have done. VA Fencing Pro earned my positive five star review! The before and after pictures says it all.

Our stamped concrete pool deck installed by Blue Coast Concrete is dangerous because of being very slippery when wet, and the color application is extremely uneven. Pictures of it are posted on their Facebook page. We’ve requested that these issues be corrected and agreed to work within their timeframe (wait a while to see if it looks better on its own), but now our attempts to communicate with them are being ignored. We’ve lived through many home-improvement projects and have never had such a negative experience working with a contractor before. Still waiting for resolution and it has almost been a year. We should be looking forward to the upcoming pool season, but instead we’re worried about who will slip and fall next; our adult daughter fell last summer and we have multiple grandkids who come over to swim regularly. If we had been told by Blue Coast that having a sealed, stamped concrete patio next to a pool is dangerous, we would’ve chosen broom-finished concrete instead. We called a different local pool contractor after the installation to get his opinion, and he said that he refuses to install stamped concrete around a pool for safety reasons.

We used Blue Coast Concrete to install concrete around our new in ground pool. They did an amazing job!! We also used them for landscaping our lawn & to install a drainage system that has helped with a past drainage issue. Overall an amazing job! Dusty, the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful with what needed to be done. I would highly recommend this company!

Dusty and team are the biggest contractors in the business. If you want honest, hard working, reliable, committed, clean, reasonable, impeccably detailed individuals, look no further. It’s a family owned business, who can do just about anything, but specialize in concrete and pools. Dusty will always call or text you within minutes/hours for whatever the reason. He is the only contractor who I can say has consistently kept in touch with for your projects. They are hardworking, even when the temperatures are high. I appreciate their honestly and loyalty as a customer. We’ve had pavers, cement, landscaping, tree removal, pool additions and a gate installed in property and we’ve never been disappointed. Thank you Dusty and his hard working team for making beautiful changes to our home.

Dusty and his crew came in and quoted me an excellent price for a stamped concrete patio. Within a few days, they were on the site making the magic happen. My wife and I both just watched in awe as they brought our patio to life. Superb crew, excellent professionalism, and they had the knowledge required to crush this job. Dusty with blue coast was a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to work with. His crew is efficient and professional which is incredibly rare these days. They did demolition of our sidewalks, stone coping and concrete around our pool and new sidewalks. The work is beautiful and we’re very happy with the results.
