Had an estimate done in March unable to do at that time. Been trying to get ahold of them for a week no one will return my calls. If I could I would give them 5 negative stars.I don't think this is a real business. Found a good business got a new job scheduled in less than 3 days for half the price with better reviews!!!!!!!

We had an inground pool built in 2007 with concrete decking covering a 30 x 60 area that started showing substantial cracks and uneven surfaces. One section dropped almost 4" next to the house. The Groundworks field inspector, Tanya Kennedy, came to inspect first and explain the process. She did an excellent job of telling us what we could expect which included an annual service inspection done 1 year after the project was finished. The team, Alexander Young, foreman, and Garret Beck, technician, were very good at communicating their time of arrival. These men knew their jobs and didn't waste any time getting the holes drilled to lift and stabilize the sections. They were very careful not to damage the pool integrity when they worked to raise/level the sections around the pool. They didn't just pump the material and wait for the surface to raise, they were very conscious of how the pressure was raising the corners in comparison to the slabs next to the one being lifted. They did an excellent job of raising and stabilizing the entire area and especially did a great job of restoring the slope of the sidewalk around the back side of the house.
My wife and I are very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend the Groundworks entire team. Thank you

Our total experience with ground work from the certified filled inspector, Chris Garcia, and Foreman Aaron and his assistant cade, they did an awesome job from start to finish. Chris, the field inspector explained the process to us what the cost would be and what type of financing they had available if needed, set the appointment for the repair of our driveway. We were notified by the scheduler when they would be out to start the project. Aaron, who gave us a courtesy call let us know he had a cancellation and gave us an option to have the job completed five days earlier. perfect! Aaron, the foreman and his assistant cade introduced themselves. Explain the project step-by-step and the timeline it would take to complete the fill and repair of our driveway. After the job was completed, they picked up after themselves cleaned the driveway. Aaron shown us all the work they did and explain what we should expect in the coming days. Also explain the five-year warranty.. all three gentlemen did an awesome job very commendable. Overall rating I would give them a 10 with 10 being excellence.

I highly recommend Groundworks for any kind of foundation concerns. The sales person helped us understand the work that would be done. The price was reasonable and the workers were fast and efficient and cleaned up after their project. I was very pleased with the workmanship and was surprised a year later to receive a call to schedule a free follow up visit. The follow up visit was very thorough and careful. The service person arrived on time and spent time measuring for any cracking or settling. He noticed that the gutter was not attached and offered to repair that also.
Groundworks will always be my first choice.

My house is 3 1/2 years old. I found a crack in my tile floor in the corner of guest bedroom. I remembered a card that came in mail and contacted Groundworks to examine my floor and foundation underneath. The They responded quickly, giving me a date and time for technician to come out. Scott Condict called me to let me know he was on his way. I am amazed the work he did. Not only did he address my immediate problem but he checked the condition of my foundation throughout the house using some tools that measure the condition of the floor and subfloor. Before leaving he was able to show me the results of his findings. I cannot tell you how their work is because he assured me that while he could not tell me how the tile cracked, there were no underlying foundational issues. This company comes with great reviews, but the professionalism that Scott represented the company impressed me most. As a note, evenghough I did not need any repairs the company keeps my evaluation on file and in future has this as a base of comparison. In the event I sell, I have documentation for the inspector that there are no hidden damages. Not only did he report his findings for my house but advised me on a problem he found on my drive way, but there again not a problem that they repair. If you live in the OK city area, ask for Scott. You will not be disappointed.

I live in St. Paul, MN. I had Groundworks, formally Innovative Basement Authority, 2 years ago, to fix my basement, but to date, my basement continues to have a pool of water whenever it rains. They take up to a month to call me back and the 2 times they came to repair, all they did was putty up the leaks!!! IF your putting up the leaks was not working, wouldn't your company do something else to repair my basement, instead of just telling me that they cant do anything else?!?! I paid A LOT of money to use this company, and they haven't done anything to do what they said they can do! I would NOT even give them one star, BUT it wont allow me to post this review unless I give it a star, not fair!!!!

We had issues with the concrete around our pool becoming uneven and causing trip hazards. We contacted Groundwork’s and their team, Alex Young and Garret Beck came and did a fantastic job. They were very knowledgeable and worked well together, and with us the whole time. They kept asking if we were satisfied with how the project was turning out. Although everything couldn’t be set perfectly, they illuminated the trip hazards. We are so grateful and pleased we called them. Highly recommend!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or their subsidiary, JES Foundation repair.
I contracted with JES Foundation in 2022 for a French drain and sump system installation based on a hard sell from their salesperson. I received a “free” estimate but was told the instant he walked out the door the price would go up by $10,000. I needed the work done as I was actively having water seep into my house. The installation was done and the water issue was remediated.
In July of 2025, we had a very bad storm. The sump system sprung a leak and caused damage to my basement. I contacted JES, through the Groundworks customer service line, and had a technician come out to review. He confirmed the failure and that the damage and repair was covered under the Groundworks/JES warranty. He took pictures and said he would report to his boss and they would have someone out later that week to perform the repairs.
It has now been over two months since the damage and visit by the technician. NO ONE has come back to actually perform the repairs. I have called Groundworks and JES repeatedly. The general manager of the JES location near me has spoken to me once to confirm that JES should do the repairs – and then I never heard from him again. I have called numerous times and am always told “he’s in a meeting” or “he’s away from his desk” and that he would call me back to schedule a technician to perform the repairs and he has never done so.
I’m now considering other options to try and get my sump system and basement repaired.
I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Matt from the Manchester office arrived early (thank you) and did a great job assessing our problem and carefully and thoroughly explained our options for the work we need to be done. We would definitely return to Groundworks for future work we might need. Thank you Matt!

Came out in June and gave us an estimate did the job collected great. About 3 months later we had a problem called them for Warranty work They put us 3 months down the road. They can’t get it till November that just seemed a little off to me. I just hope we see them November and no problem but until then I’m not giving them a good rating due to their guaranteed work

Dylan was great. He took time and explained in detail all the aspects of the business. When he was through, I feel like I could build a foundation. It was like talking to an old friend. A company is only is as good as their employees. Dylan does your company proud.

I want to shout out to Austin Holt for his professional manner and congenial personality who was respectful in and outside of my home. He carefully took New measurements after foundation work of four months ago and showed and explained the differential numbers. He then took care of some unfinished business left over from when the work was Initially done.
He also spoke about the possibilities of doing some corrective driveway work.

Bryce and Christian did an excellent job explaining the work they were going to perform and answering my questions before the work started. They injected the PolyRenewal so that the driveway and sidewalk tripping hazards are gone. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with their work. Thank you!

    Think Twice Before Hiring Groundworks

I hesitated to write this review because, to be fair, Groundworks has some genuinely good employees — I met a few and appreciated their professionalism. But this review isn’t about the people. It’s about the company itself.

A few months ago, I hired Groundworks for foundation repair. The total cost? $20,000. A serious investment, but one I believed was necessary. Before the work began, I had Air & Drain Works perform a hydrostatic test to check for plumbing leaks. The results came back clean — no issues.

After Groundworks completed the foundation lift, Air & Drain Works returned for a post-test. That’s when the trouble started. The lifting process had caused a leak. A costly one. The repair estimate? Over $10,000.

I reached out to Groundworks multiple times, hoping for some accountability or at least a conversation. Nothing. No returned calls. No follow-up. It’s amazing how responsive they are when they’re trying to win your business — and how silent they become when you need help after the fact.

So here’s my advice: if you’re considering foundation work, look elsewhere. Find a company that stands by their work after the job is done — especially when their actions lead to expensive consequences. If this review makes even one person reconsider, then maybe Groundworks will realize that ignoring customers after the check clears isn’t a sustainable business model.

Update to previous review: Groundworks to the Rescue – A Company That Truly Cares

I rarely revise my reviews, but in this case, it’s well deserved. Groundworks reached out to me directly and offered a resolution that was more than satisfactory. Their willingness to listen and make things right showed me that this company genuinely cares about its customers.

The quality of their work has never been in question—it’s excellent. What impressed me most was their commitment to standing by that work and ensuring customer satisfaction even after the job was done. If you ever encounter an issue, give Groundworks the opportunity to resolve it. I’m confident you’ll be glad you did.

From the ground up, Groundworks proves they are the best.

Howard came by for an inspection in California and initially things went well. He explained the technical aspects clearly and provided a rough cost estimate. However, when I said I needed time to think about the project, his demeanor changed abruptly. He turned away and started leaving immediately. When I asked how I could contact the company, he appeared upset and responded in a way I did not expect from a professional. The sudden shift in behavior was surprising and disappointing.

Sergio came out to our house and was very professional. He listened intently to everything we told him. He did a very thorough investigation of our home and help identify new areas of concern. We never felt rushed or pressured. He offered his professional advice. Sat down with us and explained the whole process as well as the finance options. I would gladly recommend Sergio and groundwork’s to my friends and family as well as those in my community. Awesome job so far. Thank you.
