I would like to share my experience with Innovated basement authority today. Bryce Jacovetti, their inspector came this morning and did a complete inspection for where water was coming in the laundry room. He was very thorough and explained everything very well. I will for sure recommend him to anyone who needs an inspection for water problems. A very nice guy and easy to understand all his recommendations. Great guy!!

I recently had Alex Dennison, Certified Field Inspector, inspect our home due to some uneven flooring that I noticed a few months ago. Alex was very pleasant and professional throughout the entire visit. He conducted a thorough inspection of our home and took the time to explain everything in detail. I really appreciated how clearly he described the findings and reassured us that there was no foundation problem. His expertise and communication made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend Alex for anyone needing a home inspection!

Mark Robichaud arrived as scheduled and met with us to review the situation with the water in the basement. Upon examining the problem, he immediately identified the source of the water through the humidifier on our heating unit. Mark reviewed our various options related to the basement and foundation. We were very pleased with his professionalism and ability to address our problem comprehensively. We look forward to continue working with Groundworks!!

Jefferson T, Franusio P, Jose, Alexander T Quion all showed up on time for Groundworks. They all worked together like a well oiled machine. They did a great job repairing my foundation and a great job on clean up too. I would hire them again.

Contacted groundworks for inspection concerning concrete pad leveling. Had the inspection done within a week. Had a little trouble with scheduling the work, weather and the likes. Front office was great to work with during this time.
Finally was able to get the work started. The tech, Colton, was great to work with on site, very professional. After going over what work was to be done and how it was to be accomplished, Colton started. The job consisted of leveling several slabs of concrete leading into the garage that had settled over time, a small job. He completed it in about 45 minutes. The finished work looks good and the concrete is back to it's original position.
I would and will recommend groundworks to anyone in need of concrete repairs. Pleased with the service I received from this branch of groundworks out of Bozeman, Mt.

Poor quality, dis-honest and overpriced. They came to fix a 14 foot basement wall in my house. They charged me 12k and said it would be a 2 to 3 FULL day job. They came one day with 3 guys and slapped it together in 5 hours. The beams weren't level, the sheeting was cut jagged and crooked, joints weren't tight, insulation wasnt complete. And they lied about the depth of the footings. It looked like a DIY job. They talked me into pouring footings which I dont think was even necessary, and they told me they were 2 feet deep but, we drilled into them and they were only 14 inches deep. Not only do they do poor quality work, and over charge, they lie to their customers as well. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Ever. The only other option in my area was DBS and I would recommend trying them over groundworks. They were basically the same price, but maybe they dont lie and maybe they do quality work. I did refuse to pay my bill in full until they came back and fixed it, but im still not happy with the way it looks and I feel like it was a total rip off. Very unprofessional and dis-honest company.

We previously moved into our forever home not no knowing that our basement was retaining water. We then called Bill from Groundwork’s he came out and inspected our home and figured out the best solution for us. After approximately a month he sent out a 5 person crew who were very knowledgeable about what they were supposed to be doing. These guys started at 6 am and didn’t quit until 6 pm. They turned a 5 day job into a 3 day job. My wife Lois and I were very please and satisfied with their work. We would highly recommend them to anyone

I highly recommend Dillion and his team for any work you may have. After I noticed some cracks one side of my home, Dilion came out and completed a thorough inspection. The inspection was very detailed, precise and straightforward. We set the date to start the work and I was so impressed with the foreman and crew. Moses Barajas and his crew were so skilled, hardworking, detailed and had great communication throughout the entire project. They worked with me and really thoroughly explained everything that they were doing and why they were doing it. Their entire team really cared about me as the customer and took pride in the job they were doing. They truly exceeded my expectation and made the process so smooth. The day started off with Jesse calling about a damaged hose that needed to be replaced. He called approximately an hour before he was to arrive. Appreciated his communication to let me know he was going to run a little late. When he arrived, Jesse explained what he was going to do to complete the job to my satisfaction. By the time the job was completed, Jesse and Chris showed me what was done, some things went above and beyond what was required, but they were extremely detailed. I and completely satisfied with the job Jesse and Chris provided.

The crew was great they walked us thru every step of the process answering all questions we had to our full understanding. They clean up and showed us how the complete system worked after all work was completed making us feel comfortable and confident. Great guys they worked as a team Thanks for all your hard work. I used Groundworks on a previous project on my home. They did such a good job on that project that when I needed some concrete slab leveling work done, knew who I was going to call. Wesley and Zechariah did a professional job and were very friendly and quickly completed the job. I will recommend Groundworks to anyone I know interested in foundation work.

The team resolved a water issue for us. Mike Grande provided excellent support, explaining the options we had and how it could be achieved in phases. He provided a mason who was able to repair issues in the foundation/inside walls. And Dinis Darosa and crew installed a sub-pump to address any long term water issues. They worked hard all day and explained how it worked prior to leaving the site. Great team work guys!!

I had little more than sent an after-hours online inquiry to Groundworks when I got a call from their representative. Mike Olney then met me at 9 o’clock the very next morning to assess the foundation issues I was having. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable, and I was quite impressed with his very thorough inspection process aided by the high-tech instruments he used to check elevations. He was not high pressure at all; he just presented the findings, repair options, cost and payment options/terms and then left it to me to decide.
Groundworks may not be the least expensive foundation repair company out there, but based on my brief dealings with them thus far, they are a very professional and have a first class operation. Many thanks to Groundworks and Mike for the very punctual communication and overall pleasant experience.

We had my water problem in my basement finally fixed. Chris F. and Seth B. came to our rescue. I was informed every day of the arrival time and at the end of the day of what they accomplished. Very courteous and knowledgeable, specially Chris had always an answer to my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Groundworks!

Workers were in and out in under 2 weeks. Work for under the house was great. But during construction, they managed to break a completely visible water line and had to turn our water off. It took them hours to find a part and fix it and even told us they may not be able to fix it in a good amount of time. They ended up fixing it in a timely manner and it was fine. They ALSO completely ripped out the electrical wires that ran down our driveway connecting electricity to our light posts all down our driveway. We got a quote from our electrician who was helping in the project to put outlets under the house. THEY REFUSED THE QUOTE. So they said they’d have their own electrician come take a look, which was interesting because because they told us that we had to find our own for the project under the house… that electrician said they’d hang the wires back up BUT NOT CONNECT THE ELECTRICITY?!?! and they’re only going to give us a couple 100$ back for the damage.. so now we have to pay out of pocket to an electrician for something THE BROKE and THEY RUINED because they refuse to fix what they messed up. Great that they were so quick to fix under the house, but damaging someone’s property and then refusing to fix it? Completely unacceptable.

November 11, 2025 Update - Today Groundworks completed the second part of our project - the caulking of several control joints along our sidewalk and driveway, along with lifting a portion of the sidewalk that had dropped a few inches. Damien A. and Laz C. did a great job! The quality of the work was excellent, and Damien and Laz were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and respectful. I am extremely pleased with the work product.

Original Review - We had a great experience with Sheldon and his crew. They installed 5 piers to stabilize a portion of our foundation. The foundation is now stable, and you cannot even tell they completed the work. The project included re-pouring a portion of brushed aggregate concrete near our front door and they did an excellent job matching the existing concrete.

Finally, Sheldon and his crew were hard working, professional and courteous. I highly recommend Groundworks and Sheldon's outstanding crew.

I couldn't be more pleased with the foundation repair service I received on Oct.9-10 2025. From start to finish, the team lead by Thomas N, professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. with his other team, Ian J, William M. and Tyler W. They took the time to explain the process in detail and answered all my 100 questions, making me feel completely confident in the work being done.

The repair itself was done quickly, with a high level of safety taken into factor. but with precision and care, and the results have been amazing! I’ve noticed a huge improvement in the stability of my home. They also made sure to clean up thoroughly after the job, leaving no mess behind.

The Foreman Jonathan and his crew were extremely professional, precise, and efficient!

They moved up my original install date because they acquired all the permits needed earlier than anticipated and were eager to get in here to provide me with an urgent solution for the flooding I was experiencing in my basement!

I did my due diligence and got 3 separate quotes. Christian Atkins, the Certified Field Inspector stood out the most with his knowledge, toolset and passion for helping people like me; a stressed out homeowner that had to shop vac over an inch of flooding in the basement!

I would pick Groundwork’s every time!

Had to fix sagging main beam under my living room. Groundworks Jacob Boca came out crawled under my house n confirmed that the beam was sagging because it was only supported by 2 small 2 by 4 post on cement. Built in 1985. The beam was also coming out of cement ends scary. He explained what needs to be done.schedule a time n price. They came out n installed 5 lifts with cement n gravel base. He kept in touch n answered all my calls n text. Never ignored me n was polite n patient. The crew did a great job n where fun to be around. They repaired the floor n cleaned up everything. I'm very happy with. The job they did . Price was more than fair as my brother use to do work like this in the past. Also have a 25 years warranty. Thank u guys.

I've been working with Dillon on getting water issues solved. He's quick to respond and figure out what was needed. Josh and David were the Team sent - they put in a new sump pump and a perimeter system to keep water from getting in. Josh is great at explaining the job as they worked. He and David work well together to get the job done.
