Highly recommend Groundworks!!! The process from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. We received several bids for our 1910 home with basement walls cracking and water penetrating. There was also an addition on our home and the foundation was settling and they addressed that as well.

We visited with Sheldon in our home and he was more than willing to come back out and visit again when we had additional questions.

The crew doing the work showed up every day and completed the extensive job in a matter of days. The foreman, James, communicated daily about the plans and the goal for the day. He checked in often to make sure we were okay with everything. James (Foreman), Paul (Co-Foreman), and Tyler (Installer) were all very capable and knew their jobs well. I was amazed at how proficient the crew of three worked.

I wanted to wait to leave a review to see how the workmanship held up with some time passing but everything is still great. We've had some pretty substantial rain and the waterproofing is doing its job!

I also wanted to mention the quality of products Groundworks uses. This is not a cheap fix with below standard products. They use high quality products. What sold us as customers was the overall price but not skimping on the quality, the warranty staying with the home and transferring to a new owner, thus adding value to our home, and the payment plan. We signed up for the 24 month no interest and no payments due. As long as I have it paid off by the expiration date, we won't pay interest. Working as a realtor, this payment plan works great for me.

Working as a realtor, I see a lot of foundation jobs done by smaller companies and then when they are bought out by larger companies, the warranty doesn't transfer. This was very important to me to feel like we weren't going to lose the warranty. Groundworks is the fastest growing foundation company, so we weren't worried about signing up, having the work done, and then losing the warranty.

We had our whole house leveled and they even finished before scheduled time. We were pleased with the crew, Ian,Thomas, Will, Tyler and Charles. They were Very professional and courteous. They all worked so hard! My husband checked on them often and they always were wonderful and welcomed his questions. He was pleased with all of them. Ian the head guy way very polite and was such a gentleman when he came in the house and was even patient with my dogs. God bless him. Mitch, who came and gave the estimate was very knowledgeable and nice. He explained everything so that we understood and answered all questions. The company that did their loans, was easy and offered a plan that was perfect. We were pleased with the price and the type of leveling process. We had several quotes from other companies that offered the same type of foundation work and Groundworks were the best price. They plan to come check things later and make sure things are still good.
We rate them a good strong 9, because I don't give 10's.

I asked around regarding having the 2 car driveway (62 years old) replaced at my mom's house. First and best response was CE Construction. While Chad was there giving me a price I also asked about replacing the large concrete patio in the backyard. One section had pretty good size cracks and the other was section needed replacing for esthetics purposes. Chad gave me a great price on both. Work commenced on the day he promised. His crew was methodical, even paced a nd knew what they were doing. They worked carefully around the area of the driveway where the sprinkler system went and never hit a line or sprinkler head. Kudos to Norman on the back hoe. The areas were cleaned up and look really good. I highly recommend this company for their work, diligence, timely finish and most of all price. Im hoping some of my neighbors also contact them as every driveway in the neighborhood except mine and my neighbor who also had them do her driveway, sidewalk, porch and new section to the side door entrance, needs to be replaced. Beautiful job there too. Thanks again to the crew and company. Job well done guys.

Went looking for a contractor to install a patio in our backyard. Contacted five contractors. CE Construction was the only one that responded. Chad showed up and gave us a very detailed explanation of different surface types and answered all of our questions and concerns about drainage. His team showed up early in the morning and did a great job of clearing out the old concrete and bricks and poured a nice flat patio. The team spent hours working and smoothing the concrete to make it perfect. We're very happy with the results.

We recently had our driveway redone by CE Construction, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the final result. From start to finish, the team was incredibly respectful, timely and efficient. They communicated clearly, showed up when they said they would, and worked diligently to complete the project without any unnecessary delays.

In addition to replacing our existing driveway, they redid our walkway and added a functional area along the side of our house. The added space is incredibly useful and blends seamlessly with the rest of the work.

The quality of the work truly exceeded our expectations. The driveway looks amazing, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. What impressed me most was how careful they were with the surrounding areas—there was minimal disruption or damage to our grass and garden beds, which we really appreciated.

Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality, professional work.

Do not go to anyone else, I'd give 10 stars if i could! Chad at CE Construction is the guy to go to for all concrete matters. He did an incredibly professional and beautiful job replacing my driveway—we have neighbors and even other contractors stopping to ask who did it. After I reached out during an urgent situation, his responsiveness was unmatched. He came out, measured, and provided quotes the exact same day, helping me avoid a major legal mess.
We were under contract the very next day, he pulled the permit on day three just like he said he would, and just one week later, the old driveway was torn out and the new one was poured. Plus he fixed another small part of our walkway because it was done poorly. Chad is a fair, honest, and highly skilled expert with excellent pricing and quality craftmanship!!! Only thing I regret is not posting this review sooner.

Okay, admittedly I am very late with this review, but that doesn't take away from how happy I was with the service and end product that I received from CE Construction. Not sure if I should list any names here so I won't, but the owner was not only a joy to work with (professional but not stuffy) ... even more importantly, he knew his stuff. He gave me a few options for my certain situation (and I had a situation for sure) and he and his guys just knocked it out of the park. Fast and efficient yet quality work.
If I ever need ANY concrete work done at any other location in the future, this is the number I am calling.
I am so happy with this company I might even get him to do my mother-in-laws place ... and I don't even like her .... :)

I spent quite a bit of time researching different concrete contractors out there. I went through at least 3 different companies and received an array of costs.

Chad was by far and above the most thorough, knowledgeable, and up front company/individual I talked to. He knows what he's talking about and gave a no bs approach to my specific needs. I personally preferred the no fluff and liked the fact that he focused on ensure I knew EXACTLY what I was going to be getting. Once I decided that I was going to go with him, he was always readily available to answer my questions (I had plenty) AND went so far as to offer suggestions for my needs based on his experiences to ensure I was given a quality product that was timely.

He's a very busy individual and if you're thinking about getting concrete make sure you plan ahead as he has a full schedule - but his services are well worth it.

I know if I decide to expand my driveway or do ANY concrete work, I'll reach out to CE Construction.

I’ve used CE Construction for correcting shoddy concrete done by a competitor before. The owner, came out and fixed the other company’s poor work. It was a no brainer to use them again for a sidewalk from our driveway to the front porch. Again, we were treated very well, work was preformed as planned, timely and workers were responsible and respectful to me and my property. I would highly recommend this company.

Chad was an absolute Lifesaver for me. I had hired another contractor to replace my driveway who left me high and dry with a torn up driveway and no completion date in sight. Chad responded almost immediately to my cry for help. The day after we signed the contract his crew was at my house grading and prepping the drive. The other guy had left it just a big pile of rubble. They had the prep work done in one day and showed up as promised to pour the concrete. The driveway looks beautiful and I am absolutely thrilled with it. Thank you again Chad.
