I paid $20K for window replacements and roof work. Started with one leak—ended with three new ones in places that had never leaked.
What followed: a year of broken promises, shoddy work, and chronic no-shows. I lost countless days waiting for workers who sometimes never arrived.
Donny repeatedly insisted Shane was "going above and beyond," yet the leaks persisted. When I pushed back, Donny claimed I "wanted everything for free." I just wanted what I paid for: no leaks.
Shane's final attempt left daylight visible around a door frame—then wanted more money to fix his own work. When I objected, he told me to find another installer. When I reported a still-leaking window, Donny cited the warranty expiration—one week past.
Shane seemed to care about customer satisfaction until he didn't. Donny never did.
I have extensive documentation—notes, photos, emails, texts—but I've wasted enough time on these contractors.

Poor person quality and complete disregard for OSHA safety standards for safety and PPE. No trench boxes and poorly maintained equipment. New development work has to constantly be redone.

Marty and his crew did a stupendous job in our kitchen. We will be working with them again.

I finally have the kitchen I have been wanting for 35 years. Marty and his crew were awesome. They removed walls, relocated appliances, put in new flooring for a majority of my house all within the promised time. I have heard so many horror stories about contractors getting the work done over budget and over the promised time but that was not my experience at all. The guys were professional and friendly and I was sorry to see them go.

We hired Marty to help us repair our creaking stairway. He and his crew reinforced the stairway, put in new treads and risers and corrected our problem efficiently. We were so happy that we hired him to build us a new fence and gate. It’s the most beautiful fence in the neighborhood! He and the crew moved on to lay a luxury vinyl floor and put up crown molding in our family room. Marty and his crew did a wonderful job! We will definitely be calling HMS for future projects.

HMS Contracting did a wonderful job at my home. I was experiencing a major problem with my brickwork and needed carpentry work ASAP. The masonry company contacted Marty and his team and they arrived and went promptly to work! They were very hardworking and respectful of my home. Marty organized electricians and painters where needed. He was constantly in touch with me and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. I will not hesitate to contact him again in the future!

Nate and his team did an excellent job doing interior paint work at my home. They painted about 15 doors and a hallway. The crew always arrived early to the job and they worked quickly to complete in a few days. Nate truly cares about his customers and he came back to do some touch up work at no cost. Nate and his crew painted my ceilings, all trim, and all doors in 3.5 days! They even installed new door handles on every door. The were so attentive and punctual every day and were so careful with my furniture and belongings. Nate responded to all texts within seconds and gave me updates along the way. 2 Koats Painting recently completed a project at our house and we could not be happier. We had the kitchen, family room, hall and foyer painted, to include drywall repairs and pop-corn ceiling removal. Nate (the owner) was honest, thorough, and timely. He was very helpful and provided excellent advice with our ever-changing plans for this project. He and his team (Corey & Courtney) were very professional, and personable, even when dealing with my constant nit-picking. They did a very thorough and detailed job and finished a day early.

Twokoats Painting Co. finished painting our whole house indoors in 12 days. They did an excellent job. They were very punctual and professional in their work. They covered all the furniture and floors with plastic and paper. When they finished the work they cleaned up everything in a very nice manner and put the furniture back in place.
Nat was present all the time overlooking the work and was very cooperative and excellent in administrating the work. We are very happy with the work they have done and highly recommend them for the paint job.

Nate and crew Percy and Reggie did a great job on my kitchen ceiling that was badly stained from water that had leaked from upstairs that required repairing and sealing before they painted. They set up, put up protective coverings and drop cloths and moved furniture for me and rehung pictures. They were friendly, respectful and patient with my overly social dog.
