This small, locally-owned company rocks! I chose it from their web page which seemed unpretentious and very different from big chain stores. I'm not sorry. The estimator came to our house within 2 days of our visit to the store; his estimate was in my email box that afternoon. The installers were scheduled within one week of my initial, 50% payment. The installers were very professional and did an all-round terrific job. I would recommend this company without reservation

Recently we replaced carpet in our master bedroom and closets. We were trying to match a product that is no longer being sold. Our experience began with Chris D. He was extremely professional and patient. He came to our house with many samples. Nothing was working. We had 4 other companies come. One had a product that we liked, but the company had so many bad reviews. Floors to Go had excellent reviews. Chris was able to get the product. Everything he was promising us was coming true. The staff was punctual, friendly, and professional. The ladies who scheduled the work were exceptionally friendly and what they promised was delivered. Our installers, Jason and Mike were phenomenal from the moment they arrived until the project was complete. We even received a personal message from the owner. We would highly recommend Floors to Go! The Best Professional staff and the company believes in integrity!

We cannot say enough good things about Floors to Go. We set up an estimate to have our downstairs floors down done,Lori came out to our home to do the estimate and was so friendly and helpful, and really listened to what I would like to have, we made an appointment to come to their showroom and was so pleased at all the choices and I was even more impressed with just how much Lori listened because she brought out samples of engineered hardwood, something she had heard me mention and we were sold. From the time they brought out the materials to installation was such an easy and positive experience. The installers were very friendly, knowledgeable and showed up every morning on time.They let us know everything they were doing and really took the time to pay attention to every detail even cleaning up daily before they left. Our floors are beautiful and everyone in the house can’t stop talking about them. We are definitely coming back to them for our upstairs in the future.Thanks Floors to Go for such a great job.

We finally decided to have all new floors put in our home. I was very undecided and made several trips to the showroom. Chris was so helpful and so very patient with me! He is so knowledgeable and very honest! When we finally made our decision everything was ordered & we were on the schedule for installation. The guys who came to install our plank floor did an amazing job! Beautifully done! The carpet guys had a huge project on their hands! They knocked it out in two days and our carpet looks amazing. The way they did our steps- gorgeous!! We are so pleased with the entire project! Top quality work from all four guys!! We appreciate it so much!!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Floors To Go from start to finish. I own a rental property and needed to replace all the flooring while living hours away from the property. Becky (sorry if it was somebody else...I may have spoken with another person at some point and mixed up names) was great with her initial contact and follow-up to schedule the measure and install. Chris made the process of choosing the LVP and carpet so smooth and easy. I opted to drive down and choose in person, but he was willing to send samples and really do everything he could to make me confident in my choice. He was super patient and helpful when I chose the flooring in person. Once the floors were chosen, delivered and ready for install, Matt kept me posted every step of the way with photos, videos, etc. during the install. Their prices were fair and, honestly, this was the best experience I've had with a company doing home repairs and/or improvements. I would highly recommend Floors to Go.

We contacted Floors to Go based on a recommendation. We were thrilled that we listened. We had some minor damaged to our bathroom floor that required the floor to be replaced. This was not a large job. We worked with Chris and he treated our project as if was a major project. However, he understood that we were note looking for a high end replacement. He showed us some cost effective options that work perfectly. He was able to have his installers come out the following week. The installers were professional, detailed and respectful of our home. Recently, my wife and I decided to have our steps carpeted. After going back and forth with a few companies, I reached out to Matt at Floors to Go. He was able to come to my house the following day to take measurements, explain the process and provided me with a few options that could work for our stairs. The next day, he provided quotes for each option and I picked which option we wanted. I reached back out to Matt and I was able to have the work done in just three business days. The installer, Marcus, was very pleasant, worked efficiently and cleaned up everything when he was done.
Overall, the process was smooth, there was no pressure and the time from consultation to installation was very quick. We are fully satisfied with the work that was done.

We are so pleased with everything that came together to make our new floors a reality. Chris was outstanding when he carefully described and displayed the various flooring samples available in the showroom. Chris set up the installation and gave us all of the necessary details about what we should do to prepare. Kenny, Angelo and Seth were an excellent team for the install. Very easy going, organized and skilled -they did an amazing job on the floors. Rocky and Richard did the bedroom carpet installation and they, too, were organized and skilled. Considering what a big job it was to get the entire first floor of the house re-floored, the entire process went off without a hitch and we are so excited about how it looks. Thank you-great job!

Suddenly, I found myself moving to a new job and I urgently needed help to finish an incomplete floor project. Mr. DeJesus was very knowledgeable and he was able to come out to my home, same day, to build a project estimate and make recommendations. The workers laid fresh stair carpeting and installed stair nosing to finish my project out for me within a few days. The quality was good, the price was fair, and they were quick. I will definitely do business with them again.

Chris and his team are great. I called to schedule a time to get a quote and he drove out to my house that day. After that, he drove 30 minutes to our rental house to do that quote, and then drove 30 minutes back to return the key. A few days later, I confirmed we were moving forward, and he had his team installing the next day! They did a great job with the flooring, and we’ll definitely use them again. Overall, they went above and beyond, it was a really easy process, and we highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience with floors to go. When we first visited the show room Lori was amazing to work with. She listened to our needs, helped us pick the best carpet and padding for our home. We were in that delicate dance of wait for closing and dealing with supply chain issues and moving dates. Lori was supportive and understanding the entire way. On install day the team was amazing. They some how managed to make our floors look like they had no issues! Our floors were terrible before hand and they did such a great job it came out flawless!

2024 UPDATE: 3 year later, our floors have seperated quite a bit, but they look good still. We hired a contractor who can hopefully fix it! We did a moisture test in our home and that came back normal, so not sure if they were just cut short or what. But it’s only in the kitchen.

My experience with floors to go was great from start to finish. Chris DeJesus was very professional and knowledgeable in helping me select a new flooring. The installers were not sub contractors and were very experienced. I was nervous about my floors as I have an older house and 2 layers of old flooring. I knew that the prep work was very important. The installers did not rush in the prep and made sure my under floors were solid, level and ready for the new flooring. The price was reasonable and I am pleased with the results.
