We bought an older condo recently and needed new floors ASAP before moving in. Lori was such a professional, she was so helpful in picking the right floor, to measuring, providing an estimate and coordination of everything. The floors came out beyond our expectations! The attention to detail with trim really impressed us. The floors are perfect and the installation was fast! We are going back for our bathroom floors!

We had been wanting to replace our old, weathered carpet with hardwood floors for more than 10 years. Floors to Go was recommended to us by friends who had a positive experience with them. From start to finish, everyone we encountered along the way was helpful, professional, and kind. Logan helped us pick out the perfect flooring for our home; Becky kept us updated through the ordering and installation process; and Kenny, Angelo, and Ace were not just expert installers, they were so friendly and thoughtful throughout the multiple days it took to complete a pretty massive project. Our floors look great, and we are so pleased with the end result!

We could not be happier with our decision to go with Floors To Go for new flooring throughout! Logan was an absolute joy to work with. He was very patient as we tried to make our decision. Delivery of product was on time and smooth. I miss having Kenny and Angelo at the house every day. They were actually fun to have around, and were very hard workers. They kept us informed with every problem they found (and there were a lot, whew!) and were always upbeat about it. They never complained about the extra work, not once. Our new floors look amazing and we love showing them off! This experience was night and day from our last. We will recommend Floors To Go to everyone!

Logan was an excellent representative, knowledgeable, understanding and helpful from introduction to coming out to take measurements, to keeping us updated on scheduling and materials.
The materials delivery went smoothly and on time. The fellows were efficient and polite and answered questions easily.
It was a large job, requiring a 2 week time frame as we were having flooring Installed throughout the house. Kenny and Angelo arrived on time and worked diligently each day. They were professional, helpful and friendly and went above and beyond in all things.
What could have been a trying experience for a retired couple was pleasant and easy to live through.

Scheduling was seamless, communication was exemplary during every phase of our project. The installation crew was timely, polite, neat and professional. They showed up on time each day, worked very diligently, cleaned up at the end of each workday, and kept us apprised of the steps and progress being made during the removal of

Franciscus Homes built Harbor Walk II off Shore Drive in Norfolk, 1/2 mile east of Little Creek Road and the JEB Navy base.The last homes were built at the end of 2014. I discovered after the warranty of one year was up-- about March 2016-- that my electrical wiring did not follow Norfolk City Code in regard to the series (or order) that the outlets followed. Many other residents have expressed the same issue. This poor work results in only one of each outlets working, instead of both.
Where was the Norfolk Building Inspector when he looked at the open wiring before the walls were sheetrocked.?
Also ALL front porch ceiling lights are fixtures made for the INSIDE of a home- not for use in the ceiling of a porch. My outdoor fixture rusted and had to be replaced with a fixture truly made for the exterior of a home.
BEWARE OF the builder Franciscus Homes! Apparently after winning an award for another home project in Va Beach, they rested on their laurels and the quality deteriorated ! -

I recently purchased am amazing condo within a new Williamsburg community that was built by Franciscus Homes. Everything looks amazing and they have taken good care of me as a customer throughout the closing process. I also was a renter within a community they built a few years ago in Williamsburg (Claiborne), and that was all around a great town home and property.

Franciscus Homes builds a quality home and is a pleasure to work with. I'm thrilled with the many upgrades that were included in our new home. The team also worked like it was their own house in order to get us in before the holidays! I can't praise them enough!
