The owner's son, Trey Hylton, served as our general contractor for a major home renovation. Several rooms were completely gutted and rebuilt with new flooring and subflooring, updated ceilings and joists, new electrical work, and a beautifully finished master bathroom. Although we initially had some concerns about Trey’s level of experience, he quickly earned our confidence through clear, consistent communication and prompt, effective problem-solving. His professionalism and dedication exceeded our expectations. We would trust Hylton Builders with any future construction project.

I recently purchased an older home with asbestos in the basement. I had several companies walk though for a quote and ended up choosing Zhe Industries. Brian took the time to explain all of the training and certifications he and his team have for removing asbestos, and answered all of my questions about safety. The attention to saftey was my biggest concern through the process, and I ended up choosing this company because they demonstrated a commitment to making sure I felt safe in my own home.

The estimate was competitive and fair. I was scheduled quickly and the work crew was very professional, timely, and efficient. They did a great job of removing asbestos, and even upgraded some of the encapsulation without billing me for the upgrades.

After the removal, Brian and his team took air quality samples to measure the particle count both in the air and in the basement. This again I appreciated- other companies did not offer the level of testing that Zhe offered.

I was impressed with both the workmanship, saftey, and upgrades that this Company went out of the way for, and I have already recommended family friends to Brian and his team. I will be hiring Zhe Industries for future projects!

Zhe Industries did an excellent job putting a new roof on our detached workshop. Leading up to the job, Brian was easy to work with, very responsive, and showed up to the job on time with a great crew. The workshop required 2 different types of roofing, and adjustments had to be made on site after the old roof was torn off. The crew was well prepared and immediately solved all problems that came up. The job was finished expediently and to a high degree of quality. This company is very professional and organized - I strongly recommend.

I needed a roof replacement and new insulation for my new home. I chose Zhe industries to do the job, and my roof and attic look brand new. Most notably, the new insulation keeps my home at the desired temperature for much longer and the new roof now keeps the weather out. I have had the pleasure of working with Brian for 2 roof repairs first at home and then at work. On both occasions, he came on time, gave his estimate and explained, both verbally and with pics of the problem areas, of what needed to be done and why, as well as other possible problems that might be discovered. He was honest enough to tell me that, for what we had in mind, insulation was not really our best answer. Very professional and easy to talk with in all parts of the process. You can tell it’s run and managed by the people you’re speaking with and not some big chain who has to go through 8 chains of command to make a decision. Quality results with small company feel. This was our first big purchase as new home owners and I have zero hesitation that it was a bad choice. I had some issues with my AC about a month after install and the AC guys had to replace a pipe under my house where all the insulation had been put. Zhe industries came back out to make sure everything was still as it should have been under the house!

They did an excellent job of installing the insulation in my home. They were prompt and professional throughout the entire process.
They also moved items out of my attic and put back in without any damage. I normally set my thermostat at 71-72 and I feel comfortable everyone else is freezing. After the insulation I have to set the thermostat at 73/74 because I’m freezing with the lower temperature. Also my attic is normally very hot and unbearable in the summer, but now it’s so much cooler and doesn’t feel like a sauna.
