Floors to Go did an amazing job on the flooring in our new house. The carpet and lvp that were in installed both look great. They worked with our schedule moving into the new house and their team were very helpful in selecting the right flooring. Highly recommend!!!

Floors to Go did a great job with every aspect of the demo, delivery, and installation of our new floors. Lori was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. She was able to schedule the job quickly so we could get the floors done fast. Then, the team that installed the floors were incredible. They put up with my dog barking all day and even fixed a broken closet door!

Floors to Go SAVED our carpet!!!! We had brand new carpet installed in our entire home about 2 years ago. Long story short that installer (NOT FLOORS TO GO) did a horrible job. I don't want to name names (family flooring) but the carpet started to buckle almost immediately. Floors to Go came out and re-stretched the entire house and it looks better than it did when it was originally installed. In all honesty we wanted to hire Floors to Go originally but there were some scheduling and life choices that made us go with another company. I'm telling you: Choose Floors to Go! They will do an amazing job. Especially if you are considering the other company mentioned (not mentioned) above. Chris was super helpful. And Marcus and Richard did an incredible job fixing everything. Couldn't be happier.

Many thanks to Floors To Go for a great experience overall! I started at the big box retailers and could not get adequate help. After seeing all the great online reviews for Floors To Go, I decided to call them and I am so glad I did! Chris was helpful in explaining my choices, working within my budget, and even stayed late to ensure I left the showroom with samples and all the information I needed to make my decision. He came out quickly to measure and was VERY responsive to all calls and emails. After our choice was made, it was just a few short days and our carpet was ready for install (before Thanksgiving which we requested). We were VERY impressed with Rocky and Richard who came to install. They were polite, respectful of our belongings, and hardworking. Having the whole house done, they were here for two days. Their work ethic was impressive, they worked non-stop putting in long hours and did quality work. The carpet looks beautiful! We are very happy with our choice and HIGHLY recommend Floors To Go!

Such a great experience with Floors To Go. We had been looking for carpet and flooring for years. Thank God we found Floors To Go. The professionlism was off the chart. From when we walked in the store and meet Logan until the installation of the carpet and flooring. We had our whole house done. The carpet guys where outstanding. Moved all the furniture to install the carpet and replaced it back. They were very courtrous and did everything I requested. There workmanship is outstanding. I had to put my flooring off due the holidays and then I caught the nasty bug going around and they were very understanding and accommodating. The flooring guys are top notch. I could believe how professional they were. They really care about their workmanship. I hope these guys get some kind of a bonus for their performance. I have never seen two team that work together so well. Special thanks to Logan for putting with me and answering all of my questions and concerns. Hang in there young man.

Outstanding service and superb professional installation. Logan made picking out the right carpet a pleasant experience. The installers, Rich and Marcus, are the best installers I've ever seen. They take extreme pride in what they do and their workmanship is exceptional! Don't waste your money on big-box stores such as Lowes or Home Depot.

We were in an emergency in terms of replacing our flooring asap, as a family member was coming home from a heart transplant surgery. We tried working with Legacy with Lowes and they put us in a bind with almost a month of poor communication and no call backs from Legacy Flooring.

Logan, Keegan, and the entire delivery and installation team was an absolute pleasure to work with. They heard us out and were up front and honest with what they could work out with us. Through the whole process, everyone was kind gracious and very intelligent when it came to the installation. We didn't even see the sample before installation, that's how close to the deadline we needed the flooring. We trusted Logan and Keegan that it was close to what we had picked out with Lowes and it was even better!

We can't thank this company enough and our family member is at home happy and healing in a sanitary room that he enjoys so much. He raved about the floor! Thank you so much to the whole team and we look forward to future projects with Floors2Go!

Perfect experience!! This is our second time using Floors to Go (previously had the living room carpeted) and now an upstairs guest room and stairs. Logan is a very pleasant and non-pushy sales person, easy to communicate with and came through on the dates that were agreed.
