We just had our attic fully re-insulated and WOW did Zhe Industries go above and beyond. The level of professionalism and kindness was incredible. If you need new insulation and removal of the old this Is the company for you. Brian the owner and Brian the superintendent are a dynamic duo that will make sure you are well taken care of!

This is a quality company that’s interested in doing what’s right for the customer. When the Zhe team identified an electrical problem in the attic they paused work and helped arrange repairs. We had a complete attic removal and installation. Zhe did an amazing job and some of the best costumer service we’ve ever experienced. The free quote was no hassle or was not a “salesman pitch”- very fair pricing and answered all of our questions. We had an excellent recent experience with Zhe Industries replacing our insulation. We received a few different quotes, and Zhe Industries was the only company that mentioned the need for a city permit. That immediately stood out to us. To be sure, I called Virginia Beach Permits and Inspection to verify—and they confirmed that no matter what type of insulation you’re installing or replacing, a permit is required. I really appreciate that Zhe Industries follows the rules and does things the right way instead of cutting corners. That level of honesty and professionalism gave us a lot of confidence in moving forward with them.

Everyone we interacted with was fantastic. From Brian who helped educate us on how Zhe and Owens Corning stands out as an insulation provider to TJ who was our foreman on the job to the supervisor who came out. TJ did a great job as foreman, the team who completed the work was professional and efficient. They did the entire job (attic + garage insulation and install a new attic ladder) in about a day and a half. Very impressed with the entire team, the work, and it was well worth the investment.

Zhe Industries is a reliable company that provides excellent customer service. When I called to request an estimate, they were very knowledgeable and walked me through the process step by step, explaining how the service would be performed. They also explained the differences between their products and those used by other companies, which really showed the quality of what they offer.
They were able to get us on the schedule right away. When Mike and Brian arrived at our home, they were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They cleaned everything up so well that it looked like they were never even there. I would highly recommend Zhe Industries to all of my family and friends

I had Zhe Industries replace the insulation in my attic and do air sealing. They also pointed out a couple problems, like bathroom fans that weren’t vented correctly, and handled those repairs too. Just being able to go into my attic and not feel like I'm itching has made this all worth it. The crew was professional and respectful, and they explained what they were doing as they went which I appreciated. They’re easy enough to work with and stand behind their work. I had them do my parents’ house first and then mine, and both times the results came out solid. Highly recommend, Brian and his crew know what they're doing.

Brian came out as promised and gave us a comprehensive review of our current insulation. He answered all of our questions and more. The quote included
venting bath fans through the roof, solar attic vents, and required city permit. The installation crew was great and walked us through the whole process before and answered more questions throughout. They removed all old flooring and replaced it with all new flooring, cleaning up everything before leaving. We were quite impressed and so was the city inspector. Would definitely recommend them.

Scott is very knowledgeable, easy to work with and detail oriented. I had a great experience working with Interior Power Contracting. Highly recommended!

Doesn't hold appointments! Rescheduled twice then told they can't get to me for two more weeks. Not a good business practice when you agree to appointments (that would only take 15-20 minutes to estimate) with customers then don't even try to accommodate them because you cancelled. If this is how reliable you are with scheduling appointments, I don't think the work will be reliable either. Disappointed and will NOT recommend your business to people I know.

Interior Power Contracting is a great company that does excellent work and their attention to detail is impressive. They are a Class A contractor with a Master Electrician on staff. They renovated our kitchen and it looks amazing!

We have used Interior Power Contracting a number of times over the last 8-10 years and have never been disappointed. We have had construction work as well as electrical work performed by them and the experience has always been positive. I have a number of friends/relatives that have used them as well with the same results. We will absolutely be using them again when the need arises.

I highly recommend IPC. IPC installed screening around my deck which is the main entrance to my apartment. A hard wind storm came by and ripped the screen door from the deck and left the door standing wide open and hanging on two hinges. I could not use the door. I called IPC and requested that they repair the door. IPC quickly sent a two man crew who promptly rehung the door with new hinges and added a more secure lock. I highly recommend this company and their employees.

Scott Sanders and his team did a top to bottom reno of our home in record time. We got quality craftsmanship at a fair price and made new friends in the process. Melaney in the office kept track of the details and costs while serving as a great point of contact as we were not in site during the project. There will always be surprises which makes Scott's creative problem solving an essential element to keep the job in track. Everyone in the team is a pleasure to work with.
