Premier Pools removed my old pool liner and replaced it with a new one and did other pool repair work. Great customer service and high quality work. Mike the owner and his entire crew very professional, hard working, and knowledgeable about all aspects of the job and the contract. They went out of their way to meet a tight deadline for a backyard event and I would highly recommend this company without reservation.

Premier Pools & Spas is an exceptional company! They not only built a fantastic one of a kind pool, they were organized, pristine in cleaning and everyone was very respectful. Our entire pool process went smoothly and they were always available with quick response time when we reached out for questions. Every interaction we had with all specialty craftsmen was phenomenal with expert advice. From the initial planning, to excavation, installation, concrete pour, water delivery and final grating, everyone was knowledgeable and professional.The entire process was top notch and we would absolutely recommend them and use them again for future projects. These guys are great! John Witte and his team were so professional and thorough when I needed to have my filter replaced! He switched me over to a sand filter and the maintenance has been just what he told me--it's saved me a lot of grief and hassle!

John W and John L were incredible to work with throughout the process. We met early on site to review access issues and what pool size would work best. We had several meetings pre contract to ensure we had a good plan. Once contract was signed, communication and coordination increased. They had a great schedule all the way through and beat each timeline. Any time any questions or modifications were needed - they were quick to respond and find a solution. Their partners post pool install for paver and turf work kept the project rolling and our property back to complete without a pause. Hands down 5 star group!

I don’t even know where to start to talk about John my God I went and I had three quotes and I could not forget about John, he was so compassionate. He was so thorough. He gave so much suggestions. He said he was gonna add some things and he stick to it. He even offered to pay for the extra concrete where he warned me from the beginning about electricity and concrete. I didn’t have to even come out of my pocket for the electricity where there were pool. People were telling me that I would have to pay extra. John did not sweat anything he delivered and he gave everything as promised he had everyone in and out at my pool was done less than 30 days. Oh my God I went in it in it for the first time today and I enjoyed and I thought about premiere pools and all I did was smile. I love you all and I thank you and my family thank you from the bottom of our hearts very compassionate. He is thank you so much John and I will never ever forget you . If anybody reads this, please do not sleep on this company. If you live in the Hampton roads, let them come and put a inground pool at your house. I couldn’t have been happier or had an easier experience than working with John Witte and his entire installation crew working on my new inground swimming pool. I would highly recommend anyone looking to add a pool to their property to call Premier Pool and Spas and listen to their ideas. I went into this project with very little experience and feel I not only got the pool I wanted but learned a lot along the way.
