I had a sewage pipe issue and this restoration company came in and handled it with speed, professionalism, and care. They worked expeditiously, but never rushed. What really stood out was how patient and informative they were walking me through the entire process, educating me on what was happening, and making sure I understood every step.

They also managed my expectations with my insurance and gave me full confidence that the pricing was fair and transparent. That kind of clarity and honesty goes a long way, especially during stressful situations.

They came out the same day to assess the damages, got their crew out quickly to start work, and didn't cut any corners to ensure the safety of my house and belongings. Such a great experience with Neptune Restoration! Not only is this company great at what they do, but they are honest, and go the extra mile. I had a wonderful experience with Neptune Restoration. Called them on Tuesday about my concern involving a backed up toilet flood, and Darin was able to come out within about an hour to assess the situation. He walked me through the process of what needed to be done, and I was able to get scheduled for Thursday morning. The team showed up on time and got the job done quickly then cleaned up. Darin came on Saturday morning as promised to follow up. I highly recommend them if ever needed! What a great company.
I had a leak in my ceiling, and once the plumbing issue was fixed, the plumbers recommended that I call Neptune Restoration to see if I had issues with mold. I called them and the gentleman I spoke to said he could probably have somebody out there within the hour. I hung up the phone and about five minutes later I had a knock on the door. Darin from Neptune Restoration was there to look at the damage. He said it wasn’t anything they could work on because it was just a drywall issue and I could get a contractor to do it. I was very relieved that it wasn’t a big deal. Then he told me he would cover it for me until I found a contractor. Not only did he cover it, he sprayed it, wiped it down, and then covered it with plastic. What a wonderful experience and so unexpected. This was an OVER THE TOP excellent service experience.

Neptune was our saving grace when a pipe burst in our kitchen wall. They were quick to respond and helped us through the restoration process. They did a great job!

We recently had a major water leak in the bathroom, and Steve and his team, especially Thomas, were incredibly responsive, professional, and supportive throughout the entire restoration process.

They promptly came in to remove the water and provided almost 10 industrial-grade dehumidifiers which they ran for about 5 days to ensure the house dried out properly. Their attention to detail and care helped prevent further damage, and they clearly knew exactly what they were doing.
What really stood out was their willingness to work with us financially — since our insurance only covers certain catastrophic events (and unfortunately didn’t apply to this situation), they offered us a flexible payment plan to ease the burden.

Had a great experience with Neptune Restoration. They came within 30 minutes of calling them for a leak, cleaned it all up and placed a dehumidifier for the night. They came back the next day and cut out anything that was ruined and are in contact with my insurance company. All the guys that came in my home were respectful and polite. Highly recommend. They absolutely took the stress out of a bad situation.

Neptune Restoration was very professional & knowledgeable in the matter of fixing the damage from a bathtub leak. They helped me understand the extent of the damage through an Industrial Hygenist they recommended. After the mold Remediation & encapsulation, they then repaired & replaced the components and restored my home back to living conditions. I was very pleased with the work. I was referred to Neptune by Atomic Plumbing after a leak was discovered behind the wall, behind the cabinets under my sink. I contacted Neptune and they came out the same day to do an initial assessment. They quickly assessed the situation and started work immediately. They were willing to work with my schedule and were very flexible in that regard. I worked with Darin and he expertly explained the damage and what was done to dry and clean the area. My insurance company denied my claim and Steve from Neptune linked me with a public adjuster to try and appeal it. That was very much appreciated. I strongly recommend Neptune Restoration for any issues or projects you may have at home.

Neptune came to the rescue as soon as they heard we had water damage. They also set up claim direct with our insurance, and did all the follow up to make sure things were handled in timely basis. Very appreciative of the swiftness of cleanout so things could be salvaged and rebuilt without further damage to our home.

Neptune did an amazing job for my mother after we discovered a leak in her condo. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly kind.

I cannot recommend Neptune Restoration enough, they are hands down the best at what they do! I recently had a pipe leak under my stairs and my plumber recommended Neptune. I gave them a call and Brian came out to my house later that day to give me a free estimate. He was extremely thorough, kind, and patient with all of my questions. He found that not only was the water where I saw it, but it had actually made it into my laundry room, kitchen, and downstairs bathroom all under the tile. It would all need to be removed since the tile had separated from the floor.

Unfortunately my husband had a miscommunication with our insurance company and they sent out another mitigation company to start work. They came late Friday night and it was the worst experience ever. They brushed off all of my concerns and made me feel dumb for bringing them up. They were only going to do the bare minimum and would not be removing the tile even though it was damaged. I called my insurance company first hung Monday morning and told them this company was awful and I will be using Neptune instead!

They came ready to roll and got all my floors up and their equipment set up in no time at all. They were incredibly thorough with their containment (see attached pictures) and set up some air purifiers as well. The other company had no interest in using one of those which just shows how much more Neptune cares for their customers.

Every employee that came to my home was respectful, kind, and always on time. I never once felt uncomfortable or dumb for my hundreds of questions by anyone. They really turned a bad situation into a pleasant one for me and I’m so grateful.

Very professional, friendly, caring, and helpful in the whole mitigation process of preventing further damage to my basement from a pipe leak. Neptune Restoration a) responded quickly to my request for service and b) promptly assessed, diagnosed, and c) removed, cleaned, sanitized, and dried all the affected areas. Mr. Steve Kellogg was extremely helpful in explaining the mitigation process and further actions to maintain a dry and clean environment. He provided great recommendations for my concerns in dealing with the insurance and finding contractors to detect and fix the leaking pipe(s). In addition, Mr. Kellogg noticed the outdated original vinyl flooring (under my current wood flooring) exposed from the water damage, and recommended asbestos testing on the flooring, which came back positive on asbestos content. Mr. Kellogg prevented a potential home contamination and health hazard for me and my family. In stressful times like these, Mr. Kellogg and Neptune Restoration made the experience less stressful and provided safety and a sense of relief in any further damage to my home and its living conditions.
