Where to start? They don't honor their word. They were late 50% of the time. Don't take care of your house. Don't really care if you are upset. Apology not accepted! Skip doesn't know how to manage a crew and Mike cares only about the money. I have been in the Navy for 30 years, I know leadership and these guys don't have it. Hire at your own risk.

Jason from Creative Living fixed a bad leaking shower at my daughter's house and did a terrific job. First in determining and analyzing the severity of the problem and then making sure they did the job right that fixed not only the obvious problems but the underlying damage. Jason and Mike were totally upfront with all issues and communicated regularly with my daughter and me to make sure we understood the problems, the solutions and the cost. Thanks Jason and Mike!

Mike responded quickly and scheduled our work quickly. Mike and his team had a plan, followed it and in 3 days our work was completed! We had our new fence and we're very pleased with the job Mike and his crew did.

The crew constantly kept me updated, sent me pictures, double checked, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Mike and his team did a wonderful job on my den. Our home is 39 years old. They replaced the paneling, tore out my carpet, installed sheetrock and painted the room. It looks beautiful! We were impressed with the quality of work and the price we paid.

This was my first time using a contractor and I have to say I can not imagine a better outcome! Creative Living did an excellent job remodeling my kitchen. Skip and Mike were very professional and easy to communicate with. They worked around my crazy schedule while remaining prompt and still staying within the estimated timeline. The workmanship is beautiful and exactly how I pictured. I would recommend Creative Living to anyone!

My husband is deployed to Afghanistan. I had Home Depot do an estimate on a roofing, siding and gutter job on my house. I had to use a POA contract to open the loan. They said they don't accept POA for a Home Depot credit card and was instead steered towards a Project Loan to complete the process. I was approved for 20k, with the estimate of the job being a total of around 24k, with the agreement that I pay the outstanding balance at the completion of the job. I got my card in the mail and was then told by financial that they couldn't bill the card for any of the work until I activated the card, which I tried to do, only to be told that they don't accept POA for a project loan either and they closed my account on the spot. The work had already started. The roof was on and the siding job had started. So I called financial again. In the meantime I went to the store and was put on the phone with someone who helped me by contacting the COO and got the loan pushed through. They billed the siding and gutters, but not the roof yet, so I took what money I had and put it towards the balance to pay it down so there was enough room on the card for the roof to be billed. I'm now being told I don't have a revolving line of credit and they are trying to hold me responsible for the entire amount of the roof out of pocket, which is $8200. No one told me this wasn't a revolving line of credit and I'm not trying to reneg on the debt, I just want it put on the card so that I can make reasonable payments on it until it's paid off. They are being VERY uncooperative and aren't trying to work with me at all. I feel that this is bad business practice on their part, and I will not EVER do business with them again. I did this as a surprise for my husband when he returned from Afghanistan for R&R and it has been nothing but a nightmare, and now I have to have HIM clean up this mess. I in no way hold the actual store responsible for this, my in store experience has always been very positive.

Worst store ever. Tried to order about 16 k in flooring and they messed up the measurements, wouldn't call me back, didn't seem to care at all. I ordered my floors from empire and whole house was done in a week

Poor customer service. I bought a garbage disposal and it leaked after 6 months in use. Box says 1 year warranty but Home Depot employees say they only warranty for 90 days. I bought it from Home Depot but they want me to warranty thru manufacturer. What an inconvenience. Bought another one. What a waste of money. Customer service Sucks.
