We used Quality Electric Service to install electrical service for our new Sunroom, to include electrical power for our Mini-Split heating/AC. They did an excellent job and are true professionals.
After we purchased our new electric car we contacted QES to install a home charging unit. And as they did in the past, they responded the next day and had the charging unit installed the following week.
QES is a great company to work with as they put the customer first.

Once again, QES has done a phenomenal job! James, Evan, and Ramon completed the upgraded electrical, fan installation, and new bathroom exhaust fan and my wife couldn't quit raving about the work performed! She told me that Ramon wanted the blue fan he installed above the dining room table! I can't wait for the next project that I will have done! I was very impressed. They were prompt, communicated well, and left the job leaving it cleaner than when they arrived. They installed 4 interior outlets, one exterior outlet, an overhead fan/light, and an exterior light - all on a new circuit. The team communicated the plan, then went above and beyond to make it look professional. Thank you James, Ethan, and Sergio for the great work.

Had a small billing issue. Left a message and received a call back immediately. HEATHER was super friendly, professional and helpful. She figured out how to resolve the issue then even offered to simplify the scheduling process for me. I have had nothing but great customer service experiences from this company. They even told me that I didn’t need the twice a year maintenance based on the age of my generator, that once a year would suffice. This saves me so much money. They are an honest company.

Stellar service from Quality Electric on two occasions. Very professional, friendly crew who went the extra mile, consulting with us on details of the job, leaving the worksite tidier than they found it and finding creative solutions to design problems. Far exceeded my expectations. The company's wonderful receptionist Heather not only very competent, but incredibly nice and diplomatic in helping to coordinate with another company, Winesett Nursery (who recommended them) to install a drainage system on the first job and in bringing electricity to a shed on the more recent job. (And they happily agreed to a little add-on, replacing an old light switch in the garage.)

A standard of excellence that is unusual these days, very grateful to have found them, we'll definitely be using again for any electrical jobs, some sockets and switches in this old house will need replacing soon.
