Amazing work by Quality Electric Technicians upgrading my 1950s power panel to a 200 amp one. I was more than pleased with their professionalism and organization skills. Would 100 percent go with them again for any electrical upgrade or work. Just look at that work!

The guys did a great job. They explained all the work in detail and made sure we were happy with the placement of the outlets and switches. They definitely take pride in the work that they do. The outlets are more secure in the walls than the outlets installed by the home builder. We will save their card and call them for any other electrical work needed.

I called in today and a nice woman answered. I was having problems with my ceiling fans in my bedroom and she helped me troubleshoot the problem right over the phone and now I have working fans. Excellent customer service! Most companies are just looking to make a buck. Ramon was very polite & professional. He went above & beyond on a few things, but especially getting the work done for the dehumidifier that was mistakingly not sent through on the original work order from Talent Pest Control.

I've been involved in the construction trades and have also been a landlord for nearly 40 years. During that time, I've performed much of the work on my own properties, as well as used the services of numerous contractors (many of whose services were sadly less than stellar). So, I'm not often impressed by contractors.

But I must say, my recent experience with Quality Electrical Services has been exceptional.
I contracted them to install a new 50 Amp 240 Volt Range Circuit in a property for me, and from my initial call, through the jobs entirety, their services were nothing short of exemplary.

Heather in the office was a joy to deal with and did an excellent job keeping me updated with scheduling throughout the entire process. Sergio came to do the estimate, and he and Ramon performed the work as well. They showed up promptly when scheduled and were absolutely wonderful to work with.
Both men were very professional, pleasant, courteous and thorough, but most importantly, did excellent work.

Additionally, Sergio even fixed a wall receptacle for me that was loose due to a stripped plastic screw hole its box, at no extra charge.

Their pricing is very fair and they offer military and Veteran discounts as well.
I will be using Quality Electrical Service for any of my future electrical needs, and will highly recommend them to others as their services are second to none.

Sergio was professional throughout the time he was here. He went through my electrical issue and quickly identified the cause. The better part was he took the time to explain what caused the issue, several ways to address potential future issues, and ensured I understood what was going on (I have no electrical background). The company itself was great too, giving me updates on arrival times and text messaging. Very convenient and professional. Cost for the electrical lesson and fixing the issue was very competitive. Highly recommend.

James & Evan did a terrific job and figured out the best way to hide the electric cord for our awning. It was a challenge because we have a brick house. They were professional and clever!

You are provided a thorough explanation of what they have to repair, an estimated cost and the technicians are extremely courteous!!! I’m not sure if it’s called a hardwire or ground wire they wired up my new awning and put an electrical outlet in for me. The two gentlemen were just so polite and kind and helpful and very thorough and made sure that I understood everything. They were very knowledgeable and understanding. What a great company.

Exceptional Service! I needed two outside outlets for lighting, sprinkler controller, and a Traeger Pellet Grill. They tapped into one of my Family Room outlets through the outside wall, and they were super careful, neat and meticulous. That new outside outlet then had to be run via underground conduit to another outlet on my patio. They analyzed the amp load of my intended use to ensure the circuit could support it, and I also received a great education from Sergio on the various protections that the breaker would provide. They are truly masters of their craft, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. If I need ANY electrical work in the future, I'm calling them. Great work at a very reasonable price. The two electricians were absolutely fantastic! They installed two outlets. They were prompt, professional, respectful, and clearly knew their craft. They explained what was wrong with the previous setup, gave great advice, and delivered top-quality work. Their price was the best out of four places I called, and they even offered a 10% military discount. Since I couldn’t be there for an on-site estimate, they provided a verbal quote over the phone and honored it, even though the job turned out more involved. Honest, fair, and reliable — I’d definitely call them again should I need any help!
