I hired BROOTFORCE for stump grinding and root removal at my property, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. I had an old oak tree stump that was about 5 feet in diameter. I had several other contractors. Tell me that it was too big to be removed. BROOTFORCE was able to get it done along with about 30 other small tree stumps in my backyard. Their team showed excellent knowledge and used the right equipment to handle the job safely and efficiently. They clearly explained the project scope, kept me updated on timing, and communicated professionally throughout the process.
The work was completed to a high standard, and the crew did a great job protecting my property and cleaning up the area afterward. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend BROOTFORCE to anyone needing stump grinding, tree or land-clearing services.

Very impressed with my experience with this company. The owner/operator is very efficient and paid close attention to detail. I had 3 very large hedge stumps removed that were very close to my foundation. They were very carefulmto mark and avoid my main water and sewer line which were very near the work area. They also exercised great caution to prevent any damage to my foundation and siding. Barriers were used to protect my home from flying debris. Based on my experience I highly recommend this company!!! Great job!

Aaron did a wonderful job on a very large oak stump we had. He also cleaned up another tree that had fallen a few years ago. He cleaned up the area nicely and was very concerned that we were happy with the job he had done. I highly recommend Aaron for any stump grinding work you need done.

Aaron was an Angel and was able to take care of my issue before Christmas! My neighbor put in a new privacy fence and in doing so his crew accidentally removed a tree entirely, but left the stump. It was so very close to the new fence and Aaron was able to grind the stump and protect the fence. What a very courteous, friendly, respectful, and A-1 person to work with. I would highly recommend Aaron! The price quoted was very fair too!

Brootforce Stump Company was highly professional and delivered the best customer service from the initial quote to the removal/grinding of a tree stump very close to our fence line. The business owner used state of the art equipment and had power/cable lines marked before the service. Our yard was not damaged through the process. I highly recommend Brootforce Stump Co.

Awesome Service!! I had a short window in between sequential jobs to get the stump grinding done. I scheduled a competitor in advance who showed up and said the job was impossible to do. I called Aaron to step in short notice. He showed up within the hour to assess and the job was done less than 24 hours later. Follow-on jobs went on time and the project remains on schedule. I’d give Aaron 6 stars if I could!!!

Aaron did an outstanding job with a large stump in my yard. It was 40 inches wide and he worked it down below ground level. The machine was huge. I live in the Great Neck area of Virginia Beach, and after finally saying a respectful goodbye to a fallen giant in my yard, I’m so glad I called Brootforce Stump Grinding to help me clean up the stump.
I was referred to Brootforce and he was punctual—and handled the job with a level of professionalism that’s hard to find. What I appreciated most was that he was genuinely kind and respectful throughout the process; he treated my property like it was his own, watching out for other plants in the yard and communicating his approach to the job.
The whole operation was incredibly efficient, and so was the cleanup. Usually, you expect a yard to look like a sawdust bomb went off, but he left the site so clean you’d hardly know a machine had just been there.
If you want someone that’s fast, tidy, and actually shows up when they say they will, I can’t recommend him enough. Thank you!!

This review is specifically about Daniel. I appreciated getting an advance text about servicing and he actually rang my doorbell to alert me to his arrival. He knew I had a dog and his written comments indicated when to allow a dog on the lawn.
The previous service person never let me know he had been here and he would always have the same comments from the previous service. This always included that there were brown patches from dog urine and moss. I could never locate moss except in between my pavers and my dog died a year ago. My current dog will not go in the yard. There has been no evidence of urine burn for a very long time. I saw that as just evidence of laziness on his part. And don't get me started on the time I was charged for service and no sign had been placed and no security camera evidence he had been here. So thanks, Daniel, for providing the service I expect.

Randall does a great job on our lawn and always keeps me updated on his arrival so I can make sure my dog is inside.
