We met the technician after realizing only half of our sprinklers worked. While the initial work request didn't seem large, He still took the time to come over personally, walk through the yard and listen to all our new homeowner questions. He found things we didn't know were broken and saved us money and time, which all new homeowners need!
He and team have now done several projects for us and we will continue to use their services. We trust them, they deliver, and never once did they push up to spend more.

I'm so blessed to have found Marc. He's been providing me with excellent lawn care for two years now. He provides a monthly invoice ahead of time for budgeting and so that I always know what day he's coming. But he's also very flexible when it comes to weather or other scheduling issues. Many times he's here and gone before I even know it! The evidence is my neatly cut lawn, edging and clean sidewalks and driveways. He's the best I've found in ten years!

I can’t speak to his quality of work but I can speak to his lack of communication to the point where I thought I was being scammed.

I tried to get him to do the lawn grading and seeding for my house that I bought a couple of months ago, during which he provided a quote for the job, but I kept getting the runaround. I was told the first week in May but when the time came and went I never heard from him again despite multiple attempts to reach him on the phone. I understand it’s a busy time of year for landscaping companies but to not return a call to a guaranteed customer despite the multiple messages left on his voicemail is just unprofessional.

Having these guys come help at the end of the leaves falling is such a huge help. They’re thorough, respected the areas I didn’t want touched and made sure they got every area to our satisfaction. They’re kind, respectful and so reasonably priced. Very grateful for their services each year!

Thank you to Robert and Blake for the wonderful snow removal job they did this morning. They both worked efficiently and quickly to complete the task at hand. I was surprised and grateful that they scooped up any snow that fell off their shovels. As a senior, who uses a cane, the dropped snow could easily refreeze to ice and cause this clumsy lady to fall.
Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

Augusta's team just finished a 3-day cleanup of our yard and we can't be happier with the results. They did an amazing job with the weeding, trimming, mulching and all-around general cleanup! A very special shout-out to Adam and Justin for all their hard work and super results! This is our second year using Augusta and we've been completely satisfied with their weekly lawn service as well as any special projects. Pete is great to work with and easy to communicate to if I need anything special. We would strongly recommend Augusta if your in the need for lawn care and/or special projects throughout the year!

We had a difficult time finding reliable good landscape help when we first moved to Virginia Beach in 2020, until we contacted Augusta Lawn Care. We were happy with the job they did the first, second and now third time we have hired them. Yesterday, John was our landscaper. We needed fall cleanup which included weeding, trimming, mulch and tidying up our bushes . John followed our requests exactly. He went above and beyond our expectations. He did a beautiful job trimming our bushes and cleaning up our flower-beds. Pete, who over-sees the job progress and is the point person has consistently replied to us in a timely manner. We will continue to use them for our landscaping needs in the future.
