I called this company and they came out within a couple of hours for a quote and I was surprised that they started the job the very next day. Impact Landscaping did a wonderful job on my leaf clean-up. Not only did they clean up the leaves but they went on top of the roof and cleaned up there as well. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and neighbors.

Responsive, professional, excellent work. It was like calling the A*Team for my yard.

Thomas and the team did an amazing cleanup on our lawn after several months on deployment. Thomas came out for an estimate within an hour of calling.

I asked for and expected a simple cleanup, but what I got was transformative service (that was completed almost two weeks before the expected end date). Couldn't recommend them more.

Impact Landscaping recently completed a comprehensive renovation of my front yard, which included new grading, the addition of garden plants, mulch, sod installation, landscape lighting, and river rock edging. My wife and I are both delighted with the results and appreciate the improved appearance.

I was recommended this company by my neighbors as they had done a good job historically. Unfortunately, I had an extremely disappointing experience with Impact Lawnscaping. I was incorrectly charged, which they admitted was their mistake. Instead of handling it professionally, the "owner" became defensive and accusatory. Thomas the “owner” kept stating I was being abusive and using foul language which is crazy as my family and young children was present. We listened to the conversation and again no foul language was used except me stating firmly that I do not want to do business with them but “owner” stated he wanted my card number to return my funds that was incorrectly charged (luckily I saved the VM to send to legal). The call left me shaking and worried as the owner has our address. Overall my experience and call was so negative that I had to ask for all further communication to be done via email (which has not been made except vailed threat that it’s to my benefit to answer his calls) as the unprofessionalism was causing me major distress. To make matters worse, they excused the error by saying they have "kids" running their front desk and call center in Florida which is completely unacceptable for any business to use. This was by far the worst customer service and business practice I have ever experienced. I absolutely cannot recommend this company.

We called Impact Landscaping to trim our 200’ hedge. Thomas and his crew came out and did a fantastic job shaping the hedge to perfection. They were all extremely professional and worked quickly. I will certainly be using Impact for all of our landscaping needs going forward.

I recently had a significant work order with Impact Landscaping (IL) on a property in the Great Neck area. I reached out to IL via phone and spoke with the owner right away. I explained what I needed done (tree removal, shrub/tree planting, replacement gravel for a driveway, and general upkeep) and got a consultation appointment for later the same week. Thomas came out and did a fantastic job surveying the site and provided several recommendations. Thomas has a phenomenal depth of knowledge about plant species and was very deliberate in choosing the best species for both aesthetics and adaptability to the property.

About half way through the job, I reached out to Thomas and asked about adding a drainage system to the property--a decent amount of extra work. We talked through the job and Thomas gave me a quote the next day and the project was completed about a week later. The efficiency and transparency we very much appreciated and I will absolutely be using IL again in the future!

I highly recommend Impact Landscaping for landscaping projects no matter the size. IL is a very professional company with fair prices and friendly service. I was very appreciative of the open communication and full transparency from Thomas as it made planning much easier on my end.

Thomas & his crew at Impact Lawn Care did a great job!! We hired him to clean up our three front flower beds. We had him clean up the beds, mulch them, and plant some new flowers! Could not have asked for a better service Thomas and his crew were timely, efficient and friendly! I will absolutely be using them Every year for a spring bed refresh!! Impact Landscaping is well known in the Virginia Beach area for the excellent work they do. Thomas, the owner, is the person to consult in designing your landscaping and for maintenance matters. He is a ‘yard whisperer.’ This is the best service I have ever received.

My yard needed a ‘face lift’, the trees and bushes were misshaped, too much debris in the beds and the edging had disappeared. The wrong mulch had been applied by other maintenance people which simply washed out. Now the beds have had a deep cleaning out, trenching has been restored, the correct mulch applied, trees and bushes opened up. But it was the finishing touches that were new to my yard that made it sail over the top. Extra care was taken in trimming lower branches to lift and improve visibility. Mulch was added around the base of the trees to prevent yard machine damage and more. I didn’t know to ask for these things, but Thomas knows what creates a better display. The yard is much more appealing now.

The response to my request was immediate because he knows how to manage time and resources. This project was completed in 3 days from consultation.
