Thomas has a great personality and does a great job getting you excited for service. The receptionist kept me updated along all three weeks of our project and everyone that came to do our instaltion were fast and professional from Reese the irrigation guy, Hector the installer, and and everyone else along the wat. This business is truly something great.

Thomas has been mowing our lawn for over three years since before it even had the name Impact Landscaping. In the past year, the business has grown a lot, and the guy he used to take with him as a helper now drives his own truck and does an equally amazing job week after week. I would recommend this service to anyone. We are leaving this review because we are absolutely tickled by the work the crew does. Along the way, they have done everything to an exceptional standard.

We had a difficult situation between our garage and home that left it muddy and unusable. Thomas and the team built a great paver and stone walkway connecting our home to garage. Impact did a great job and I would recommend them.

Although there was a slight delay due to weather, Thomas quickly put us at ease by communicating the updated timeline in accordance with their terms and conditions, ensuring everything would still be completed as planned. What was initially scheduled to take four days was impressively completed in just two, thanks to his flexibility and commitment to adjusting the crew and schedule.

Thomas was the most knowledgeable person I have met with for my installation. Thomas walked us through each step of the project and had a vision from moment he walked up. While the cost was a little higher than other options we feel comfortable saying you are taken care of every step of the way. The installer, Hector, made a few changes along the way because of obstructions in the ground and to improve poolside screening. Upon completion the installer spent four hours giving us care instructions. Thomas replaced a plant that didn’t make it within a day of calling.
We are very pleased and if you are planning on a large job, these are the guys.

I purchased a home on Virginia Beach and had to have plumbing work done along the front of my home that required the removal of my garden.
If felt like my home's front teeth were knocked out.
Thomas designed something that matched what we already had. This included one mature holly tree that was cut during the repair.
Other landscapers could not source a large enough tree and could not fit us in before the holidays.

I had a really great experience with Impact. Thomas was able to get our project scheduled quickly and the crew had our driveway replaced in less than two days start to finish.

Our yard was overgrown with weeds, grasses, ivy, and small (uninvited) trees. In just three days, Impact was able to return it to its intended landscape design.
I was particularly impressed by the work ethic shown by the man who was assigned to this job. He worked steadily and effectively from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm. each day. He also cleaned up the yard and took responsibility of removing the bags of debris.
I would be happy to call Impact to come work for us again.

Thomas designed a great concrete patio that wrapped around the corner of our house to our driveway. While the crew was here they were able to repair a landscape lighting issue I was having.

We reached out to Impact Landscaping after getting a few other quotes, and Thomas was the only one who actually took the time to walk us through the options. He came out the very next day after I called and spent close to an hour explaining the differences between sod types, irrigation setups, and what would work best for our yard. You can tell he really knows his stuff and takes pride in his work.

After about two weeks, the crew showed up right on schedule and got to work early in the morning. As expected the yard looked like a construction zone for a bit, but by the time they finished, everything looked fantastic. They even went the extra mile, cleaned off the driveway and sidewalk, trimmed the vines along the fence, and made sure we understood how to care for the new grass properly.

We’re very happy with how everything turned out and definitely plan on using Impact again for future projects. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a dental clinic that had some deferred landscape maintenance. I reached out to several companies before them that did not answer the phone. The receptionist was able to put me straight through to the owner.
Thomas came out for an estimate the same day. He was able to quickly quote a cleanup and go through everything the crew would do.
They were able to schedule our cleanup on the weekend as to not effect our customers or parking lot. All work was completed in one day. These guys are problem solvers.

The crew did a great job on our new patio and artificial turf. During my consultation we had initially planned on doing a paver patio and doing a stone bed with pavers for the lawn space. Thomas brought samples of the turf and walked us through installation process. We could not be happier.

Thomas met with me for quite a while in the beginning to get a sense of what I was trying to accomplish in my flower beds. He offered many suggestions and went as far as creating/sending a visual of what it would look like. Not only did he clear out all of the old plants/weeds and plant new items, He also dug up several of my existing plants and rearranged them making the entire flower bed more visually appealing. His crew arrived early, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. Communication was good throughout the process. I highly recommend this professional for any landscape job you might have. Wow!! From Lawn mowing to Landscaping they do it all and with amazing customer service. Which is why after two months of using them for our lawn we decided to have them do our landscaping and we are thrilled with the results!

The Impact team did a great job replacing our driveway. Our old driveway was from 1987 when the house was built and had become broken and badly stained.
During the consultation Thomas was able to show us exactly what to expect upon completion with the stamped concrete.
The whole process took less than three weeks. I highly recommend them.
