My family has been using Keith for almost 20 years. He is seriously the best. Great with scheduling, responsible, shows up on time or early, and does an amazing job. He has done my home, my office, my rental properties and has always done a fantastic job. This last rental property I was sure that it would just be the last touchup before we replace the carpet and, wow he really blew it out of the water. He’s also an honest guy with fair prices. I feel completely comfortable leaving him in my home or office and overall just can’t say enough good things!

Keith did an outstanding job on our carpets. We have wall to wall carpet upstairs and 3 young children who make a LOT of messes and spills. I was worried our carpet could not be salvaged but Keith is a miracle worker! It looks brand new. We are so pleased. Keith is thorough, meticulous and truly cares about what he does. He showed up on time and did excellent work. I will be recommending him to everyone I know.

Keith did an excellent job on our carpet and rugs! He was recommended by our realtor and this was the first time we used him. We are so happy to have found him ... he’s extremely knowledgeable about types of carpet, fibers and cleaning products. We are very impressed with his professionalism, customer service and dedication to his profession. His prices were reasonable as well.

Keith is a great guy and does exceptional work. His machine and cleaners he uses actually cleans the carpet really well. We had several stains he was able to get out or greatly improve on. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. Great work at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Keith is amazing! He is on time, professional and the best carpet cleaner I have ever used. His price is reasonable and my carpets look brand new. I was ready to replace them but he got every stain out. If you are interested in having your carpets cleaned you will not be disappointed with his work.

Keith is an amazing professional. I wish I had actually taken before pictures because the master bedroom of the house we just bought was a night and day difference.

The downstairs rooms he cleaned probably bought a couple more years of use as well and really brightened things up. Originally booked him for 2pm on a Friday and he called asking if he could come earlier. I told him sure and ended up running late and he just chilled out in my drive way until I got home. No complaints on his end and he was super nice and chill the whole time. I had some other things going on but he was really easy to talk with and took the time to actually show me the difference in what was clean and wasn't.

The whole process only took maybe an hour or so for two downstairs rooms, stairs, hall, and master bedroom and walk in closet.

Keith is really down to earth and easy to talk with. His prices are reasonable and he has a good nose on his head for odors you might be used to. Definitely a guy I could see sitting down with and having a beer with.

If we decide to keep the house carpeted I won't even mess with buying another steam cleaner and just have him come on an annual basis to take care of those needs.

Lastly. I didn't have any good before pictures of the downstairs and the upstairs lighting is really warm in the before but I thought the carpet was a darker grey. After the cleaning it looked more closer to a neutral/light grey than anything else.

Doug and his team are AMAZING! We have older carpets, plus 3 active kids and 2 dogs….so needless to say, we needed a DEEP clean! I am blown away by how well they turned out - truly exceeded all my expectations in every room! They are polite, efficient and effective. 10/10 recommend! I will be getting on the schedule again in 2024 for another annual cleaning!

Monster Clean did an amazing job at my house. We just bought the home and decided to have it professionally cleaned before moving in, thinking that it would remove the dog smell and surface stuff just so we could “feel cleaner”. I never imagined that it would look so brand new!! The carpets smell great, look great, and feel so soft! I added the tile and grout cleaning and sealing on a whim because replacing the grout is on our long term to-do list and I figured getting it treated now could only help us wait until we can re-do it down the road. Y’all when I tell you my grout is white, I had no idea of that fact yesterday. I honestly thought it had been painted or purposefully darkened. But it is gleaming white now! And protected from future stains! Cannot recommend Monster Clean enough!!! 100000 out of 10!

Monster clean is amazing! We have used them many times over the past four years, and I cannot recommend them enough. While their prices may seem high, I have never seen such clean carpets. And, I didn't know you could get ten year old carpets looking fabulous again after dogs, cats, and kids! Thank you, Doug and team! (Their customer service is also 5/5!)

I am a property manager in Virginia Beach and was very pleased with how Monster Clean took care of one of my properties. They did a beautiful job on carpeting that had several stains by not only removing the stains but by leaving all the carpeting looking like new again.
