Wonderful experience from start to finish. Adriana scheduled my appointment and she was so pleasant to talk to. The two gentleman that came to my house to clean my couch and my rug were so kind and professional. They did a fantastic job on my couch and rug. Would definitely hire them again!

Called Monster Clean to take care of my carpets for the spring. The call was simple and quick, with them aiming to schedule me on the same day as other people in my area. I personally like that practice as it allows for services to be delivered in a timely manner. I had my appointment the following week.
They texted me reminders as well as when they were on their way to my location.
The day of the clean I had prepped the floors and moved the simple furniture out of the way, this was for my own personal satisfaction. The spray they used to clean carpet smelled nice and worked as a deodorizer. The only thing I was prompted to do was to move my dogs water bowls out of the way so the hose didn't make a mess going through the house. The job was done swiftly and professionally with instructions for the settings on the AC to be specific for quicker drying. Following said instructions, the majority of the carpet was dry by bedtime. Overall I am happy with the company as they were timely, professional, and quick. I will certainly use them again.

I had a great experience with Monster Clean. I scheduled the appointment then had something come up last minute and couldn’t be home when Doug was to come so rescheduled the following week completely forgot I rescheduled for Tuesday and not Wednesday so yet again I had to reschedule. The woman I spoke to scheduling the appointments was so kind and understanding. Doug came out and was just as kind and explained what he was putting down and what he was going to do. The carpet looked great when he left but the next day some of the stains that looked to have come out didn’t. That was a little of a disappointing but it could of been the stains themselves. It was eyeliner and Dr. Pepper. Absolutely one of the best companies I’ve dealt with in a while. On time, professional, respectful, kind, knowledgeable and truly care about what they do and their customers!

WOW! I should have called sooner! Haven't had kids room cleaned in awhile! I know for a fact they will be rolling around on their freshly cleaned carpet! What a difference! Fast, friendly service a definate plus especially around the holidays! Smells great too!! Will definately use again!
