Monster Clean did a wonderful job on my aging carpet. Doug came out when expected to look at the job & give an estimate. Alex came out the following Tuesday to do the job. Very professional & personable. The carpet looks great. We knew some areas might not come out well due to the age & quality of the carpet (I live in an apartment). Alex paid special attention to those areas and they look so much better. I am very pleased with the entire experience & would absolutely use them again.

Highly recommend Monster Clean. Doug arrived early, completed the job in less than an hour. He is very friendly and polite. I had my two shower tiles cleaned and they came out great. Hes is very affordable as well.

I needed a three story beach house cleaned at a moments notice and they were there in a flash. They cleaned my home from top to bottom to perfection. Not only were they thorough, but they were pleasant to be around. They worked with my husband and I and made us feel like we were valued. I truly appreciate you all so much! I highly recommend!!!

Doug and friends were professional, on time, and did a fantastic job. I used Monster Clean for a business office and will be calling them for my house as well.

The work was done well and the technician was professional. But the final price was far higher than what I was quoted, and that is not acceptable. Pricing should be clear before the work starts. I was charged almost double what other local companies charge—about $200 more than Stanley Steemer. This feels misleading, and it needs to be corrected.

We have used Monster Clean for years and the difference between their carpet cleaning and other companies doesn't even come close. We will continue to use them. They came out to clean the stairs that another company could not clean and just stated it was a high traffic area and the fibers being worn, that was not the case at all. Great job as always!
