We chose Absolute Comfort because a neighbor referred us and shared their exemplary experiences throughout the years. After researching and seeing all five star reviews with stellar comments, our decision was blatantly obvious. Additionally, Absolute Comfort has earned an “A+” rating with the Better Business Bureau.
The initial time I called to schedule an appointment, i spoke with Kat. I was so impressed with Kat’s friendliness, kindness, professionalism, genuine caring, and her immense knowledge. She scheduled our first appointment with Sam. Prior to his arrival, we received a text as well as an email with a photo of our technician Sam, his specific arrival time, as well as his position with Absolute Comfort.
When Sam arrived, he explained, in detail, a description of exactly what he’d be
completing.. His meticulousness and technical skills/knowledge are masterful,
Pricing is very reasonable, and we’ve already chosen a package plan through 2025.
We will never choose any other HVAC company as Absolute Comfort is outstanding!

As always, Sam arrived right on time and prepared with all supplies to complete our HVAC units for the summer checkup. Since we’ve only been in our new home for a few months, Sam always shows Ron all of our units, lets him know if we need to take care of anything under the home, completes repairs, and this is why we always request Sam.
He has a wealth of technical knowledge; the repairs and checkup was performed perfectly. Sam is a thorough kind, competent professional who genuinely cares about helping his clients.
He’s absolutely a friend to us; we’ve referred many others to him and Absolute Comfort and all rave about him and in turn have referred their neighbors, family, and friends.
That’s the greatest compliment!
The pricing was excellent as they offer a terrific variety of plans. Sam’s thorough meticulousness and technical skills are incomparable!

Unbelievable service, they fit me in the same day and was able to fix a hot water boiler. Sam was on top of everything and communicated perfectly. Highly recommend their service!!

This was my lucky day! I placed a call early Saturday morning and the technician Samuel was just finishing another call in my area so he was at my place within 20 minutes. He was able to install the part needed quickly. Sam provided excellent service in a professional manner.

The technician, Chris and his assistant showed up earlier than scheduled and got the problem diagnosed almost immediately. They were fast and the price was waaaay cheaper than what I was preparing myself for. Both guys were nice and respectful of my home (wore booties for my white carpet) and mindful of my cats lingering around. The company sent me a text when they were on the way along with a photo of the technician coming so I could feel safe and comfortable inviting them in which I thought was an excellent idea! We'll use their services again for future needs! Also, the customer service rep called me back within 15 minutes of the answering service taking my information and immediately got me scheduled for the same day! Thank you Absolute for everything!

They installed a brand new system and the owner even stop by To check in to see how everything were going. Their installers are very nice and they covered the floors and cleaned up after themselves. after they were done. They explained to me how the system worked, which is a big plus. The office staff was very nice as well and I’ve already asked them to send me information on maintaining both of my HVAC systems yearly. What I liked most was that there wasn’t any sales tactics or pressure to upsell like other companies do. I highly recommend this company
