J.D. DiMare has done an excellent job of looking out for me as his customer. I have been using his company for close to 20 years, with no problems at all. They have always responded quickly to my calls, and when they knew my husband was deployed, they even offered to change my furnace filters each month. When our smart thermostat notified us that our AC had been running for several hours without lowering the temperature in the house (we were on vacation), J.D. came out and checked the unit and replaced the defective part when my daughter was available to be at the house. He texted me pictures of the defective part and the newly installed part. This is an excellent company with integrity that is often hard to come by. I recommend them to everyone I know.

They are very professional and responsive. When we have a problem with our system they respond immediately. We have a service plan with them and they always keep up with the 6 month check ups and call to set up the appointments when they are due.
