I was so lucky to be able to meet Tony when I did and I've had a few things done by him. The biggest was my heating unit that decided to kick the bucket on one of the coldest days of the year. He was able to get me a heating unit and installed it fast. He's quick with any problem you have and he does it for a REALLY good price. He's really nice and will be able to explain everything to you in ways you'd be able to understand.

Tony's Quality Air Care installed a 2.5 ton split system heat pump for my house. Not only did they give me a good price they went above and beyond on the cleanliness and professionalism. Tony's also was very gracious and honest when I had an issue with a check that took several days to clear. This is one of the few gems we all wish we had worked with all along

As an educator who is not very handy on home repairs, I appreciate Tony taking the time to educate me on steps I can take to trouble shoot in the future.

Last time I learned about another issue, this time a little more knowledge shared… Plus, I texted him in the morning and at first he said he could be here at 7pm, which was fine. Then he texted back and said he could actually come out in 10 minutes!

When my AC quit cooling the air in my house during this most recent heat wave, I woke up to a house just below 80°. None of the other big name companies were returning phone calls or answering emails on account that it was a Sunday morning, but thank goodness I stumbled upon Tony's Quality Air Care during a Google search. Tony immediately returned a missed call from me and agreed to schedule an appointment for just a few hours later. He wasn't just on time; he even arrived early while updating me an with an ETA the whole way. Not only was he very polite, respectful, reassuring, and courteous--but even though it was obvious that I didn't have any idea what was wrong with my unit, or have any clue as to how these things work--he was honest about what the issue was, didn't try to upsell anything or try to get me sold on any unnecessary repairs. He and his associate immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem and were in and out of my home within 20 minutes. Tony was a god send today and he is the only one I will call for any issues in the future, not just for my home here in Virginia Beach but for my vacation condo in Sandbridge as well. Thank you Tony!

Tony’s Quality Air Care was outstanding. We had a great experience when our A/C died. They stepped up when the company we paid our maintenance contract failed for almost two weeks to get another HVAC unit installed. Tony’s was great in evaluating the issue and providing solutions. The installation team was professional, timely, and provided through explanations to any questions. They provided a fantastic service and went above and beyond. Highly recommended!!

Tony was recommended to me by my realtor upon buying my first home. He came out to service my units immediately following close. We ran into a slight issue on a Friday night and when I called him he said “hey, Emily!”. Knew me by name which made me feel great. I explained the issue and he came out swiftly on a Saturday morning to get me squared away. His team goes above & beyond to ensure his customers feel cared for. We paid for a home warranty company but I’d rather call him for the quality customer service & quick response I received.

Now I understand why this company has such great reviews. Quick response, precise work, clear explanations, and reasonable pricing. Instead of telling me right away whether or notThis company could come out, this company took my number. By the time I got a call back, I had found another company who scheduled my service call right away. The man asked if I found his number on Google and I said yes.
Then he told me I had cost him $50 for the call. Is this anyway to treat a potential customer?
