We needed a new heat pump system and obtained many quotes. Ronald's was the best price and beat many bigger companies with his warranty. We made a quick decision and the unit was installed the next day. The other companies had a lead time of 2 to 3 weeks. The workers showed up on time, didn't take any breaks, knew what had to be done and completed the install in less than 8 hours. We could not be more pleased with this company. Hats off to a great crew, we highly recommend this company.

Ronald was the consummate professional. He was honest. He was so respectful. By the end, I felt like he was my brother or friend doing the job correctly instead of cutting corners. He called ahead so I could plan. He parked where he wouldn't affect the neighbors. He walked our 300-foot driveway in the heat (despite me offering to open the gate so he could drive down--I miscommunicated). He did all this without complaining, and arrived with a smile. He put on shoe covers before entering. He listened without interrupting as I explained the HVAC problem. He asked permission to access parts of the house. He kept our four cats from getting out of the house or getting in the attic. He told me what was broken and how much it would cost in parts and labor. He adeptly did the repair. He kept me in the loop throughout the process. It's such a pleasant surprise to find an HVAC company that can serve all our needs: Maintenance; sealing cracks in doors, windows, air vents, ceiling lights upstairs, and duct work; conducting an air flow test to find air leaks; cleaning the drier duct; etc. I had to pinch myself. So nice that there are still good people in the world, and we got to rub shoulders.

Ronald and his coworkers came to fit a duel zone AC and heating system to replace our faulty duct work. From start to finish their service was excellent. Mark and Ronald carried out a thorough analysis of the problem and suggested a solution that no other Company had mentioned. They were able to fix the problem without the need for costly tier down or new heating system - which other companies had recommended. They also charged a fair price for the job and provided 5 year warranty on the parts and one year on the labor. I would highly recommend Ronald Heating for all your heating system and AC work.

Ronald's Heating & Cooling came through for us in such a big way!!! We had another company servicing our HVAC, but they never caught some of the problems happening with our unit. A friend referred Ronald's Heating & cooling. He was very satisfied with the new HVAC system Ronald installed in his house, so I call Ronald. Within a day or two, he looked at my old HVAC ducts located in the crawl space. I was considering repairing them only but he advised me on updating to new ducts in the attic and relocating the handler for better efficiency, and quoted both options. I chose option 2 and removal of the old ducts from the crawl space.
They finished the job yesterday and I am very satisfied with his good advise, workmanship, and pricing. His team was respectful and hard workers.
