Today I had my bi-annual maintenance service and again I continue to be impressed with the service I receive from MSCO. Patrick was professional and meticulous and when he completed the maintenance, as always I had the full confidence that my HVAC system was working at tip top shape. Thank you as always to MSCO for always delivering top notch service.

Every person we have encountered at MCSO has been amazing - whether it's when we call the office, our maintenance technician Don, or our recent service technician Patrick. They are all understanding, very professional, don't hide fees, and truly care about their customer base. We greatly appreciate having a company we can trust! I highly recommend getting on their regular maintenance plan and securing the great benefits they offer.

Robert came to give me a quote on a new HVAC system. He was very thorough, and made sure I understood everything that is going to be done. I haven't had the work done yet, bit so far everyone I have spoken to has been extremely helpful and polite. I will update more after the job is completely, but so far I am completely satisfied with the process so far.

I had to have my whole system replaced. Robert came inspected it, and made me completely knowledgeable about the whole process. He was so thorough in explaining the process. He even gave my dog treats! The 2 young me (forgive me for forgetting their names) were amazing at their job. Not to mention the ladies at the office were extremely kind. I would recommend everyone to use them for their a/c maintenance and repair. All around honest and good people. 10 outta 10 for me.

We have been using MSCO for some time, they installed our main air conditioner/heat pump and they do our twice yearly maintenance. Today they came out to perform the maintenance. He was on time, personable and professional. He let me know exactly what he did and what was going to need attention in the future. We are very pleased with the service we get from the employees at MSCO

We have been a customer for 25 years & bought multiple Trane units from MSCO.The Trane unit is 3 years old & the control unit coil needs to be replaced. We are advised it will take up to 2 weeks to get the coil & install! The temperature is 15 degrees at night & this is totally unacceptable. Very disappointed.

My AC stopped blowing cold air at 5pm on a Sunday.
The good: MSCO answered the phone when I called, the lady was polite, and a tech called me within 20 minutes. The tech showed up within 45 minutes of calling me, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. AC is working fine.
The not so good: it was $150 to just show up at my door, and that does not get applied to any repairs that you have done. It was $291 for a $25 capacitor that took less than 15 minutes to replace. So, I paid $450 for a $25 part and less than 30 minutes of work.
I will not be using MSCO in the future. I’m all for companies making money, but it needs to be within reason. I don’t consider this reasonable.

MSCO came to our warm home for annual inspection. Replaced thermostat.Now the house is cold. new thermostat is set to 70 and house is 65 and dropping.. not pleased

Todd came to our home and provided truly outstanding service. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and well-prepared. Before even entering the house, he took time to review prior notes on our three systems, which showed how thorough and detail-oriented he is. He patiently answered all my questions and clearly explained everything as he completed his review. Todd has a great personality, is outgoing, approachable, and genuinely happy to help in any way he can.

A service technician came out and diagnosed what was wrong with our HVAC within the first 5 minutes, very impressed with the professionalism and he took the time to answer all of our questions. We greatly appreciate the exceptional service.

MSCO does a great job. I've been with them since 2008. Their service technicians come with respect, and I appreciate that. They also have extensive knowledge of the systems and explain the functions well. Recently, my new tech came by, and he was great. Sean Hernandez did a great job!!! Give him bonus MSCO leadership!!! or more paid time off!!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with MSCO. The technician somehow lost keys in my attic and spent 3.5 hours trying to retrieve them. I eventually had to stop the process because I had another appointment I couldn’t miss.
When I told them I needed to leave, the supervisor stormed down my stairs, angrily said, “We almost had them, but now we have to leave,” and slammed my door on the way out. I was completely shocked to be treated with such disrespect in my own home.
I immediately called the office and spoke with the office manager. She took my complaint, said the general manager would be calling me, and mentioned they would need to schedule another time to come back and get the keys. I never received a call. I left another message and still got no response.
The lack of professionalism, accountability, and follow-up is unacceptable. Apparently MSCO has so many customers that losing one doesn’t matter to them. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

David, your tech, was great! Professional, detailed and explained an issue with our unit well. He gave us the possible options so we could address the issue and got us up and running for winter. We appreciate his expertise

Robert really listened to our concerns about our system. He explained what was going on and how to remedy it. He took measurements to ensure accuracy. He was excellent.

What an amazing experience. From start to finish. As a homeowner you will feel uneasy with spending large amounts of money doing repairs/upgrades to your home. But Robert Smith and the team at MSCO got you covered. Professional, proficient and helpful after the installation. So impressed and highly recommend.

Patrick was super friendly and thorough. I did originally leave a 5 star review until I realized about 1.5 hours after he left my house was getting very warm and the a/c wouldn't kick on. He had turned the unit off from the outside breaker and never turned it back on 🤦🏻‍♀️

Sean provided great service. It was a regular maintenance visit, but he gave me some pointers on how to run the two zoned system at its most efficient.

The team at MSCO took great care to guide us through replacing our furnace and AC and what that entailed. The quote process, install and testing of our new system was everything we could’ve hoped for. Transparent communication and efficiency are the main take-aways. It was easy to work with the MSCO. We also appreciated the military discount.

Technician (David) came and solved the problem. He explained it to me so I understood and detailed the next steps. All his notes were emailed to me at the conclusion of the call out. I could pay with credit card and that was also quick and easy.
