Always on time. This morning I had a maintenance check. The technician explained clearly what he was going to do and what he needed access to. Extremely professional and included a follow up email after the service. Highly recommend. Never any surprises with MCSO.

I recently had the pleasure of working with MSCO Inc. Heating & Cooling for an inspection and tune-up of my HVAC system, and I can confidently say the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. I feel compelled to highlight the outstanding service provided by their technician, Tommy.
From the moment he arrived, right on time! He was professional, courteous, and introduced himself with clarity and warmth.
What truly distinguished this visit was Tommy’s communication. Before touching a single tool, he walked me through the entire inspection and tune-up process. He explained what he’d be evaluating, the steps he’d take, and made sure I understood everything upfront. It was reassuring to know exactly what to expect.
Throughout the service, Tommy’s attention to detail was remarkable. When the job was done, he didn’t just offer a quick rundown. He took the time to thoroughly explain his findings. He pointed out the components that were in excellent condition and carefully described the work he performed during the tune-up. His explanations were clear, thoughtful, and he welcomed all of my questions with patience and expertise.
Tommy’s blend of technical skill, transparency, and genuine customer care is rare. He exemplifies what a top-tier technician should be. Thanks to this outstanding experience, I wholeheartedly recommend MSCO Inc. Heating & Cooling. If you’re searching for an HVAC company that values honesty, precision, and professionalism, look no further. And if Tommy is your technician, you’re in the best possible hands. -
MSCO came out to service my hvac end of February. Upon completion of the "tune up" my thermostat said a wire was disconnected. After hours of troubleshooting another tech was called out and found the pinched wire. The second tech rewired everything so that somehow my thermostat no longer had a common wire connected but at least it would run now (with thermostat battery draining quick with heat on). Did not want them coming back to "fix" it. Fast forward 3 months later with AC starting to be used frequently and now I have a drain pan that is draining inside of my attic instead of outside.
I strongly do not recommend using this company. Not sure how they have so many great reviews. -
Patrick at Mechanical Services Co. saved us from our bitter cold Sunday without heat!!! Turns out the pressure sensor on our Gas Pack heating system gave out overnight and we woke up to a cold house. He was able to fit us in his rounds today and we were back up and running in the early afternoon!! Thank you so much MSCO and Patrick for helping us stay warm against old man Winter!!!😉

I have 18 year-Old AC and furnace units. We use MSCO for our AC and furnace tuneups every year. The technician that showed up was very courteous and very focused on providing the service requested. I'm very satisfied with the thorough inspection and cleaning of units when they are done and feel confident that the unit will last through the next season. We pay $25-$50 more than the average company around but we think it's worth the extra money for piece of mine and value. I would recommend MSCO.

We called MSCO due to an AC issue. The technician was out within the hour (and this was on a Saturday). He analyzed what the issue was and brought the unit back online. The technician, Ty, was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why. I recommend them wholeheartedly. Great job!

Had an initial review and service of my Trane HVAC systems. Tommy was very professional and thoroughly serviced both units and explained the coverage and details of MSCO's service contracts.

I've had a great experience with MSCO. Their technicians are knowledgeable, polite, respectful and you really get a sense that they're looking out for you. I've used other services in the area and I always felt their solution to my problem was to buy a new system. MSCO had earned my trust.

The technician was incredible. Professional through and through. A little confusion and breakdown of pricing with office staff. Not sure why a start up fee is needed at $116.00 when competitive pricing is offered for around 450 to 600.00 annual. Maybe explaining this in further detail with potential future clients would be beneficial. Thank you! Tom

I have had several opportunities to work with MSCO and they have all been positive. They are easy to work with and quick to respond. Alex came out this time and went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved! Thank you!

Walter and Jada spent more than a whole day installing and making sure we understood the system and made it “Smart”! Very challenging for someone without a computer!! They were so patient!! Very friendly and knowledgeable. So appreciate what they did for us. Not to mention the fact that portable heaters were brought in for time we had to wait for install! Thank you Robert!! Most impressed with the company and staff!

Replaced our whole HVAC system in 2024, and so far everything has been fantastic. We went with a bit pricier unit with dual zone, and it was worth it. Summers upstairs are no longer unbearable. Service and bi-annual maintenance crew have also been stellar. Would highly recommend taking a look at this company if looking for a HVAC company.

Patrick my MCO technician was very friendly and respectful throughout my service. He listened to my concerns and patiently answered my questions to help put me at ease. I have had the pleasure of working with MCO a few times and it’s always been a great experience.
Online website: They are quick, polite and responsive! I received a call the next business day for scheduling.
Professionalism and respect for time: they call when on the way, have always arrived within the window given and efficient in the work completion without compromising quality. I even appreciate the techs placing shoe coverings on their feet before entering my home!
I highly recommend using MCO for your HVAC needs! -
Andrew was knowledgeable, courteous and professional, however the induced draft motor he just replaced cost us $862 at the club price and there was no labor charge. This struck me as very high, especially after I looked at the part which took him ~ 10 minutes to install. I went online and priced the same motor at $135. That's a 630% mark up. I know you have to make money but this was really unfair, in my humble opinion.

Paul did an outstanding job today. I called this morning and had an appointment with 1 Hour Heating and Air Conditioning later that day. Paul did a thorough examination of the whole system and explained what he was doing as he went. After the examination he let us know what he recommended. He is very thorough and cleaned up the space after he was done highly recommend

The One Hour Technician (Jay Jordan) performed a very thorough inspection, replaced UV light bulbs, replaced a failing start assist unit, and standard maintenance. His explanation of needed repairs was on point. His correction of an air leak issue for the condenser will improve system efficiency and requires much less foil/tape to secure the panels. I am very happy with the service performed and very much enjoyed talking to Jay.

DeVaughn was very professional, informative and thorough while inspecting my unit. He suggested that I get a part to prevent any further rust so I went ahead and purchased that. He cleaned my unit inside and out; free of debris and pollen. I been dealing with them for a few years now and they exceed my expectations every time. After about 5 years my unit is still holding up pretty well.

Called for a condenser ice condition. Jacob Whitmer showed up in the cold and dark the same day. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and had a very positive demeanor. Got the diagnosis done quickly and competently. Would definitely recommend! Excellent service!

Devon went over and beyond to repair our unit. He made sure we were informed during the entire process and remained professional. We will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to others.

A brand-new HVAC system was installed in my home on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. Since the installation, technicians have returned to my home five separate times due to ongoing system failures, errors, and improper installation.
On the night of the installation, the thermostat completely shut off because the installer had wired the system incorrectly, tripping the breaker and causing my home to lose heat. A technician returned that same evening to correct the wiring. During that visit, the technician openly referred to the original installer as a “dummy,” which raised immediate concerns about workmanship and professionalism.
The following day, January 29, my Ecobee thermostat reported that auxiliary heat had been running continuously for over three hours. The same technician returned, adjusted system settings, and repeatedly told me that the system was functioning normally, stating it was “just too cold outside” and that the system “couldn’t keep up.” These explanations conflicted with the system alerts I was receiving.
On January 31, the thermostat issued another error stating that the furnace had been calling for heat for over two hours while the indoor temperature continued to drop. A different technician was sent, who disclosed that he had only seven months of HVAC experience. He determined that the defrost control board was not functioning and that the outdoor unit had frozen.
Later that same day, yet another technician replaced the defrost control board and assured me the house would warm up within one hour. Six hours later—now after midnight on February 1—my home temperature has continued to drop and is currently 56 degrees. The home is colder than it was prior to the repair.
I have two animals in the home who are also being exposed to these unsafe conditions. Additionally, the outdoor unit is producing a loud humming noise when the wind blows, making it impossible to sleep.
Despite One Hour Heating & Cooling advertising 24-hour service, when I called for emergency assistance overnight, I was routed to an answering service and told that nothing could be done until morning.
This is a brand-new system that I paid a significant amount of money for, and yet I am left without heat during winter temperatures, with no immediate support, after repeated failed repairs. I feel misled, unsafe, and completely let down as a consumer. -
I use 1 hour heating and air conditioner for t HVAC services. Prompt and very good work. I’ve been using them for years. DeVaughn did my regular maintenance and his work ethic were great. I highly recommend this company and ask for DeVaughn P. you won’t be disappointed.
