We had to have all of our HVAC ducts replaced. Taylor and his crew were fast, efficient and not at all intrusive as they went about the work. We noticed an improvement in the efficiency and noise level of our heating system. Great work!

Technician was very thorough, detailed in explaining exactly what he did with the system, his system observations then took the time to go over future recommendations with no pressure emphasis on timelines. He then took the time to explain programming the system for winter months. The annual inspection, cleaning and general maintenance fee for the HVAC system is well worth the cost.

David was on time and worked hard to diligently clean my heat pump. It was a cold day but he stayed with it until he was done. He checked my system out before he left and answered all my questions. Great tech, thanks

Through the years I have used Climatemakers several times. I have always found them to be polite, knowledgeable and able to correct or repair the problem in a reasonable amount of time. Their prices have always seemed fair. I will continue to use their services in the future if needed.

When our antiquated propane boiler/circulator suddenly began to fail, we had to act in a hurry. We didn't know enough about HVAC to ask intelligent questions. Charlie came out and explained every aspect of 2 options, giving us plenty of info to make our own informed choice.His quote came in $2K less than 4 others. Game day came for a projected 3 day job that they finished in 2. The job required time on our roof as well as in our crawl space. His young crew, Steve and Wes, were super organized, engaging, and they didn't mind my dog supervising their work. They replaced my old system with a Rinnai tankless combi system, which is a light years improvement over our old boiler. In 35 years of owning this old house, this was by far our best experience with contractors of any kind. Super highly recommended!

This was the third repair visit scheduled by the company after it was identified that initial parts were found faulty or inadequate. replacement parts were ordered and received and installed.

The tech did a fine job. We were pleased. We weren't pleased with the office because we had to call to set up our bi annual maintenance. In 2025 we only received one of two services. When I called to question it the lady said they tried to call both of you but got no answers. I call bs but what really bites is that Climatemakers made no effort to prorate us for services not rendered.

Zaikel who performed our annual maintenance did an outstanding job on cleaning the units as well as diagnosing an issue with one of the systems. Job well done!

After the issue was identified , Climatemakers scheduled the repair visit and the technician, Evan, arrived on schedule and repaired the HVAC unit. The repair was lengthy and Evan did an excellent job making sure all issues were resolved .

Climatemakers replaced our ductwork in the crawlspace. The technicians Dillon and Maryland did a superb job. They were extremely efficient and kept us apprised of the progress and what was next. They kept the work areas both in the house and the crawlspace clean and neat. They went above and beyond on this job. The job was scheduled for 5 days but was finished in 4. And outstanding job by the Climatemakers team , Mark, Charlie Steve, Dillon, and Maryland.

I switched from Smileys to Climate Makers. They showed up on time. They respond. They text and email. Evan Svrcek was our tech. Very pleasant and helpful. He pointed out on the first visit after Smiley's had been there over a freeze up that we needed 2 pounds of freon. Smileys said we needed a new defrost board and a surge protector and a couple other things. 3rd freeze up since they installed the outside Trane unit. Also he pointed out that the additional heat strip in our 5 year old Trane unit in the attic installed by Smiley's had never been connected. We had a yearly service contract with a Smiley's. We have signed up with Climate Makers obviously. Looking forward to honesty and prompt service from Climate Makers.
Update: Smileys did return and properly hooked up the 10kw heat strip by adding the proper wiring and installing a 60amp breaker. We now have a warm house in winter for the first time in four years. Thanks again Climate Makers for reissuing another email that smets needed to see with a better breakdown of exactly what was not done correctly and what needed to be done along with pictures taken by your technician. That made the difference in getting Smiley's to return. Call Climate Makers if you need a second opinion. In my case it made a difference.

We have been Climatemakers customers for many years, and when it came to replacing the duct work under our home, we were again impressed with the value we received for the high quality workmanship and amazing customer service we received. Each step of the way, we were apprised of what to expect, and Climatemakers exceeded our expectations. From the estimate with Mike to the pre-install meeting with the install supervisor, Charlie, (as well as several quality check visits) and the entire week of work with install lead, Anthony, and Mellow, we could not have asked for a better product or service. We especially appreciated that with over 20 years of expertise, Anthony dedicated most of his time to working under the house, personally assuring that every piece of our custom duct work was installed precisely in the manner that would make our system work the most efficiently. This level of attention to detail is rare in today’s world, but we have found it to be “business as usual” with Climatemakers in all our experiences. We would highly recommend Climatemakers for any and all HVAC work!

My HVAC unit lost power and we were in the middle of a bitter cold spell. Climatemakers sent a tech, David, out the very next day. He diagnosed the issue, and worked to find a solution for us. We had heat about four hours after he arrived, and that is solidly because he worked hard to safely give us a solution. I'm sure our previous HVAC service company would have been swapping out parts at cost to us and up selling us on a new control unit for a system we will be replacing soon anyway. Can't recommend this company enough, we will be calling them every time!
