Great, prompt service. They were reasonable on price and did not try to take advantage by adding unnecessary fees and services. I highly recommend Paul's a/c repair.

Do not use these guys. Came out charged $175 and said the only fix was to change whole unit out for $6,600+. I ended up getting father in-law to drive from TN to fix the $100 part and AC has been working great for last 4 days. These guys just want you money.

Tried to charge me $1200 for a blower motor replacement because "it was a special one". After spending the $101 to get the diagnosis of course. The blower motor from Carrier was $470 or $390 online with a little wait. So $800 in labor, huh? That's a scam in itself. 800 dollars for 20 maybe 30 minutes of work. Stay clear of this place.

They showed up when they said they would and repaired the gas heater in under an hour. The repair was not difficult once identified (a blocked pressure sensor turned the burner off). They ran an electrical test over the sensor and confirmed the issue. They cleared the sensor and it worked perfectly. They informed me of the work and cost before completing it. Reasonably priced. They even put booties on their feet when they come into your home when the weather is poor outside so as not to ruin your carpeting. Highly recommended.

Paul has done all of my AC/HVAC maintenance and repairs. He also installed a new AC/HVAC that was very, very old. He is always quick to respond, and is always honest about what is going on with the system. I will be using Paul until he decides to retire.

PAUL'S is extremely professional and great customer service. Our air conditioner motor went out. They were able to be here the following morning, calling before they arrived. Found issue, got the parts and was fixed the following day, per my request.

HVAC system stopped working, called them that morning they had someone out within a few hours. Very professional and quick. Wore covers over his shoes to not get the house dirty. Would recommend. They were also very affordable as well. Called a few places for the same issue "Disconnect System" was dead and they had the best price.

Called at 8am in the morning, they were here at 9am. Everyone else I called couldn't come until the next couple of days. Very professional, even put booties on their work shoes when entering my home. Definitely will be using their service in the future. Highly recommend!

Barry and Devon showed up early and got to work immediately, within a short amount of time they diagnosed the issue that was causing my house’s A/C to not get down to the set temperature. They knocked out the job quickly and before I knew it my A/C was back and blowing colder air than ever before! Both Barry and Devon were extremely professional and courteous, and even went out of their way to show me pictures of the issues causing my A/C problems as well as afterwards showing me pictures of how it had been fixed. But the results spoke for themselves, before they were even done packing up their gear, I could feel the cold air coming from the vents. Thank you guys, I will be doing all of my HVAC/AC business with them in the future!

I was very pleased with Paul's Heating & Air conditioning. To share my testimony, I was without heat for a month because I was told by another company that I needed some other work done which was not the case. A friend referred me to this company and they service my HVAC the same day. I have heat!!!! The Tech they sent to my home ...was a "God" sent. I'm most thankful and grateful for their service.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank the staff and service technicians at Paul's Heating & Air Conditioning for their prompt and professional service. I am visiting from the Seattle area to help my sick sister who is going through some difficult breast cancer chemotherapy.
I called for a technician to check her system out after noticing the unit was only blowing warm air and the room temperature had risen to 83 degrees. They were able to fit her in for a service call within 2 hours! They called 30 minutes before arrival to confirm the time, the techs wore booties while in the house, they quickly evaluated the broken component, the tech provided a repair estimate and they had the part replaced promptly.
I don't know what my sister would have done without the help of the Paul's Heating & A/C company, thank you again for all of your efforts.
