Morgan the technician called with estimated time of arrival. He introduced self, provided business card and was quite professional. He provided options for maintenance and prices. He did a great job with restoring my heat on a very cold day. Grateful for his service!

The technician, Jose, was professional and knew exactly the issue (I researched both Googled and YouTube prior to calling any companies). After Jose completed the maintenance, he explained what likely happened and what he did to resolve.
The receptionist I spoke to when I made the appointment was friendly and helpful.

Just wanted to give a positive review to Morgan Bayse at Fusion Heating/AC. I was in need of an annual inspection for both furnaces and this year called Fusion instead of Kellam. Fusion provided a timely service date and Morgan arrived on time. He performed very thorough inspections, cleaning the units, taking pictures and notes. He did find one potential item which he described a minor. But instead of recommending "replacing the entire unit" (like some companies), he cleaned the part and suggested keeping an eye on it. Morgan is the absolute best HVAC tech, extremely knowledgeable, honest and personable. I highly recommend him for any of your HVAC services. You won't be disappointed.

Great company who we had install a mini split in our room over the garage. I originally found them through an advertisement on Facebook and I’m glad I did! It was a 5 star experience across the board. From the initial estimate from their sales representative Tim, to a follow up call from Ross, to the installers Zach and Russ. All employees were extremely professional and not pushy in the least. Their installers were efficient, friendly, and courteous. They explained the system operation thoroughly once fully installed and ensured all our questions were answered prior to them leaving. I couldn’t be happier with choosing Fusion for my mini-split installation. My husband and I noticed that the downstairs furnace seemed to be running much more frequently even taking into account the recent extremely cold weather.
We discovered when it wasn’t running a slight cold air breeze coming from our return vent. I decided to call Fusion even though it was after hours and I honestly was only hoping to leave a message. To my surprise they answered the phone, took my information and scheduled an appointment for the following day.
I requested Morgan who in my opinion is the best HVAC technician in Hampton Roads. He arrived at my house promptly at the scheduled time, performed a diagnosis examining the furnace, return vent and duct work in the crawl space. He found that a section of duct had separated which was causing our issues. He did not have the parts on his truck to correct however, he temporarily connected the two pieces of duct and returned the first thing the next morning to perform the permanent fix.
Many sincere thanks to Morgan and Fusion for their prompt professional service. I highly recommend both!

Fusion Home Service’s HVAC division has been outstanding from start to finish. In 2024 they installed two Mitsubishi mini-split systems at our beach house, and the experience couldn’t have gone better. The thought they put into recommending the right units and advising where to place them was excellent, and the installation team was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing.

What really sets them apart is the follow-through. They did exactly what they promised, including a thorough cleaning and full system check a year later. I was so pleased with their work that I now use Fusion to maintain a separate central heat pump system at the house, and I recommended them to a neighbor who needed a new HVAC system.

Most recently, we thought one of the mini-splits might have an issue. Chris D. went well above and beyond—endlessly patient, he consulted with Mitsubishi’s local rep, and ultimately helped us determine the problem wasn’t the mini-split at all. That level of care and integrity is rare. I highly recommend Fusion Home Service for Mitsubishi mini-splits and HVAC service in general.

We called and was able to get a appointment on the same day. Morgan came out and got our heating unit up and running in less than an hour. He was able to find the problem and resolve it quickly. Apart from his work we have a little dog, and as a nice gesture Morgan brought in a box of chew toys for my kids to pick one for our pet. Something Me and my husband have never experienced from any other home repair group. Morgan cares about everyone feeling comfortable in the home even the pets. We would definitely recommend him to our friends and family.

Morgan, the service tech, was amazing. He explained everything in layman's terms of my system so I could understand what I need done. I need an estimate for new duct work and possibly a new HVAC system; another person will be here in a few days to do that free estimate. It was only $99 for him to come to my home, check out my split heat pump system and duct work in the attic. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I recommend this company to everyone.

Fusion Home Services is an excellent company, and they deserve every bit of this positive review. We got multiple quotes for 2x 2-Ton American Standard units and their prices were very competitive and they really demonstrated their expertise and knowledge in their field. Chase, Will, and Trevor installed both units in two total work days, improved my ductwork to optimize air flow and made sure to leave my house cleaned up and with no questions unanswered. Fusion home services, installed my new bryant/carrier HVAC system heat pump and air handler in my home/attic. Chase hvac lead tech and will, trevor they did such a great job they showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the project quickly and efficient as scheduled. Top notch professional benjamin the contractor owner showed up early in the morning before and after checked his owned trusted team/employees. Ill ask him to upgrade my hvac basic honeywell thermostat that included to the contract agreement, to a smart wifi thermostat he said yes no question ask and no extra cost. Super dependable locally family owned company. Very professional highly recommend this company, after doing my new HVAC SYSTEM heat pump and air handler in my house/attic i will say they do great work they are completely dependable and would not hesitate to recommend to everyone. Jose, the technician assigned to my job was excellent. I’ve owned two Mitsubishi mini splits for 5 years and apparently they’ve never been correctly serviced until Fusion and Jose! We had a blower wheel go bad in our furnace and were without heat for 4 days. Morgan at Fusion came to take a look and was so nice to talk to and explained everything so well. He assured us he would be back in 2 days with the part and he arrived today as promised and we are back up and getting warm! He had gotten prices well above what we paid Fusion as well as one company that failed to check that my part was under warranty. Fusion did that and we were so grateful. I would highly recommend.

Repeat Fusion customer recommended by my daughter. Got all the needed details and questions answered regarding installation. The rep presented a proposal which undercut other local vendor's price estimates. Felt very comfortable with Fusion early-on. As for the installation itself, it started on time and the process went steady and like clockwork. Fusion identified critical opportunities to also perform corrective maintenance on matl issues with my A/C Sys in addition to the Heating Sys. This saved me money. Ben and the other two gentlemen were great at their jobs and enjoyed having them here lending their expertise. The post-installation follow-on operational tests went very well. I was looking around for a company to remove and replace my HVAC system (to include duct work) and came across Fusion Home Services. They were the 3rd company I got an estimate from, and I had a great experience with the consultation and presentation with Ben and Hunter with the options and services I would receive. Fusion Home Services was cheaper than the other companies I had estimates from and offer the brand, services and options I was looking for. I want to thank the Installation team led by Zack, with Will, Chase and Trevor. They were very professional and thorough. If there was a way to give 10 stars I would. I have used them for solely for my home and business ac’s. It’s a small locally owned business, you want honesty and integrity give them a call. Last night I came home and my thermostat wasn’t on, I called after hours and the tech was at my house within 30 minutes. Very professional, and helpful. Fixed the issue and you would expect crazy after hour fees but not with Fusion! Extremely reasonable. I have never had a bad experience with Fusion in the 6+ years I’ve used them. Give them a call you won’t regret it😊

This is a much delayed review. Fusion came to my family in our time of need. With a wife due to have our baby in 3 days our HVAC finally gave out. It was over 25+ years old so it was no suprise. They got there in just a couple hours to check the system. They were able to move some things around and get a new system AND water heater installed and all set up the next 2 days (because of bad weather) but not only that, they provided us with some window units to use free of charge. Professionalism, expertise, and compassion. I can't put fusion and the crew that was working with me up high enough. Along with that. Havin taken a interest in HVAC repair keeping my own unit alive for so long. The installation team was more then happy to show me what they were doing and educate me along the way as well. They were chill dudes who I felt comfortable in my home and around as they worked.
