We have used Mahalo twice now. We cannot say enough about how good they are. They are professional, knowledgeable and all around good guys. They come fix your problem. They don’t overcharge you and once you use them once, they will be your go to company…they are ours for sure and we recommend them to all our friends and military colleagues.

Last summer we lost the A/C on one of our units. Mahalo sent a tech to find out what happened. Well after about an hour they found a leak in one of the exterior units. The units inside the house were severely corroded as well. The previous units were 13 years old and it was time to replace both. Mahalo did an amazing job at a great price. They were honest, fair, did quality work, and had us up and running within 24 hours. I was so impressed with their service last summer that this spring I am having them replace my hot water heater.

Brandon helped me out a ton. I called a few HVAC guys before him and they all gave me the run around. Mahalo got the work done for the best price, didn't upsell me anything I didn't need. I cannot praise Brendan enough for his amazing service he provided us. I had guests in town for the 4th of July and the morning of the 4th my AC went out and I had a house full of family and children. I called the company that installed my unit and they said the soonest they could get to us was 7/6. Luckily a friend of mine recommended Brendan with Mahalo. We had a wonderful experience with Mahalo Mechnical for an emergency air conditioning issue. They were very prompt and responsive! When they arrive they were professional and friendly with excellent communication. They were able to fix the issue very quickly and also came back to check on everything the next day as well. We signed up for maintenance with them and know they’ll be wonderful in helping us prevent HVAC problems moving forward! Highly recommend!

Mahalo Mechanical is AMAZING! As we were moving into our new home, we found that the AC was NOT cooling. Brendan, the owner, came out and diagnosed our issue - and quickly got us a temporary fix! We knew we would need a new system and we got busy getting quotes from 3 other providers - as well as Mahalo. We chose Mahalo Mechanical - and we are SO glad we did!! Just had a wonderful experience working with Mahalo Mechanical! Our A/C felt very weak in certain rooms of our house and we called Mahalo to come check it out. A very friendly service technician came out to inspect our system and within a very short time, he had our issue identified and a plan formed to fix it. We received multiple, fairly priced options to correct our issue and set a date and time for the service. Their technicians arrived punctually and were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They made every effort to ensure the job was done correctly and took the time to check our system for any other problems before they closed out the job. We had such a great experience with Mahalo. Our HVAC died on the coldest day of the year and we have 3 young kids, so it was a crisis. Out of the four companies we called for quotes, Mahalo was (1) most cost effective, (2) fastest response with a quote, and (3) first to follow up after they sent the quote so that we could get the ball rolling ASAP.

Brandon, our sales representative, was sure to ask exactly what we were looking for so that he could quote what we needed— he was totally transparent on pricing and timeline and didn’t try to con me into getting a crazy expensive unit I don’t need and can’t afford. The three guys who came to do the installation were also wonderful— Kevin, TJ and Eli. Totally professional, friendly and did a great job. They were also incredibly kind to answer my interested five year old son’s questions and explain to him everything they were doing, which was unnecessary but so appreciated.
