Needed same day service and they delivered. Once the tech arrived our heat started working. He stayed for over an hour and checked things out to make sure it continued working. Communication was great and will be using them in the future.

I’ve used fusion over the years by far the most responsive and efficient HVAC company out there. Morgan Bayse came out at 7pm after our heating went out. Literally within 2 hours of calling. Great service

Tech came out on Sunday within 3 hours of my initial call. I wasn’t sure of the fix but when he got here it was diagnosed and fixed in an hour, I wasn’t sure so impressed that I signed up for the yearly maintenance program. Great job fusion

The company I normally use had no one available to come out in 20 degree weather on a Sunday to figure out the issue with a brand new system. Called Fusion and Morgan came right over! System wasn’t installed correctly!! Morgan was very helpful and professional.

Shawn is very thorough and always takes pictures and explains everything. We were without heat for a few days and went above and beyond to get a new motor. I would recommend Fusion for all your heating needs.

I called needing someone for annual HVAC servicing, and from start to finish, the experience was great! The lady who helped me over the phone was polite, answered all my questions, and quickly set up an appointment. The technician who came out, Jose, was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Everything was explained clearly, and the service was completed efficiently. I’ll definitely be returning for future .

Fusion is a great choice for HVAC maintenance and repairs. Our system is only 6 years old and broke down a few weeks ago. Another company told me it needed to be replaced. Fusion researched our manufacturer’s warranty and the defective parts were covered. Their responsiveness, friendly and timely service was a breath of fresh air. The unit is working well and I could not be more satisfied with Fusion.

Shawn did a great job and cleaned out our drain and cleaning our flame igniter. Very friendly and courteous. Glad things are maintained and will help our unit last us a long time!

I live in Chesapeake, and Fusion recently replaced my aging AC & natural gas furnace with 2 heat pumps. Very happy with work.

Shawn, Zach and Tim worked at my house for about 4 days. They laid down plastic to avoid tracking dirt in, and knocked on my door at about 8:30 each morning to ask permission to begin working.

Shawn upgraded us to a 200 amp panel. He was polite, pleasant, and professional. The guys then set up the 2 outdoor compressor units on the north side of my house. I appreciated how they relocated the outdoor unit, which was previously close to my deck, to the north side away from my deck.

Both central and mini split are variable speed units with side discharge. Very quiet. Very efficient. 12 year warranty at the top of the scale. And the central unit can maintain 100% heat output down to -5 F. No electrical strip required.

I was also happy that the mini split Shawn, Zach and Tim installed was a ceiling unit. All the other contractors I spoke with offered wall units, and I liked that Fusion offers a ceiling unit.

They replaced my 30 year old duct work. Shawn also did a neat job attaching the 16" return duct to the rectangular inlet. I was very happy he came up with this because it avoided having to cut my ceiling. Hopefully the pictures convey how neat it is.

Shawn also picked up an extra air filter for us, which I thought was a nice gesture.

I'm quite happy. I chose Fusion after talking with 9 contractors and dozens of hours of research. Here are some of their selling points:

a) HVAC, insulation, electrical, Dominion rebate program - all in one. Rare to find that combination in one contractor.

b) Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer - Enables them to offer a 12 year warranty. It seems 10 is typical. I view Mitsubishi as one of the good quality brands in heat pump manufacturers.

c) Innovative - They came up with a few ideas that I adopted because they were just good ideas.

d) Professional - They kept me informed about the schedule for the job, respected our house while working, and took time to answer all the questions I had.

e) Thorough - I talked to some places who would put a 4 ton unit on a 3 ton refrigerant line, or be satisfied with kinks in the ducts. I felt Fusion's MO was to do it right.

f) Assistance with incentives - Fusion worked with me to try to capture the max federal tax credits in both 2023 & 2024. They also provided the $500 blower test required by Dominion for Rebates for free.

g) Results - Hopefully the pictures show that Fusion did neat work in every respect. Whether it be the white track up the exterior of my house, the way they set up the outdoor units, or the caulk on the mini split vent, everything they did is neat and tidy.

They came put on the same day and were able to fix what the prior company had installed incorrectly.
