We hired Paul’s to come out and service our HVAC system. The unit is very old and had not been serviced in a long time. They showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner and were very friendly! I highly recommend Paul’s and we plan to use them again in the future!

Barry was very experienced and had the issued resolved within an hour. He is also great in educating the customer ,which I feel all professionals should adopt this practice. It was also reasonably priced. Give them a call. I highly recommend them. Update: Used their service again for some maintenance and upkeep. Sean did a fantastic job! Still five stars!

Top notch, same day service. Price was reasonable, and techs were friendly. They'll be my first call next time after all of the "TV commercial" companies said it would be 2-3 weeks for a repair appointment.

I had previously hired Paul's Heating and Air to replace my heater a few years ago, so I decided to call them again, along with a couple of others, to replace my air conditioner. Barry and the team replaced my air conditioner during the extreme heat wave. They provided a fair price, were punctual, and conducted themselves professionally.

I called Paul’s establishment on 4-10-19 to get an estimate on replacing my thermostat. The technician that showed up was Sean. Sean was very professional and knowledgeable about his job and I ended up replacing my entire system based on his recommendation. The system was more than 20 years old and it needed to be replaced but Sean’s professionalism and attention to detail made me spend my money with this company. The price was really fair for the work that was preformed. I met Paul the day of the install and he was also very professional and very knowledgeable. After they completed the install they cleaned up everything and wore foot protectors so my wood floors wouldn’t get dirty. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. Mr. Paul came by for an after hours call to my home when my AC unit was out. He fixed the system for me and my family and his prices are very reasonable. Mr Paul also came by when my gas furnace was not working properly and fixed that. I will always use Mr Paul and his company for any future repairs and maintenance. He is a very kind person and the scheduling was so easy. I recommend Mr. Paul for any installation, repair and maintenance of your HVAC system. Truly a 5 star service!

Called on a Tuesday, scheduled a diagnostic visit Wednesday AM where Morgan arrived promptly to diagnose and fix our AC leak the same day. He also gave our two dogs toys, which they loved!

Chris and Morgan came out to our home to service our oil furnace this fall. They both were professional and friendly. we have purchased Fusion bi-annual service and look forward to seeing them in the spring for our AC checkup.
