Gary to the rescue! Turns out it may have been nothing more than a heating coil burning off a bit, but it's great for peace of mind that he came in and took a look anyway. He was polite, thorough, and abundantly cautious, leaving no stone unturned. I definitely appreciate him taking the time out of his day to make sure everything was all right.

Climate Makers was recommended to me by a friend. Our technician is Tim and we are 100% satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They fixed the mistakes of the last company that we had.

My GSHP (Ground Source Heat Pump) failed me during near record freezing temperatures. Garry Gappy quickly found and corrected several issues -- despite my system having been serviced by another company twice in the past six months. The other guys clearly wanted to sell me a new system at up to $30K. Garry tells me that I already have the best of the best and should plan on staying with it -- and I agree. I just needed to find the best service company -- and that would be Climatemakers.

Climatemakers is the absolute best! They crushed our water heater install and would never use any other company!!! These guys are honest and amazing. Don’t sleep on climatemakers for all your water heater and hvac needs!

Phenomenal job! These men are a life saver. I bought my house, built in the 1970s, back in 2000. The year is now 2025 & I finally have the money to replace my entire heating/cooling system. After reading and wanting nothing but the best coming to work in my home; I decided this company would be the perfect fit for what I was looking for. Let me first say, if you are looking for the cheap labor, low quality equipment and below average customer service this is not the company for you. From consultation, to installation, to the final product, it is evident that they are the best in the Hampton Roads. Mark, Anthony, Carmelo & Dave exceeded my expectations and made sure that all of my questions were answered. Thank you so much for the work you all put into my home & I will always recommend you all to any friends or family that requires HVAC attention.

This is the second time that we have had Tim out to take a look at our system. He was fantastic! He is very knowledgeable and was able to explain what he was seeing. Couldn’t be happier with his service!

Great service across the board. Anthony and Mello completed a professional full HVAC install / replacement with thermo and some duct re-installation. The initial inspection / sales was completed by one of the Co-Owners of the company, who was very knowledgeable and was willing to just sit down and talk to me like a person, or a neighbor.

This company also primarily deals with Trane systems. A lot of companies tend to like to deal with their chosen/certified brand, and Trane is on top when it comes to HVAC. Climate Makers also offered me multiple different SEER rated units, and helped me understand the cost / efficiency ratios between them.

HVAC replacement / installation is an expensive endeavor no matter what you do, prices in the last years have risen high. But I do not feel as though I would have gotten better service / experience elsewhere. They were nice, professional, and friendly(especially with my dogs who like to say hi).

Garry was what the company said, and are lucky to have him, someone who likes where he works, professional guy! also shout out to Michael HAYES, he walked me through the process of getting an all-new system, no pressure buying experience. Hopefully the install will be the same!,few days later complete system replacement, it looks great, everything was cleaned up,and the install guys were professional can't ask for anything more! Yes I would recommend climate makers to anyone. At least check them out.

Garry took amazing care of our family today! I called and was able to get on their standby list in order to have our furnace looked at. So thankful they got to us quickly and everything is fixed right up!

Climatemaker’s just serviced my HVAC with a thorough inspection and no problems. I’d like to give a shout out to Yvonne who was on time and gave me a detailed explanation of each of my units. She was very pleasant and efficient. I have a yearly contract which I highly recommend. I have used Climatemaker’s for many years and will continue with their excellent service.

We had the complete HVAC system replaced for the second floor of our house. All our questions and concerns were answered and addressed. Technicians were very professional and knowledgeable and completed within the time stated. We've been Climate Makers customers for over 18 years and have always had excellent service.

Very satisfied with Evan from Climate Makers. He called first, then arrived as promised. He thoroughly checked our HVAC and then explained the condition of individual components. He spent the time needed to review how to best utilize the system.

I like the fact that I received a text prior to my appointment with the tech’s name and photo. They even gave you a little bio which I thought was interesting. Zaikel was very pleasant. He even took his shoes off before coming in the house which I greatly appreciated. He also made the effort to check my filter without me asking. Our new system has been in for about 6 or 7 years now and it cools and heats the house beautifully. Highly recommended.

Tim and his assistant came out to inspect our HVAC system. They did a great job and were very pleasant and professional. We really appreciate their honest review of our older unit. Thanks to them we can feel good about it's longevity. They recommended a couple of items to consider doing for better performance and we happily allowed them to perform the work.

We have a 30-35 year old gas boiler heating system that needed a check-up and cleaning. The technician was on time, did a thorough job and explained everything along the way. The price was reasonable. No complaints. I'd recommend them.

I love Climatemakers. They installed a new HVAC system at our house a couple of years ago. That process was great, and the follow-up care is excellent. They make it easy to schedule maintenance, and they always help me look for ways I can get those maintenance check-ups at the best price. We have been having an issue with a leak on our boiler and Garry came today and was extremely efficient and informative. He was in and out within an hour and explained everything he was doing to me. I would definitely recommend him and your company to my neighbors and other people I know. You definitely have a new customer going forward. My technician was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed the problem, corrected it, and advised me how to prevent it from happening again, as well as how I might be able to resolve it to the same problem occur in the future. He was truly excellent, and I have a great deal of confidence in his skills and ability to fix and maintain my system. I will definitely be calling this company again should the need arise.

I love Climatemakers and all of their technicians… The original installation was done on time and seamless with a group of installers and the maintenance over the past two years has been smooth even with various Technicians coming to the house. They really do a great job of keeping notes for my account so even when it’s a new technician, they know all the ins and outs of the home and the service I highly recommend Climatemakers to everyone in the 757.

Robert Bull, Climatemakers technician, arrived on time to perform scheduled maintenance on my furnace. As usual, Robert was professional, courteous and through in making sure my system was running safely and efficiently. I have used Climatemakers to maintain my HVAC system since we moved in 18 years ago and it has performed flawlessly. I like the fact that Climatemakers sends an email and text with the technician photograph so you know who's coming to the door.

PS: Robert is the technician that has done most of the checks on my system (95% at least) and he is great! Kudos to Robert.
