Ronald and his team are excellent! They are a professional and caring team; they care about the client's needs and provide a fantastic price for labor and equipment. Ronald installed an AC unit and furnace in my house; the equipment was 21 years old, and Ronald recommended that both equipment should be replaced to have good ventilation for the whole house. Ronald's Heating and Cooling provided the best price and quality compared to other heating and cooling companies. What I love the most about this company is that they call you to follow up if the equipment is running smoothly and if anything is needed from the client (not many cooling and heating companies care as much about their clients as this one). In addition, they provide Manufacturer warranty. Ronald's Heating and Cooling is one of the best companies on Hampton Roads. Thank you, Ronald, for your service.

Ronald was amazing. He came and looked at what I had. He ask me if it was okay if he just came up with a design. I said yes, then he drew it out and showed me. I never expected there to be something to remove the heat coming off of the oven, but it does an amazing job. What a great idea. The turnaround time was even better. Once I put my deposit down, they were here 3 days later, and completed the job in a morning. It looks amazing. It works great. I really appreciate Ronald and his team. Everyone was so friendly, including his Admin, who answers all the calls? I highly recommend them. We will keep his number handy for sure.

Our company recently hired Ronald's to perform a blower door test and we had an excellent experience with them. They have superior customer service. Rhonda makes sure you are well taken care of. Our A/C unit stopped working in early April. It was so difficult to get the A/C and heating company, the insurance company provided to fix the unit. The person who came to inspect the unit had a bad attitude and never submitted the claim to the insurance to have it fixed. So it prolonged getting the system serviced by three weeks.

I called Ronald’s Heating and Cooling explained our dilemma and Ms. Rhonda (who has always been so welcoming and helpful) scheduled us for an inspection immediately. The techs that came for the inspection….5 Stars. Long story short we got a new system installed within a week and part of the wait was us taking a few days to decide if we wanted a temporary fix or a new system.

Today our system was installed…. Masterfully done!

I recommend and will be continuing to do business with Ronald’s Heating and Cooling.

I use this HVAC company for both my rental properties and my primary home, and they have been consistently excellent. Most recently, I had an issue with the heat and they came out the very next day and fixed it quickly.

The technician Mark was knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient, he clearly knew what he was doing and explained everything well. Rhonda in the office is amazing too. She already knows me, is always friendly, and does her best to get a technician out as soon as possible every time I call.

Unit stopped working while thermostat still on. Don came out and crawled up through a closet into my tiny attic several times to diagnose. I found this amazing company on the BBB, I decided I would give them a try despite the reviews. I am so happy that I chose them to install my gas tankless hot water heater. Travis the sells representative was very professional and detailed on how the install would work. My experience with them has been nothing short of amazing from the date and time of arrival. Their installations techs Walter and Jaden were 10 to 15 minutes earlier with a smile on their faces on the day of installation, very professional and again explained the whole process on what they were going to be installing. They answered ALL of my questions and concerns. The returning techs Mr. Tom, Jarrad and Corey were also 10 minutes early, very friendly and professional. The teams made sure that everything was cleaned up and put back neatly. Both teams did such an amazing job that the city inspector even praised them on their work! I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get a hot water heater installed! The work ethic that the teams displayed was phenomenal! And Ms. Ashley was amazing to work with also, she was on top of everything! Keep up the great work guys!
