They redid our entire AC system and removed all the old duct work and re worked everything. They were fantastic to work with,communicated everything. It was supposed to be a 2-3 day job but they had a job cancel and were able to do everything in one day. They also cleaned our house as they went and I appreciated it. They also had financing wich was so helpful. Thank you Hometown heating and cooling!!!

Very professional and thorough. Arrived early on day of scheduled service. Protected work areas with drop cloths. Took lots of care while removing old AC and furnace units. We had two complete systems replaced/ upgraded. Dave was very forthcoming with information about which P/N’s and brand of parts that would be used in our systems. Whole crew worked very well as a seamless team. Couldn’t believe how quick the job was completed. Dave explained the duration of warranty on all installed part.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Hometown heating and cooling , the value and quality was outstanding.

Dave was referred to me by a co-worker for a new hvac system. He came out last fall to give me a quote. Not only was he the cheapest price, but was the most honest and genuinely cared about my last hvac troubles I had with another company. I called him a few weeks ago and told him that we were ready to have our system replaced.

He came out today with his assistant, who was very friendly, to replace my hvac system. He was very punctual and started on the time that he said he would. Cant say that about most companies I’ve had experience with. He went straight to work and was very careful with the existing and new equipment. I would 100% recommend him to anyone! I will definitely use him again if I need too!

Our AC unit stopped cooling the house so we called Miller’s to come check it. They told us we had a Freon leak and would cost about $2k to fix. They recommended a complete new HVAC system as our system is 15 years old. So we started getting quotes from different vendors and were completely stressed out about the cost (between $14.5k - $20k) for complete new system. Dave came out and checked the Freon level and it was completely fine. He found where a wire had come loose so the fan outside was not running. As soon as he connected it back in place the AC started working again. No need to replace anything at this time. Also, he didn’t charge us anything even though he was here about an hour. When we do decide to replace our system we will definitely be using Hometown Heating and Cooling!!

I had Hometown Heating and Cooling come out to replace all of our ductwork, including main and air handler return. David was very friendly, professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. When we were ready to have the work done, he was able to schedule work within 3 business days. He and his assistant arrived when they said they would be here, on time and without giving me long wait windows.
The work was done in a shorter amount of time than he estimated, and they did an amazing job!!
David went above and beyond, and his prices are the most reasonable out of 4 big company estimates. He also had to put in refrigerant into one of our units, and his price was so much more reasonable than any other company out there!
Don't pass this small business owner up, he is worth hiring and you won't regret it!

Sad to say, but I do not recommend. Dave seemed great & very responsive at first - before I paid him thousands - but when my HVAC issue was not solved, he ghosted me - and - he doesn’t honor his "3-year warranty." I have many many unanswered texts since June.

He could have been more personable and checked the things I asked him to, but instead blew me off.

As a female customer, I trusted him due to his quick responses & willingness to help - at first. Wish I'd gone with a more established company.

Christan was called late today because our AC unit would not come on. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Then took extra time to checkout the entire unit. Great job and house is cooling down.
