They came as scheduled and actually came a little earlier to accommodate our busy schedule. The owner was fast and efficient! Can't beat the prices, they are very transparent about what they charge and don't try to swindle you to get anything done that you don't need! Also dog friendly! 😁

Very happy I went with Chim Chimney for this repair. The owner, Robert, is very professional and really cares about his customers and the quality of the job. Arielle was awesome, she called ahead of time to let me know she was on her way and once she was done she showed me pictures of the repair and explained what she did and how she did it. Very courteous and professional, a job well done, and excellent customer service. CALL THEM NOW!

When I called the staff was friendly and made me a very swift appointment. Robert was respectful, knowledgeable and professional, explaining everything I need some and why. I was calling to get a second opinion on repairs that I needed. They not only were much lower prices but they pointed out additional issues I had and are willing to fix those as well. I feel this company was very thorough. When I schedule the repairs and they are done I will update the review with information on that as well.

The repairs were done and cracks wit him my fireplaces fixed. I can't even tell they were there. They did am an excellent job cleaning getting rid of miss and adding new.most of to the outside. The job was done very quickly and we are very happy. Thank you!

This company did an outstanding job! Lavarr and Jeremy were professional, polite, honest and friendly! Lavarr did a thorough inspection of our chimney from top to bottom while Jeremy did a terrific job cleaning. They performed a minor repair at no additional cost and noted items that were still perfectly safe but that we should keep an eye on for future repairs. It was refreshing to deal with an honest contractor that did not turn mole hills into mountains. They will definitely be our go to company for chimney maintenance!! Highly recommended!

We called Chim Chimney because our new dryer was taking 3-4 cycles to dry our clothes and the house constantly felt damp. We’d only lived here for 3 weeks.
Robert came out and found a bird nest in the vent. While he removed the nest he found lint, LOTS of lint behind the nest, all of the way from the nest to the dryer. It took 27’ of “snaking “ to get to from the outside vent to the dryer. It was nearly completely blocked by the lint. It was a fire hazard! Robert was very professional. He was also covered by lint by the time he was finished. We’re very fortunate that we called the best possible company to help us out.

The mark of a great company is how they treat their clueless customers. Chim Chimney could have easily convinced me that I needed my entire chimney and fireplace replaced and I would have had no choice but to do it. Instead, they provided a quick, easy, and FAIRLY PRICED repair. I would reuse them for any service they offered and I would highly recommend that anyone reading this review do the same.

We bought a cool woodstove online last year, not realizing how very difficult it would be to get someone to install an insert that they did not sell us. These guys saved us! And, they did the work beautifully. They treated us and our home with great respect. And they use technology quite well in appointment setting, reminders, etc. They have taken a new approach to an old profession, with great results. Unreserved recommendation for the work they did in late 2019.

We received quotes on systems for 2 chimneys, one for electric chimney insert, the other for natural gas logs. The gas logs setup was NOT completed due to the need for a flow regulator at additional cost, that they don't do.

Wonderful service. Prompt and professional. Services were explained in great detail. Very satisfied with my experience with this company. Robert (owner) was excellent.

EDITED/UPDATED on 30 Nov 2023 to a 5-Star Review after: a call from the company explaining the circumstances that initially resulted in what led to my previous 1-star review. First, an apology was given with an understandable explanation. Then, an appointment was scheduled for the next available time slot; however, this company proved its true value by calling last night to see if they could complete my project this morning. I agreed, and the two-man team showed up as expected and did an AMAZING job. My fireplace looks better than it did when it was new. I cannot say enough about the quality of work, the neatness of the workers, and the continued excellent service I had always received in the past. I give my highest recommendation to this company with its high-quality workmanship, fair pricing (cheaper than a handful of other estimates received), and customer service. I will never use another company for my fireplace services, repairs, and necessary replacements. (One-star review because of lack of communication since my service was performed. Company does great work at a fair price but since my service 3 weeks ago, payment check remains outstanding and after 4 calls, no one will call me back to schedule the recommended repair service. Beyond frustrated as I would like to remain a supportive customer but am wondering if anyone is interested in returning my call.)

Beginning with a courtesy phone call from Ariel, we had such an amazing experience with this company!!!! They were completely professional, knowledgeable, took time to explain things to us, and delightful to deal with. Ariel and Jacob were absolutely fantastic in every way. We have never had such a fantastic experience with a service provider before and are looking forward to seeing them again to update our natural gas logs. if you have any woodburning fireplace or natural gas log needs, please do yourself a favor and call this company first!!!!

My chimney cap fell off at some point, and then I was visited by some rather loud birds. Once the birds went away, I had Chim Chimney check to see if they left anything behind and to reinstall the chimney cap. They made it so easy to complete the work. It was a positive experience from the very pleasant young lady who set up my appointments to the professional workers fixing the chimney. The owner even worked with me on using the coupons I had. I'm glad I called!

Would highly recommend Chim Chimney! And Johnathan! He was professional, made sure to keep my home clean while here, provided excellent service - but most of all and what I greatly appreciated - he educated me on what he was doing, the importance of chimney care, cleaning & maintenance, what to do & not to do, and what to do in the future. I really appreciated service provided and like I said would recommend Chim Chimney to anyone!

Honesty is hard to find these days! He came out to inspect and clean our chimney- we bought the home and weren’t sure if the chimney was operational. After taking a look, Robert let us know that the liner would need to be replaced and he hated to clean the chimney knowing that we would still have to have that work done before using the fireplace. We talked about the price of the insert job and decided not to do it. He also was going to clean the dryer vent, and when he saw how close it was to the outside he let us know that we could easily do it quickly with a shop vac and he didn’t want to charge us for such an easy job. He also immediately took his shoes off before entering the house which was a nice touch. I’m so thankful to have found an honest company.

From the first phone call to the completion of the work, we experienced kindness, consideration, open communication and professionalism. It was a blessing to have our fireplace working to help heat our home. Having our it fixed in time for our family Christmas gathering was an added bonus. Thank you so much!

Only chimney service we will use going forward. This I believe is the 3rd time we have used them and I think Lavarr has been our technician each time. Very honest quotes with very good feedback on each service recommended. This time he recommended 2 services but made it clear it was not critical that we did them immediately and even gave us some tips for DIY preventative maintenence and things to do in the meantime. He did this last time too for minor repairs that anyone can easily navigate. Absolutely no pressure and a ton of information. We are going ahead and scheduling the recommended services just for our peace of mind. In this day its hard to find honest and outstanding customer service. Scheduling was a breeze too, whoever we talked to was very polite and informative and made it easy.
