Robert and his assistant just left my home after completing repairs to a fire place and three chimneys.
Everything that was done was explained as to why it was needed and what was going to be done. A total professional in performing the work and to keeping everything clean, tarps in place vacuum used to collect everything . I highly recommend this company for any inspection,or work on fireplaces and chimneys top of the line job.

Great service! Robert the owner did the work. He explained everything he was doing, showed me the dryer lint he removed, and painted the chimney cap. Fast, efficient work and I highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with Chim Chimney's service. They responded immediately and were professional, punctual and repaired my chimney that had serious damage from a storm. It concerned me since hurricane season is here and now I don't need to be concerned about further damage. I would not hesitate to use them again.

This company did a great job cleaning and installing a chimney cap. They put drop cloths throughout the room inside the house before getting started so that no furniture or floors would get dirty. Robert explained all the work that he was going to perform in detail prior to starting and did a great job cleaning. Would recommend.

The customer service was excellent! The representatives called 30 minutes prior to the on-time arrival. They took steps to ensure the carpeting was protected from any potential dirt before starting to work on the fireplace. The fire place looks great!

Best chimney company in the area hands down. After several quotes to reline my chimney I can honestly say Robert with Chim Chimney was the most reasonable and professional quote I received. Went with the company based on the price and professionalism of the technician, Robert. He was there on time and completed the work in the amount of time he originally stated it would take. Would recommend too anyone looking for chimney work to be done.

I don’t give out 5 stars liberally. I require quick responses, good, fair prices and quality work. I achieved all three. More importantly, Chim Chimney followed up with me to ensure that I was satisfied and to contact them if I had any questions or concerns. To me, that is admirable...they don’t just take your money and walk away. They remain engaged with the customer and for that I’m impressed. I highly recommend this company for your chimney needs.

What started off a a zero star review (technically 1, since Google doesn't allow for 0 stars), is now a five star review. My initial experience with the individual that I spoke to lead to extreme frustration, which was the result of miscommunication with the owner. After four calls with that individual, the owner called me to apologize and was extremely sincere.

He went above and beyond to make me feel validated in my experience, rather than writing me off as just one less potential customer. You can tell that he values his customers and wants to ensure his company's reputation remains intact. Thank you, Robert!

After shopping around, Chim Chimney had the Best Price for services I required. Polite and Professional, Chim Chimney was on-time and wore the recommended PPE required in response to pandemic safety requirements. Rob safely and expertly removed a bird from the chimney, "it fell when opening the damper" and return it to it normal habitat! The job was completed very quickly, cleaning, chimney cap, and surround maintenance. He policed his work area for debris and after completion, provided a thorough description of the warranty. We are totally satisfied, highly recommend Chim Chimney!!

We had a great experience with Chim Chimney from start to finish. They were very responsive, flexible, friendly and on time. The cost was another bonus for us when it came to replacing our fireplace and chimney, their price couldn't be beat. I can't recommend Chim Chimney enough. I called them as a competing bid from another chimney company and Chim Chimney was able to do the same work for 530 dollars less!

Arielle and Jamie were on time for the service appointment, they were super friendly, got the job done quickly, and they cleaned the job site thoroughly. From beginning (estimate) to end (install) the experience was hassel free, timely & worth sharing. I chose the best of 3 estimates and they were not the least or most expensive but the best overall for what I was looking for.

It just so happened the quality was affordable which ended up being a plesant surprise.

Arielle and Leroy arrived early for the appointment. That was excellent. They were very courteous and professional. Arielle explained the job as she was performing it. She answered any and all questions that we had. She possesses a bubbly personality. We would definitely recommend Arielle and Leroy of Chim Chimney for any of your chimney/fireplace needs.

I wasn't able to use their services, even if I wanted to. The young lady who was trying to put me on their schedule wasn't very friendly. She sound hurried on the phone and sounded a bit impatient with me. Because of this kind of customer service, I decided to use another company. This kind of representation is such a disappointment to new customers. This is not a good representation of the business.

Update:
The business owner called me personally, within 24 hours of my initial review, which I rated 1 star. He apologized due to my unpleasant experience with his representative. This is the kind of business owner I would like to avail services from. He did his investigation first to make sure my concerns are not only honest concerns but also to rectify the problem. He also re-educated his staff regarding customer service. This is great business. I know there are some customers out there who take advantage of putting negative reviews to get compensated falsely and those kinds of customers ruin it for honest customers. I'm glad Chim Chimney's owner recognizes honest customers like us. This positive action deserves a 4 star.

My husband & I were extremely pleased with Arielle & Skylar. They came in & explained to us everything we needed to know. This is our first home that we’ve owned with a chimney & had no idea what kind of upkeep we needed to do each year. They advised us that we’ve got some issues & currently our fireplace is unsafe to use. They gave great explanations concerning what we need to do to fix it & gave great prices as well. We are very happy with the outcome & will absolutely be using them from now til forever for our chimney services!

We had a leak at the base of our chimney that had caused damage inside the garage. The fireplace had also been closed off by the previous owner. I had called to get information on repairing the leak, but after speaking with Robert, we decided to have the leak repaired and reopen the fireplace. The team set up a date to do the work, arrived as scheduled and did a fantastic job. Arielle took the time to explain what was being done and made sure that I was comfortable with the work throughout the day. We were concerned that the roof tiles that were repaired would look different but they did a great job matching everything. Very happy with the work and will recommend Chim Chimney to everyone.

Robert was very courteous and professional. He explained the ins and outs of good fireplace maintenence. He gave the chimney a thorough cleaning and made some repairs. His prices and work were exceptional. An honest company who provided the work needed and didn't try to take advantage of me with excessive recommendations and fear tactics to line his wallet.
