I highly recommend Coastal Chimney! As a single woman, I am very particular about who I hire to do service calls at my house. Coastal Chimney was amazing and I had no worries. Jason and Jacob went above and beyond to take care of my fireplace. Although there were some bumps in the initial appointment as scheduled, they were quick to correct the scheduling conflict. I also appreciated that all communication was done via email and text.

Everyone at Coastal Chimney was great to work with. They capped my chimney and installed an electric fireplace. The fireplace looks and works great as does the chimney. They always let you know when they will arrive and are always on time.

Fantastic work, very professional. Adam showed up for the installation right when he said he would with a friendly crew. The had all of the equipment, tooling, and hardware to overcome the challenges our existing chimney presented. Blaire and Adam were both so great to work with from the very get-go. Blaire went out of her way to make sure scheduling worked well & stayed in contact with me through various changes throughout the scheduling process. Adam came right on time (and even offered to come early!) and was kind, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Our gas fireplace has never been my favorite but I feel confident after Adam’s visit and cleaning/servicing of the fireplace that it’ll run as it should, so I can use it better and more often than I have been! He even helped removed the rocks (which my toddler liked to try and eat😂) so it looks cleaner and brand new! We’re grateful and will be calling for an annual visit with their team!

At our previous home, we had Coastal Chimney come in and install an electric fireplace that we purchased from Ray Johnson’s fireplace shop. Coastal Chimney came in and got rid of the gas log insert that was there capped off the gas and installed the electric fireplace and we loved it. They are very professional and friendly and do good work!
In fact, we thought so highly of them that when we moved, we hired him to do the same thing in our new home And they again came in and did an excellent job and we’re very happy with the results! Adam, Josh, and Jacob take great pride in their work And I’m glad we hired them a second time!

I picked this company to clean our fireplace due to the movie Mary Poppins. two friendly gentleman came out with good timing. took them less than 40 minutes to setup and get the fireplace cleaned. let us know of a hairline crack which my husband and I will have them come back after this winter to check on. No mess left behind.

Robert provided the utmost professional service from start to finish of our chimney inspection, cleaning, concrete repair, and cap installation. Highly recommend! Very honest and knowledgeable.

We already knew what we needed done, so we didn't need an inspection. We just needed an estimate and scheduling for the two repair issues. Brian visited our Condo and gave us a quote for both issues (very reasonable quotes I might add). Once we gave him the go ahead, Brian proceeded to knock out the first of our two problems (chimney cap repair). We had to schedule a second visit for the other work, which I missed; so Brian actually came out a third time (and he was even early on a Saturday). He then did a fine job chipping out some mortar joints in our firebox WITHOUT making a huge mess all over our living room! He patched the mortar joints, and even slapped some of the extra mortar into a hole in one of our brick pillars (way to go Brian!).

The bottom line is, Chim Chimney (and Brian) are top notch and we won't use anyone else! We're sure you'll feel the same after they take good care of you.
