I have used other Duct Cleaners in the past and not one has compared to Duct Doctor. The guys took me out to the Truck to demonstrate how the system works. It's impressive. Others brought portable vacuums into my home which reminded me of a carpet cleaning machine. The Duct Doctor Truck is a difference maker.

I had a great experience with Duct Doctor. They came out to do a dryer vent cleaning, the dryer vent runs are pretty long in my house and it vents pretty high outside (20+ feet) the team was prepared and had no problems with set up or cleaning and there were no extra costs for the long runs!

It seems that the larger system is set up against the most vulnerable women with disabilities. Tracy emailed me to coordinate an HVAC cleaning, so that my Emotional Support dog would not be breathing in anything, that I saw coming out of my ducts in Colorado, where they showed me before and after pictures. This company sent a small van, obviously without the appropriate vaccuum to do a thorough duct cleaning, and I would be at a 3 hour cataract evaluation, and Tracy verified that she'd gotten access from Atlantic Property Management. I don't own this cottage and I am not the property management company. following is the text conversation which shouldn't have been coming to me in the first place..."Do YOU have any replacement filters for YOUR return?" It's not MY return, but the owner had purchased them." DD "I will let you know these are the wrong size filter. Looks to be a 14 x 20 not a 16 x 20. So if you'd like me to stuff it in your return I can. But the right filter needs to be inside to get the best air flow for YOUR unit. Me" please tell Atlantic what the correct size is because they are being paid to manage it. (Ignoring me..."Miss I am just letting you know what needs to be done. That is my job. If so happens, I contact Atlantic. I will let them know, but if not, that is up to your discretion to tell them." Me, but they are ignoring me, and they know I cannot talk on the phone. Please tell Atlantic what they should be purchasing to maintan and provide a liveable space, which is why I requested a professional duct cleaning to begin with. I have yet to receive the falsely advertised before and after pictures as proof that the thorough duct cleaning was actually done. So no pictures to post.

The Duct Doctor of the DMV Team was awesome!! They showed up on time, were very professional, and were courteous of my home. They did a great job cleaning my dryer vent from the inside and out! I will definitely be using these guys again!!

The Duct Doctor team has been cleaning our multi-family dryer vents for the past few years and I keep coming back! There is just something to say about their service and their people. The company did a great job. They were on time, very efficient and did a great job cleaning up any dust or debris from the ducts. The gentlemen were friendly and took the time to show the pictures of the ductwork and to explain the process that they were using to clean the ducts. I highly recommend this company.

Technicians Jeremy and Rod were excellent. They were determined to figure out a workaround, if needed, to have satisfied customers. After much effort and time, they found vent covers that would work and fit properly on two of our dryer vents missing them. They were honest about how clean our dryer ducts were, so we were charged only for vent assembly. Therefore, we highly recommend Duct Doctor because of true professionals, like Jeremy and Rod, who provide the best possible service.

Really recommend this team for you. Two young men came and did a thorough job. They spent all day in my house and worked their tails off to clean these ducks out of the hand been cleaned in seven years. I could not recommend them more polite cleaned up after themselves. What more can you ask for?

I work in the Restoration Industry and any time I need ducts cleaned, this is the crew I call. Always great work. Anything from whole house 2-zone cleanings with 20 vents, to only needing a dryer vent cleaned I would definitely recommend them! Great communication and Great customer service.

The Duct Doctor team did a great job. They cleaned out every vent in the house, and pulled out a ton of debris and grit from our recent bathroom remodel. We can already feel faster heating when our furnace turns on, and our air is much cleaner. The baby has stopped sneezing! Thank you Duct Doctor!

Chris and DJ of Duct Doctor USA did a thorough job of cleaning my vents today. Both were professional and very knowledgeable. I sure do appreciate the care they took doing their job and highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the services they performed to clean my dryer duct. The two Technicians did not quit until they knew they had gotten all the dirty lint balls and it was way more than I had imagined. I’m sure my dryer will run better. Don’t keep putting this off, just call and get it done. You’ll be do glad that you did.

The team was great. However they left trash in each room. Not sure if it's part of their job to clean up. I also requested that they leave the wrapper for the replacement filters as im a new home owner and wanted to know which ones to purchase in the future as I only had one of each filter. Overall, I am satisfied.

James and his crew arrived on time to clean my HVAC ducting (which hadn't been cleaned since the house was built probably). They were very courteous and took care to make sure that they didn't track any dirt in the house. They efficiently cleaned all of my ducts and cleaned up any dust or dirt that had fallen onto the floors. I was very impressed with the service and professionalism displayed by James and his crew. Duct Doctors were fabulous from start to finish. They were responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. Their pricing is extremely fair as well. Chris and Jorge did an outstanding job and were very respectful of our home. They explained everything in detail, answered any and all questions and kept us updated throughout the job.
