Doug Gregg, ie Temperature Solutions, installed a dehumidifier & wifi thermostat in my home this past spring 2016. Since then he's replaced a condenser coil and a dual run capacitor on my a/c outside unit. He responds quickly, he's friendly, and will take the time to tell you about your system, how it runs, and what is wrong with it (if anything). I will not go anywhere else for service. We can’t thank Dana and his team enough for being able to clean and sanitize our air duct system after we were experiencing a sudden foul smell throughout our house. They were incredibly professional and thorough, walking us through their process every step of the way. When they encountered issues that needed repairing, they informed us and fixed the problems immediately. They even replaced our outdated vents! The air in our house has since smelled clean, and we now know who to call and recommend for any air duct services.

Dana and his team were prompt, and professional. They were at my house for about 5 hours and I don't think they stopped working the entire time they were here. Their work was thorough and I am exceptionally pleased with the quality. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a duct cleaning service, and I will use them again.

THE WORK WAS 5 STARS. They worked quick and fast. The workers explained everything and had a job well done.

I only had two issues with the job completed, and they sort of compiled together.

1. I had scheduled my work to be done 3 weeks prior to them showing up. Which they did show up right on time, very professionally. My issue was that I was scheduled for 4 hours of work for a full vent cleaning, but I had desired to change that to just a dryer vent cleaning, or completely cancel due to advice from a contractor and more advice from a friend. My problem was sort of my fault, I forgot the company name after scheduling. So I was unable to call and cancel. I was hoping to receive an appointment confirmation email or text the day prior to the appointment, as most companies do. I never received one so I was unable to warn them I wanted to change the job. This led to the next problem.

2. As they showed up, I requested just a simple dryer vent cleaning. The manager (man-in-charge) gladly agreed and work quickly started. As they were nearing the finish. He began to show me hoses and items that I NEEDED. I was questioning and unsure. But I agreed to install one of the items, a new dryer vent hose. Shortly after, I began to google and look up these items he was showing me to see if I could install them myself. I showed him the items on my phone for over half the price he was asking, not installed of course but still much much cheaper. He became agitated and complained that I “was scheduled for 4 hours, I need to let him make some money.” A little too agitated so I ended up agreeing to allow him to install the vent hose.

All in all, great work done, professionally on time and fast, quality work, I would just prefer a little more professional treatment on the business side.

I had the good fortune to have called Airight air Duct Cleaning to have my dryer vents and air ducts cleaned . Dana and his crew are wonderful !! Dana was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done . He even found a potential fire hazard I wasn’t even aware of and fixed it immediately. I was so impressed with their work ethic , professionalism , great attitude and expertise that I asked about things that gave always bothered me such as my old pitted vent covers and intake covers.They put up new ones with such perfect caulking that my place looks great ! Most importantly I know my place is safe. They also replaced broken and worn outside vent covers , added animal guards etc . Even my outdoor patio looks new and once again functional. Will never use another company! They first came last month for a dryer vent cleaning. Gave me a quote over the phone on Tuesday night and came out to do the job on Friday afternoon. They found an issue in my attic that was a reasonable price to fix and were kind and on time.

Flash forward, I noticed that I was having issues with my dryer and called them back out just to do a quick inspection just to make sure it wasn't with the previous issue that they found and fixed since I wasn't having the issue before they came out. I called them just asking them to come check it out and within 30 minutes they were at my door! (Of note. The problem was not anything they had done! My heating element was just being dramatic!)

Very responsive and on time, great communication. When they came to complete the job the entire crew had a great, positive attitude and explained everything that was being done. Dana and his team did an incredible job of cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent, as well as eradicating mold that had been growing in our air ducts that was unknown to us. It has been a week since our cleaning, and we notice a drastic difference in dust build up (much less) and air quality (we have terrible allergies, and all have been waking up more clear-headed). I called AIRight duct cleaning service to clean out my dryer vent and they did such a good job I had them back to clean out my upstairs ac vents and returns. Dana and his team did an exceptional job. They told me exactly how they were going to do the job and answered all of my questions. They came right on time and did a very thorough job. Very clean as they put down covers to protect the floors and moved all furniture as needed. They cleaned the vents and returns and washed the vent covers. Dana made suggestions along the way which were appreciated. Everything was put back as before and Dana walked around with me to make sure I was satisfied. Like I told him it's nice when a job is finished that things look obviously better than before. If you want a service that pays attention to detail, is prompt and efficient and keeps you informed of the procedures then may I strongly recommend Dana and his crew.

Dana and his crew were a pleasure to work with. After a thorough
inspection of our AC zone A, everything was explained to us in detail in terms of what they found and what work was needed. We had them come back 2 weeks later to clean and repair the second zone and they got the work done in record time at a really good price. We would highly recommend them!

Had an issue with our dryer not heating. Used another company earlier in the week for vent cleaning but didn’t get the results needed since they wouldn’t clean the vent from the roof down. Dryer ended up needing repaired anyway. After repaired, wasn’t getting full airflow. Was recommended by an appliance repair company to try Airight. Glad we did. Everything is now on working order. Couldn’t ask more for a professional and thorough cleaning. Would highly recommend!!
