We highly recommend Forrest Sewer Pump Service. They have been assisting us with our sewer pump for over 25 years. They are excellent. Always responsive, fair and thorough in their work. They recently did a complete replacement of a 30+ year old sewer pump system and we are extremely satisfied with their work. Took away the old above-ground pump house and put it all underground – while replacing all of the components including the electric system with an alarm.

Since its inception five years ago, our small community of 11 homes in Virginia Beach have been struggling with malfunctions in our sewage removal station. The only reliable constant throughout these issues was the outstanding service and support provided by Derrick and his crew at Forrest Sewer Pump Services. Forrest constantly provided reliable and forthright council on pathways forward for mitigation. Constantly monitoring our situation, we counted on them day and night to address immediate issues as they arose. Time and time again, Forrest delivered flawlessly. Ultimately, we relied on Forrest to install an entire new system capable of supporting our community’s septic requirements while providing a long-term viable and sustainable solution set. Forrest conducted a complex installation professionally while mitigating the impact on the neighborhood writ large. Additionally, the installation was conducted under extremely hot weather conditions. Forrest handled the weather and installation challenges with dexterity overcoming each in order to achieve a timely and thorough project. Forrest’s services are outstanding to say the least. We cannot recommend them highly enough and are indebted to them for solving a long-standing issue that endangered the health and welfare of our community. We breathe easier at night knowing that we have the full support of Forrest at our disposal.

Words cannot express the joy I feel about this company! The owner and his employees truly are heaven sent! I loss my husband 4 months ago and he left a lot of unfinished projects around the house. Then, on top of that I started having issues with my septic system. I was very distressed but when I found this company I knew God had answered my prayer. Everyone that I encountered was very professional, friendly, and assured me that everything was going to be alright. They were able to fix my problem that day and all I could do was cry because I knew it wasn't anybody but God that touched their hearts and was a tremendous blessing to me! Unfortunately I require Sewer services on a regular basis because my HOA community is crap! Fortunately they chose Forrest for our maintenance needs! These guys are amazing and doing some hard work! David was the best and helped me on his day off! Went above and beyond the call to help me figure out and solve the source of the issue. Seriously, he gave it his all in 1000 degree heat and humidity. Cannot recommend them enough!

Forrest Sewer Pump Service has been amazing and is my go to for any issues. I have never had a sewer pump before moving to this area (military) so when my backyard filled up with water and my downstairs bathroom started to flood I panicked, it was a holiday weekend (only time things break at my house…) my boyfriend was deployed and I was in freak out mode. Derrick came on his way to see his own family in the area, ruined his clothes and ran late just to help me until David could come out. Then today 3yrs later I had an issue and David was the one on the service call, they came same day and resolved the problem. I could not be happier with their prompt responses when I call, and their amazing customer service. I would highly recommend using them for all your sewer plumbing needs.

Words cannot express how awesome our experience was with the WHOLE TEAM at Forrest Sewer Pump Service. We had an emergency issue with our sewage pump and we got prompt and efficient service within an hour! They made sure we would be able to function in the morning and then they came back the following day to continue the job. We had great interactions with the technicians. The office staff (Jessica and Kim) were very professional and answered all of questions.

I had Forrest replace new pumps and do few service calls. David and Derrick had provided really good customer service. Their work is very neat.
